Good location and convenient!I got the email from ABP that ‘A gift from your anniversary enjoy a free coffee’ please have your printer ready or show your phone at the register. Every year since 2019. Today I ordered a latte and showed him that message with my phone..he refused and told me to print it out paper because he need to send to the company.. he such a liar! I tried to explain him print it out or show the phone.. so sad he won’t listen and seem upset he made me looks idiot. Thanks someone came for help him… very easy to resolve it just use PLU#1804 that’s it!!I used to work as cashier before.. service mind and common sense very important!!!

Theyve been at South Station a long time, and have good coffee. The pastries are good too.

Finally I had a healthful breakfast without ketchup, coleslaw and chemicals forbidden in Europe. Recommend the good egg.

I like the food but the staff and service is severely lacking. They dont seem friendly, sometimes annoyed that you are spending your money there. The coffee cups leak, often burning my finger or getting it on my shirt (yes, Ive tried rotating the spout at all directions in relation to the cup seam). These are the only cups I have problems with.The food and coffee are good, but fix your service issues (better training, better compensation for them..) and your cups! Bringing my own mug is a great feature but cups leaking most days is unacceptable.

Managers wants workers to follow rules but with some workers they don’t make them follow rules, I see this as an injustice from the management rules are made for everybody not some

My name is Suzie. Another womans name was Sue. My sandwich was labeled as Sue. My sandwich (with the name Sue written on it) was given to the other woman without verifying she had actually ordered the sandwich she was being given. After asking where my sandwich was after 15 minutes I was given the other Sues sandwich. When I informed the woman behind the counter that I had not ordered this sandwich and that perhaps mine had been given to the other Sue I was informed by the woman behind the counter that A) that was not her problem B)I should just take the other sandwich C) That the names Sue and Suzie are completely different and I should have known it was my sandwich (even though both sandwiches were labeled and called out with the name Sue). I asked to have my sandwich remade which she informed me she couldnt do because they were all out. I asked for a different sandwich which she made very messily and proceeded to shove at me to take.

I had a hankering for an egg salad sandwich (not a menu item) and one of the staff went out of her way to concoct a fantastic version from a breakfast sandwich egg patty ... I didnt eat it till Id left (on the train) & I want to say is thanks very much for the spark of intelligence from behind the counter 100%

Good food, bad service. So Tuesday is my birthday and if u signed up by email they give you a birthday coupon. I used it and they gave me a drink that I didn’t ask for. I said “pumpkin latte”, they gave me decaf hot brew with pumpkin, because she said no luxury drinks(which isn’t true because I’ve used it on lattes and macchiatos before). They didn’t even warm up my cake. The Charles mgh one is better. To conclude this review, I ordered a certain item and did not receive the expected service. Even though it was free, the point is i was not satisfy with my order. No I am not asking for anything free but I wanted to make sure that google knows that location is petty.

Cozy little outlet in the busy station. They have some good veggie options too.

We had a mistake ordering and the manager Pet was friendly and quick to compensate. Staff was friendly and our drinks came quick. Overall a good experience.

I go here often for lunch and today I ordered a turkey club sandwich. I opened it up and it was turkey and one tiny piece of bacon on a slice of bread. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS AU BON PAIN HAS MESSED UP MY ORDER. I am incredibly annoyed.

It is a very accessible place, good location and it is a good option for a quick purchase if you are in a hurry, I tried a salad and everything was very good, the staff was very attentive and helped me decide since I was not very sure which one to choose. There are also tables in the food area.
