I had mixed feelings about this place before using them however, in the end,Im glad we did. Ill preface my comment by sharing that I have an acquaintance that knows the shop and its employees very well.( found out after I got a quote) She had some not-so-nice things to say about their attitudes and personalities but, she said they did really good work. Additionally,I could not find them listed as an accredited business on the Better Business bureaus website nor are they a preferred provider for the insurance company we went through.We were nervous.. They had already provided our quote and I had already submitted the documents so, we went out on a limb and did business with them. We were rear-ended in our new SUV and needed a new back lift door and a few other things. They took care of everything! They arranged to have a rental car delivered to the shop, we dropped off our vehicle and a week later it was done. There were no hassles, no issues with additional labor or parts, no delays because of Covid. They said 7-10 days and they kept their word. Cannot tell we were ever rear ended.. Would absolutely use them again.

Just recently was in my first accident and of course panic was ensuing. I was recommended already to take my vehicle to this location for repairs. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of the repairs and updates from the manager Chris. Would definitely recommend this place to any one and everyone for a stress-free service!

I used Bonney Lake Collision 1 for some minor damage to my rear bumper and tail light. I had the pleasure of working with David who was extremely professional and courteous. While he was estimating the damage, he noticed that one of my brake lights was out and kindly offered to replace it for me then and there, without the commitment of using his business and free of charge! They completed the work per the budget and finished a day early. Will definitely be using Bonney Lake Collision 1 for all my future collision repair needs!

I had delamination of the paint on my hood and fenders. The team did an outstanding job of repainting and color match. It looks like a new truck, I am very happy. David Lewis did a good estimation and the prices quoted was right on.

I went here to get a quote as I was rear ended and my insurance company listed this as one of the many shops I could get a quote from. I own my vehicle outright so I was considering having partial work done plus adding additional work done on some door dings. When I pulled up I could see inside and see no one was wearing masks, including customers. I called and they sent a gal out to my car who wore her mask below her nose and despite me continually backing up she seemed to not have a clue about social distancing. She also did a “partial” quote and said they’d bill the insurance for the rest at the time of repair and didn’t include obvious damage to my tail pipe. I went to a local shop in Enumclaw where I had an professional adult discussion on what needed to be repaired and what did not and had my passenger door repainted as well. I just get this place is a little entitled. I’m sure they do good work but the vibe of the place just isn’t my style.

They are very polite. If you need a headlight adjustment this is the place to go. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

I would give them a zero if it was an option. Was told the work would be 2500 then after dropping it off they called and said it would be 1100 more. So I called and asked why? The items he mentioned could have very well been added at the time of estimate but wasn’t. He was condescending and rude. I wish I would have taken more time and went somewhere else

My 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe right front bumper and fender was scraped up by a guy who was trying to park next to me.410 collision gave me a very accurate estimate and finished my car repair a day ahead of time. I can’t tell a difference between the opposite side of the vehicle from the repaired side. They’re workmanship and professionalism is superb. I would recommend this shop for your auto body needs.

Original quote for car was approximately $800.00. After waiting two months for an appointment the new price was doubled to $1500.00. Was told it would take 3 weeks for the fix and parts. Had the car done in one week. While we appreciate the quick effort however there was no communication (only reason they are getting two stars). Car wasn’t returned clean. Listen to the one star reviews. I’m sure it would have been cheaper going to Sumner or Auburn.

Awesome body shop. I took two different cars here both involved in minor accidents caused by other people, and they did an excellent job both times. Couldnt even tell there had been an accident either time. Great customer service too, theyre all awesome and very helpful.

My family had not one, but two bad experiences simultaneously with this collision center. My dad backed into my car in a parking lot and so we took them both in to this center at the same time. My dads car was done sooner and when we brought it home we discovered that the taillight wasnt working. After a quick investigation we discovered that the whole light had never been plugged in. We thought it wasnt a big deal, mistakes happen. We plugged it in an moved on. About ten minutes after I got my car back (by the way it took them ten days to replace one panel and paint it) it started throwing a bunch of electrical codes and warning lights came on. Of course the shop was now closed and I had to wait until the next day to call. They refused to take responsibility for either instance but they seem a little too coincidental dont you think? Im really impressed that they wouldnt take responsibility for not plugging the light back in. I mean what, did a leprechaun sneak in there and do it? Two problems with electric right in a row is a little shady to me. I wouldnt go back.

Weve had repairs done at Bonney Lake Collision 4+ times now and we have been very happy with the service and communications from them. They truly make it as if it never happened. Our only motivation for writing is that they continue to do well in our community and that we can return if the need arises.

The paint matching, is the only good thing I take from my experience with this shop. The customer service was nearly non existent. The workmanship was shoddy at best. The estimators were rude and uninterested in the quality of the work. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next shop in your search.

Just seems like she doesnt want to help you and hates her job. Sort of scared of letting them do my work. Im a mechanic and very picky on my work. I want it perfect!!!! I guess well see. Ugh! So far not very impressed! Wow! After I posted this they called and refused to do $ 10,000.00 worth of work. They wanted to go through insurance themselves. Hmmm! Can you say overcharging. This is why our insurance rates suck. If you do go here Good Luck!!!! Went to another shop where the customer was first and saved half!! The big shops are just trying to get you through fast. Assembly line style! !!

Not very impressed. Staff was nice. Went for damage estimate. Asked them to look at car and see anything we missed amy damage (brand new car), they said no, only what we pointed out. We asked if they would look at tow hitch possible damage, they said no. We asked if they had a computer that would tell them if the car recognized issues, they said no. We asked them to check the front end alignment and they actually said yes and put in quote.I wasnt impressed.

My car was damaged twice within a year and both times the repairs were completed at Bonney Lake Colision Center. I couldent be happier with the customer servive and the work performed to my vehicle. My car looks amazing and even better than before the damage occured. Color match is spot on each time! I highly recomend Bonney Lake Colision Center and I will remain a long time customer.

I dont care what the negative reviews say here...I can tell you we have taken 3 cars here for numerous repairs over the years and they are hands down the best body repair/ paint shop we have ever used! PERIOD! EVERY TIME the repair performed was so well done you couldnt tell it happened!..this includes paint matching and finish. I know they are a bit higher cost but I dont mind paying more for excellent work. I will ALWAYS use them...btw...just got our crv from them where the back hatch was smushed in and side scraps and I swear you would never know it had been hit! GREAT BODY SHOP!!

Crappy, unimformative, spiteful pieces of work, needing to feel macho. We towed our vehicle outta there . They had our vehicle for 2.5 weeks and just didnt have time to assign it to someone. Meanwhile we were out a vehicle due to a car accident. As soon as you pull in just turn around.

Had my rear bumper done here.... they took waaayyy too long citing that there was only 1 bumper left in the entire country for my car.... I owned a Hyundai..... only 1 bumper huh?????
