Loved shopping this store. After living in Colorado for the past 2 years we came back to visit and was in love walking through it. We have Safeway and king sooper out there and they literally suck in organizations, cleanliness and help. I really wish publix would move to denver area. Would make me so happy

Deli needs new employees. The girl was nice but disregards customers so she can talk to her. coworkers. So I asked someone else for help so she can talk. Horrible mistake! Chris was so much worse. He talked just as much and I had to tell him 4 times what I wanted on my sub. He was confrontational and rude. He also wasnt going to give me my sub until I told him I was going to get a manager. Never shopping here again.

This comment is pointed toward the deli, my cashier was actually quite nice. No customers at the sub section (which is a rarity in any Publix) stood in front of an associate (making online orders which I get) for a solid minute and a half just blinking without being recognized or a “hey I’ll be right with you” ....nothing.

The Deli department is great. Love the online ordering. Very helpful.

I’m a big fan of Public’s but this store on Bonita Beach road is POORLY MANAGED! They are always out of stock on basic items. Example: recently there was no 2% milk in the cooler. I asked a clerk who promptly brought some out. Very typical! Generally they are either completely out of stock or don’t monitor stock to replenish. I’ve been shopping at this store for over 5 years out of convenience; near my home. However when I have time, I’ll drive the extra distance and shop at one of the stores on 41. Worth the drive.

Great BOGO! Staff at this location Professional and Friendly. Everything is fairly well stocked. Like all Publix, some Shoppers are on a mission, shipping carts used as being rams. FYI, parking lots can be dangerous as well, not because of Publix, due to the oblivious drivers.

The deli staff was nice and made me two delicious subs.

They tell you, your subs will be ready at6:25. They were done at 6:47, why bother telling you a time? You might say, well they must have been busy. There was only two other people that I saw. Then I ask for lettuce and tomatoes on the side, nope they for get them. Ill try the one on the other side of 41. I like there subs. Thank goodness theres another one in town.

If you are a RENTER do not sign up for Covid19 shot at this Publix!!! They accepted my 3 month lease but would not accept forwarded mail!! That is all a renter has! This was hand written by the Pharmacist at the bottom of the Florida instructions. My wife signed up at Northport Publix, NO PROBLEM! She got her shot!!!!

One employee not wearing a mask and a manager wearing a mask below his nose. One man shopping with three children, none of them wearing masks. I know most stores will not enforce their own mask policies with their customers, but there is no excuse for their employees disregarding the stores policies.I asked a manager for help me find a product. She promised to return, but sent an employee back instead to inform me they didnt carry the product. I found it myself.This store is kind of carelessly run.

Clean and very nice staff

Yesterday I was shopping at Publix down the cake, sugar isle. An elderly gentleman was looking for a specific item for his wife, as he had no idea what it was... Getting frustrated, he asked for help but couldnt quite explain the product. The gentleman started to walk away but the employee stayed with the man until they located the product. Cheers to perseverance, kindness, and the pride to do a good job at whatever it is you do!

Nice selection. Bread Dept. lady very nice and helpful in finding what I was looking for. Wish the Produce Dept. carried heavier, larger plastic bags for bulky or heavy veggies, fruit (lettuce, oranges, etc)..Right now, the bags are small so zi have to use several f oil r kne item, super thin so tear easily and I have yet to find twist ties. Have to rebag when get home.

We have been using Instacart through Publix for the last several weeks. I’m sure they do their best under the circumstances. It wasn’t until today that we realized not only is there a service charge, a delivery charge, and a gratuity amounting to $20 total, but every single item was marked up. We were OK with the $20 in fees, but $144 worth of groceries came to 184. The other $20 consisted of markup on 24 items. Almost a dollar an item.

I passed by this Publix on the way to a concert. It was clean and the employees are nice.

I went yesterday. It was carefully decorated with directions on the floor yet many ignored them. They were cleaned well but ZERO STOCK of Toilet paper and Kleenex 😕 went next door to the dollar store that fulfilled my needs.Posted limits you can purchase seems to be working for them.

Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. 6 people including myself standing in line with NO movement for 20 minutes. Add to that the snarky attitude of one of the pharmacists when I asked why no one was helping.

My favorite area Publix. Good deli counter, usually stocked with things I want. Overall a good Publix experience with plenty of parking. Can you really beat their fried chicken? & always good wine specials.

So, I love publix. We only shop at Publix, mainly due to the superb meats and produce, but also the great customer service. But lately, there has been problems with the product. This is not the cheapest place to shop. I expect to pay more but get more, meaning the best. We have have had slimy rotten lemons, moldy slimy cilantro, and ground beef that turned brown and had an odor the next morning. (Within the sold by date) No offense, but we have gotten better produce (lemons for one) from Target. Also, the management has showed attitude when I tried to use a gift certificate that my company purchased for their employees. Not sure whats going on at your location. When I start choosing Target Coconut for not only cheaper, but better products, there is a problem. Concerned for your store.

Keep an eye on Publix prices at register. I was over charged on an item.I had to remind the clerk of the Publix policy on this.She wanted to change the price instead of taking the cost of the item off.

I have never had sushi as good at this Publix than any other place in the country. The man who makes it is amazing. He is so nice and will make anything you like. Thank you for hiring such good people.

This is my favorite Publix in the area. The layout is great and the bakery/deli is always in great order. Theres always a nice selection of pies, cookies, muffins, etc. The store layout is exactly as I like it.

As much as every last employee is beyond attentive, I have always believed that it starts at the top! Mike the Manager runs a tight ship. Its evident that his number one concern every time I see him, is his customers and employees. During hurricane Irma Mikes store was running as if it were a normal day. I am moving, and I plan to drive past 2 other Publix stores to shop at Bonita Grande. Thanks for always making us feel like family!

Erik in the deli is a phenomenal sub maker with outstanding customer service! I used to work at Publix along time ago and I know talent and I can recognize someone that is going to go far and do great things. Erik should be recognized for his great pride in his job as a deli clerk and his hard work should not be overlooked I don’t get service like this in St. Petersburg FL ever

Fast and efficient service. Great variety

Clean, all employees are nice and helpful. Store layout makes sense and item selection is quite good. Deli and hot food selections are always busy and pumping out good food. Beer and wine selection are good for the store being on the smaller side, and the pharmacy moves a lot of volume especially with the drive through available.

The deli department is irresponsibly understaffed. While there are three employees waiting for sandwich orders, there is only one at the deli trying to cope with several customers. Is the manager there? Does he care?

This is a great place to shop. Everyone is very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable. Management is very interactive with the clients and set the example for the rest of the employees. Its always a pleasure to shop here the good deals that they have with the buy one get one Frees keep me coming back.

Stopped in to grab things I forgot to pack for a wedding. They have everything even found dress socks for the hubby! Nice clean store and friendly staff!

Another day of shopping. This one on Black Friday! Normally dreaded but this time, in and out! Great shopping trip. No check out lines even though the parking lot was full.

My wife and I were having a great outing with the family and we were in need for some bakery goods and some sliced Boars Head turkey. We got to this publix, which was extremely clean, and were welcomed by the friendly checkout clerk. We headed over to the fresh cut meat area, and an employee named Virginia did a great job helping us get our perfectly cut fresh turkey. Virginia showed us kindness and compassion, and she did everything she could to make our time at Publix enjoyable. When we are in the area, we will most certainly pick this store for our needs.

Very kind and courteous employees. They are very knowledgeable of the products they carry in their store as well. The store is very clean and always has what Im looking for. I recommend this store to anyone who needs to go in to that store to do their shopping! 😀

I just wanted to let the store mgs know I am new to the area .. down the street from this location and it was a pleasure to visit this store today around 5 :30 . I and my husband stop by to get things to make hamburgers and while we shopping I tried out some shrimp from one of the demonstration booths and I was still carrying my little container they gave it to me in . My husband and I headed up front to the check outs and this sweet gentleman by the name of (Daniel ) offered to throw away my container and I thought that was the sweetest gesture !!!! I hope I got his name correct but that meant alot to me . I am in Management and I dont see that often soo.. Kudos for this young man !!! Great Customer Service !!!!!

Soup: Im glad to see that you are selling fresh soup, My problem there seems to be no quality control, Ive hard the chili twice both had a different taste neither one very good. The chicken soup has been too salty, the mushroom was ok but wouldnt buy it again. Someone needs to check out Whole Foods soup set up they have at least 10 different types all very good. The containers you use are not adequate, the heat softens them to the point not holding their shape and the lids come off. Foods uses heaver cups and they put 2 rubber bands on the container to ensure they lid stay on.hope this helps some

Minor emergency last night. Store had been closed for 45 minutes. Manager was walking out of store for the night. He allowed me in, helped me find the wound care I needed. He could easily have said sorry, we are closed. He really cares about his store and customers. Outstanding manager!!!

Great selection of food. Employees are friendly and helpful. The sushi guy there makes some incredible sushi and sashimi. His knife cuts are on point and the fish taste amazing.

Attentive staff are always helpful. Prices are a bit higher than Walmart but isnt everybody? This Publix is modern with wide isles and well stocked shelves. They cant carry every conceivable item but have ordered items I requested.

Good upkeep and very nice staff. The gentleman who makes the sushi is incredibly friendly and a always a delight to see.

Publix is awesome, 5 stars all the way.
