We are thrilled with our new wide plank vinyl floors. Vince was very easy to work with. We went with Silent Blue (local manufacturer) and went from estimate to complete install for 4 rooms and hallway in just over a week! Hello, I went on-line to find a floor covering company that has a good reputation, and that I could feel comfortable with. (not easy here in Fl.) I can honestly say, that was a blessing, as the owner Vince came out discussed the options, measured and soon after, gave me an estimate that didnt give me a heart-attack. I called seeking installation of a tile backsplash in a tight location. Vince (owner) came when promised, measured accurately, asked consultative questions to understand what we sought and provide options and advice.He was able to schedule the work sooner than expected (rainy weather made a small inside job fit nicely).The two craftsmen did a great job - several hours to cut and install the tile mosaic; about 45 min the following day to grout. Everything was left very tidy and the work is beautiful. Good value for good work!

Floor Coverings International (FCI) outbid 2 competitors for our complete-house install of Luxury-Vinyl Planks (LVP). The LVP was installed over various old tiles of uneven quality and condition, making this a more difficult job.Jesus was a high-touch service manager who also did the best job (of the 5 companies I initially contacted) explaining the different levels of LVP quality and both FCIs & the manufacturers warranties. They began the job on time, finished in 1.5 days and came in right on the estimate. They instilled a high-level of trust from the beginning. We will certainly use their services again.
