I recently bought an aventador - 15 roadster- from excell. the title took a little longer than normal but during covid times that may be possible. the issue i have is that the car got here and 2 days after i got it, the battery was completely dead. i called them and they said they would pay for a lambo battery as the aftermarket battery could be causing the issue. well i got that battery and that died too in 3 days. i have had the car for a month and a half and needless to say that the problem has not been diagnosed. now they want to was their hands. i am still hoping that they come thru and fix the issue and if they do, i will change my review as they would be deserving. in the meantime make sure you do a ppi on vehicles. i did not as they gave me a letter that says it was in good shape and everything was working great,, which was not the case,

Just purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera 4s. Oleg was great throughout the whole experience. He really knows his cars and the market. I flew in from NC to pick up the car and he had a Sprinter pick me up bring me to the dealership where I left in 10 min. Immediately I drove to the keys came back up a week later dropped off the car had a few minor things to check out. Then he shipped the car to NC for me. I won’t be purchasing another car any other way but though Oleg and Excell.

Outstanding experience with Jonathan and the team at Excell - from start to finish. Bought 2019 Porsche Macan S sight unseen. When we arrived there was minor surface damage to the front and rear bumpers. Jonathan said hed take care of it and he sure did. We live in Miami - he sent a flatbed to pick up, they repaired and sent it back via flatbed. As far as we are concerned, Excell has written the book on customer service. Our next car purchase will be with Jonathan and wed recommend him to anyone interested in buying a luxury vehicle!

My initial feeling about Excel was class personified. I was at aww at the customer service and look of the dealership. The salesman seemed very knowledgeable. The car history was given and I was told they only deal in well kept cars. The car was a little older but looked, drove, and felt as though it was newer. Upon purchase, I drove it for a couple days before taking it to the BMW dealership because I notice white smoke as I waited for food in the drive through. The dealer came back with a $3, 500 bill for something I cant recall right now. I drove it for another week before seeing the smoke again. I then took it to a friend of mind who worked for BMW for andxtended period of. He told me that there was an engine issue that was going to cost $10,000 to fix eventually but that it was ok to drive. The white smoke issue he fixed. It costed me another $2000 to fix that. He could see where the dealers did the work they said and felt it was probably needed based on what he saw. I went back to Excel to inform them of all the issues. The attitude was as expected (I had the car, all sells are final, its yours now). That was 2 years ago. In the pass few months it has been overheating according to the computer. It has been in the shop for times and presently in again. I have spent another $2000 in repairs. My dream car and what I thought was a blessing has made me feel like the fool in the Bible that money will soon depart from him. The car cost me $30K plus. Paid it off recently. After feeling good about paying it off, looks like I may be going back into payments. I very seldom drive the car because I am a disabled veteran and dont have to go out much. Doctors appointments and occasionally to Pompano Beach from Port St. Lucie. Since COVIC I am home. I keep going back to Excel statemrnt of the type of cars they sell and the history report. Maybe my car was an isolated situation.

Dealing with Excell was a complete pleasure. Process was seamless. I purchased a Karma and the car is amazing.

Was interested in a blue Mclaren 570 that we had seen a lot at car meets. As soon as we saw the car for sale we were ready to buy as it was a beautiful car! HOWEVER after telling our friends we were buying a Mclaren they mentioned the car had caught on fire and the previous owner of the car kept blabing his mouth on how some shop set it on fire... We were also shown pictures of the entire engine bay fried. When we called Excell the sales guy totally denied it and said the car was perfect and nothing ever happened. Shortly after confronting the sales guy they said the car had sold which is a lie...This is wrong and customers should not be lied to this way. Especially when purchasing a car over 100k that caught on fire. Im glad this was shown to us before we made a mistake! Please stay away from these people guys. Do your research!

I bought a $332k Aventador from Oleg at Excell. The car is fine but I was promised a second key. Two months after purchase I still have no second key. I also don’t have the title work yet and was never told the title wasn’t in hand or would be delayed. Oleg was great before her had my money. Service after the sale is garbage. He leaves my text messages on “read” and keeps dragging this along. Communication and transparency are terrible. I buy a lot of cars, and they certainly didn’t earn my repeat business.

I have two issues with this dealer.One, I did a pre-purchase inspection. One of the items that came up was the A/C needed to be charged. Although I was promised it would be done and told it was done it never was.Secondly, I was to receive two keys with the car but only received one. When I kept inquiring about the second key I was told repeatedly that they had it and would be shipping it out. I have never received the key as promised.Please beware that this dealer is unable and unwilling to live up to their agreements and will consistently lie about it.

Had a lot of pretty cool cars, staff seems attentive. Most of the cars have swirling in the paint, which when putting that type of money into a car I would prefer it didnt. This could be solved with a quick trip to the detailer, so dont let it keep you away

We deal with excell on a monthly basis as we buy over 10 exotics a year for our business. They are always great to deal with, and very upfront about their cars and the deals to be had. Good people to do business with and refreshing in the luxury and exotic car world.

I have purchased many cars from Excell over the past 6 years. I have also sold cars I have purchased back to Excell on consignment and trade in. I was treated very fairly with all the financial terms of those cars.I have found the staff to be extremely service oriented. Their in-house mechanic has done exceptional work on a number of my cars for typical service issues. Further, I have had radar detectors installed and recently had a BMW truck wrapped by Excells in-house wrap specialist. The quality of the work was exceptional and I am very happy.I just took delivery of another car(SLS) and couldnt be happier with Scotts handling of the deal. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to purchase that special one of a kind sports car or sedan.

These guys were great! They didnt try to push any other service on me, and stuck to the basics. They were very informative as well.

Worst car buying experience of my life. I bought a McLaren from them, which they said was in absolutely perfect condition. But in fact it had dry rotting tires a broken wheel bearing and $16,000 worth of repairs. Avoid dealing with Scott at all costs he is a compulsive liar only interested in profit.

SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE!!!Scott Zankl and the team at Excell has bent over backwards for me over the 8 years I have been using them. Besides finding me the right car at the right price when Im looking, the service after I buy is what keeps me coming back. When anything goes wrong, Excell takes care of it quickly and economically. Cant recommend these guys enough!

I went from New York to buy the C 63 AMG Black Serious . The best car dealer ever they picked me up with a sprinter at the airport .Very professional and honest peopleOleg was the guy who helped from day one antil my car got shipped from Florida to New York . Sept I purchased a 2016 Amg Gts Edition 1 from Excell. It was shipped to me Two weeks later with a Broken Transmission, and spent 6 weeks at Mercedes. Below is my experience.Pre-purchase. I narrowed down that I wanted an edition 1 GTS, which was only made in 2016. Came across this car on google and reached out to Excell.The Good:Dealing with Excell. Their website was easy to use. The first contact was with Oleg, who was informative, and pleasant.Communication pre-purchase. They did a good job communicating, not perfect ( no one is ), but good.Purchase. Smooth, easy paperwork, no issue.Delivery. They graciously waited until I returned from vacation to ship the car. Oleg had said it would be a cool visual to see it come off the trailer & he was right.Above and beyond. They offered to pick me up at the airport if I wanted to fly in.The Rough:Car was delivered w a leaking transmission. It was delivered to me on a Friday and on Saturday morning - took it to Mercedes, where it sat for 6 weeks getting the transmission replaced. Was still under warranty, so didn’t cost me anything. Just took time as they waited for a transmission to be shipped from Germany.I was told in writing by Excell they would reimburse me for the cost of the lost use while the car sat in the shop - They didn’t. Texts and calls went ignored from this point forward.I was promised at least 5 times I would receive a call back from the owner personally - never did. Still waiting. I have texts for anyone that would like to see. Communication was the most frustrating of all. I was treated like I bought a slice of pizza.Never once was I rude, raised my voice, etc. I understood that things happen & was thankful it was under warranty. I accept that I bought a 2yr old car & it wasn’t new, I’m responsible for taking their word on everything. If the owner had called back one of the five times it was promised he would, it would have felt like a $100k+ purchase meant something to them. Worse part - It felt like I didn’t mean anything as a customer.My Two Cents:At the end of the day - I got a beautiful car. Verify Everything they say when dealing with them. Get your own inspections. Oleg is a nice guy, but you’ll get a lot of words that aren’t backed by truth.It has been approx 2.5 months since my purchase, and hope this review is informative to anyone considering purchasing from a vehicle from Excell. BTW - 3 Stars is the worst review I’ve ever left. Would have preferred not to write it, but felt anyone purchasing a high end car, would like all the info before making a decision.

Scott and his staff are true professionals. They make car buying easy. The only place to go for luxury and exotic cars.
