This place is my ABSOLUTE favorite! They are priced perfectly and there is really quality stuff! I have found MANY items even new with tags! I never buy brand new until I look here first. The staff is great too! You never know if a good business is great until there is an issue. It’s way to be good when there are no issues. You can tell the character of a business when something goes wrong. I had some items that had overlooked sensors and drove 25 min home from the store. The manager was able to make things right and was very understanding on how I could be frustrated.

This place is an awesome experience. Great name brands some of which are new at great prices. I plan on being a frequent customer. Only down side is most of the items are small and medium.

I love this place. The clothes are so fair priced. The workers are amazing. I had a bunch of clothes to try on and they put them in a container for me and carried them to the changing room. I also loved their changing room, how they had Not my fave, Potential & Feelin it. I definitely recommend this place!

This is a great place to get brand name clothes for reasonable prices! I especially like their shoe section. They have Sperry, Old Navy, and Converse under $30!!

I came here with my girlfriend and I could not have been more impressed. Their selection of brands was very extensive and there was plenty to choose from. We were helped by Abylin who was very polite and even offered to carry all of our clothes to and from the fitting room. Highly recommend!

We are huge fans of Uptown Cheapskate, but usually shop and sell at stores in the South. We visited this location and it felt more like a Plato’s Closet that caters to a younger crowd. Neither my husband nor I found a single thing we wanted to buy. We tried to sell our clothes, and from 5 bags of brands like Loft, Columbia, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Edie Bauer etc, they only bought 7 items for $20. I normally sell at stores in the South (Georgia and the Carolinas) and have great success with selling my brands. The staff were very polite and it was a good atmosphere, just not what two teachers in their 30s were looking for.

Affordable used clothes for good price.

Having teens can be a challenge to keep up with clothing styles, trends, etc not to mention they sometimes outgrow it before it’s reached its endgame. It’s nice to have a place we can trade in something that doesn’t fit and get something else that does that is still trendy!

I always look forward to cleaning out my closet and getting rid of clothes. There is no other place I’d rather take my unused items than Uptown! They always give me the best offers for my clothes and shoes. The workers are all very nice, but the one who stands out to me most is Emily! She is always friendly, energetic, and eager to help out 😁

I recently visited this location after myself and my associates just left from having a conference meeting, and I was amazed, what a great facility/ place of business, all of the merchandise was great along with great prices, I was greeted right as I walked in and asked if I was looking for anything in particular or if theres anything else she would be able to help me with (asst. Manager) I told her I was just looking around and how I have never been here before, she went ahead and explained everything to me and also showed me around while also explaining that you also buy items, she was so professional along with the rest of the staff, as being a business owner myself I was just so amazed from the professionalism out of such young employees here and how helpful they were. I would definitely be back and I also will recommend to many of my friends and family, also kudos to the owner for having such great management and staff team, they were outstanding!!

Pretty good deals and selections but many clothes has stains on them they should do a better job with taking in clothes.

They dont carry clothes in my size, but they almost always have a fair price for second hand shoes and hats. Ive bought some clothes for my wife here too, and theyre always on good condition and fairly priced. Edit: Prices have raised and quality has dipped a bit. Still overall decent and their variety in sizing has grown very slightly.

My girlfriend always brings me in here but it seems like a pretty nice place. She finds good deals on nice almost new clothes. They also have a good selection on men’s clothes. Highly recommend this place to people looking for deals.

You can always find really good deals here. Nice lightly used clothing. And you can also sell your old clothing to them and the usually pay more than the competition

The prices are okay, but the customer services from the female employees needs some improvement! Also they need to have more plus sizes clothing. So that everyone feels good about shopping there.

I took a clothing basket full of clothes. Name brand, not over worn, clean, and folded nicely. They accepted none of them. The boy that had looked through everything mainly stressed to me that they were only taking skinny jeans currently. I stood there and stared at him because those were the only types of jeans I had in the basket. And it had also only taken him about 10 minutes to go through everything. To me, I feel he didnt want to waste his time on my basket of good clothes that they couldve sold. Platos wont lie to your face like they will and theyll actually accept your clothing. Do not go there, horrible service and not even that great of a selection. I dont know what they think when they buy their clothes from people.

I like the resale store over the others in town. They carry a large variety of in fashion clothes and accessories. Their used items look better than the ones at Goodwill and Salvation Army. They even carry brand new items from time to time.

I need about a good 4 hours when shopping there. They have so many nice, brand name clothes! Love love love this store!

I feel the employees are always rude. Been in there multiple times feel intimated to go in by myself because of rude employees.

I like this store. But I had a 10.00 off coupon my text. I didnt know you have to sign in separate to get this coupon. Cashier didnt ask if had coupon. Do I didnt get it. Went back asked why? Was told No you cant get it you already paid. RIP OFF. UOU CAN GIVE IT TO ME. THIS has happened BEFORE...NOT HAPPY. WILL BE RETURNING EVERYTHING....

Like to skip thru & find something pretty or pretty hip in a snap! Like better than Platos for a UC is edgier, sorta. The YO doesnt offer many alternatives to many folks blah, generic dressing, but UC is my fave spot for recycled or new on a budget sweet styles. LOVE the plastic nickel program! Carry yr stuff out or usr own bag, donate to charity local. Cool

Bought clothes from there and the cashier told me I had 14 days to return the clothes with the tags still attached, along with the receipt. Two days later I went to return the pants and the manager came out to proceed with the return and tells me that you can only return stuff in exchange for store credit. This was never mentioned at purchasing. The policy is stupid and is just a way for them to take your money and keep it within their store.

Horrible staff. These people were never taught what customer service is. Very rude, snobby, and stuck up. The only one that was nice was the older gentleman. The girls on the other hand need slapped. I will not be returning to this store.

Grand opening was overcrowded, should of had it earlier in the day, should of had more than 3 registers. The clerk the was rude to me and said I could leave if i did not want to wait in line.
