Very good visit. Serviceman walked around my car with me pointing out issues with my tires, which were quite obvious if I’d just looked. They would not pass inspection. He recommended some tires on sale. Great tires and good bargain. Very nice and very helpful. New tires gave me peace of mind for winter traveling. Thank you

I had bought a Subaru from another car lot and it was already having some issues in the first few days of driving it. I decided that a certified Subaru technician needed to have a look at it. After the diagnosis they thought I needed 4 new engine oil valves that wouldve been an $800 job. I was going on a big trip the next weekend and decided to bite the bullet to get it fixed. They called and said after getting under the hood and scanning it again that the valves were all good and actually didnt need to be replaced. It was just a history code from before! I was so relieved, I almost cried. They didnt charge me and even gave me a shiny new keychain for my keys as a gift. They saw I had really been stressed about it and took care of me the whole way. Thanks again!

I drive from Christiansburg, Virginia (1-1/2 hours) to get all of my service work done at Cole Subaru. Im obviously very satisfied with the professional work they do and Ill continue to go there in the future.

The guy working in the service department was very rude! The last time I came in to ask about even setting up an appointment he immediately cut me off and said he could not schedule anything. I turned around and walked out. Hoping someone else would be working today, I scheduled an appointment online. I thought it would be okay since the time slot came up as available. When I arrived the same guy working told me that he just got a car towed in, presumably about to tell me he couldn’t me in. I said I had scheduled an appointment online and thought all was good. I explained that in addition to what I had selected online I wanted an inspection sticker. He said he was going to do an oil change and inspection sticker. That is not what I wanted at all. I assume you can read what the customer selects when they book an appointment. Service was fast, but just before my car was finished he came into the waiting room to tell me it would have been more respectful of me to have called beforehand to make an appointment rather than online. I thought the point of scheduling online was so I didn’t need to call. He told me I was lucky that the Kia guys could get my car in because if he didn’t have a rack he couldn’t service it. Extremely unprofessional to talk to a customer that way. He spoke fast and walked away quickly without giving me a chance to say anything. Felt very unwelcome by him.

As usual, I have had a great experience getting my car serviced. I never have to wait more than an hour. I own two Subarus from Cole Subaru and they take good care of me and my vehicles better than any dealership Ive ever bought a car from. The service department at Cole Subaru is the reason Ill always by my Subarus from them.

When I originally called to make my appointment, I was told the recalled part would have to be scheduled further out than my oil change due to the replacement demand. I agreed to setup each separately. The service rep, Joe, was very professional and courteous. He kept me updated on the status of my car. He even made sure that the recalled part would be replaced at the same time. While this was a simple gesture it really saved me another long drive to the dealership. When my car was ready, Joe gave me the price breakdown of pricing along with a brochure of what my next maintenance schedule for my Subaru would entail. Joe never seemed annoyed with questions from myself or another couple who had a their vehicle being worked on during this visit. Past experience left a bad taste in my mouth as a different service man had a much poorer attitude. Joe certainly is a terrific Coles service rep!

It was a long day but expected. Amenities were provided by staff. The information for the car was completely explained. Test drive really showed the versatility of the vehicle. I met the staff that provides maintenance for vehicles. They were very courteous and have my first maintenance visit scheduled. Everybody had a role in the process and it went very smoothly. Joe Muskulin was extremely knowledge of the Ascent and we had an immediate relationship. I can’t expect anymore from anybody.

I needed a Subaru only part last minute for my car before we were actually about to take a road trip. I was so stressed and afraid that I wouldnt be able to have the work done with just days to go but the people here were so accommodating oh, they made sure I had an appointment a couple of days before I left and I dropped my car off in the morning and it only took a couple hours and it was done! I had actually left something in my car and had to turn around and go back just after leaving and I was surprised to see they put plastic covers on the seats and everything before they even get in the car. Everybody there seems like they were working really hard and were so friendly. After having this work done I can see why some people choose to take their cars to dealerships. Really great service.

I arrived at Cole Subaru before they were open. But the shop foreman said it would be awhile before they could do the work. I was not too long getting back on the road. The engine light had come on and the cruise light was flashing. I was well pleased with the service I received. I purchased my Subaru there in February, 2013 so I was acquainted with the dealership. Went in for a recall for one something, there were warning lights lit up on the dashboard for something else and they did not address that. Not even a phone call to say they had checked it or if i wanted it fixed—what kind of service department let’s a vehicle go without checking out a known problem??And the sales dept doesn’t listen to what a customer says they can afford and pulls a fast one on older customers, will NOT buy another vehicle here

3rd time in 3 months after buying a new Legacy dropping it in the shop. The only reason I’ve gotten out without paying for their messups is going to upper management and complaining. Radio was bad and both rear wheel bearings went out in the first 10k miles, also put a nail in my tire and wanted me to pay for it. Do not recommend. David Workman is the one to ask for if you are stuck with them like I am. He gets things done.

I explained the situation, and that I was going on a trip the next day, and even though he was short handed, he told me he would work things out and get my work done.He did better than that! 2nd service for new vehicle, charged for labor and fluid for differential? No warranty and no explanation for this procedure. Just told I needed ir. I even bought extra coverage for warranty as part of sale. Vehicle still has vibration in gas pedal as it accelerates, and still has uneven line to back door closing, same as mentioned after sale at first service.

My husband and I bought A new 2016 4x4 canyon truck. We recived our first apt. Time for the first oil change the apt was at 9 am it is now 12 pm ! The worst customer service ever! 4 hours to change the oil really! We are very displeased by the lack of care after the sale. You wanted our business until we bought from you now you act as if its a incovvince ! Oh by the way our sales man is Claude the person who continued to ck on the truck is Treasa I dont recommend this dealership if you want good service! We should have went to Ramey.
