Our office recently upgraded our Ricoh printer through Metro Sales. Everyone from the sales team, Brandon; the delivery person, Ryan; and the installer, MikeR, were wonderful to work with. The transition was very smooth and there was no noticeable downtime. Mike was especially helpful going around and installing all of the drivers on the individual computers, which saved me hours of downtime. I placed one recent phone call to the help desk and the two individuals who helped me were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable about my questions.
