Awesome store got some new PFG stuff

This is the SECOND time I have left this store and the footwear box is not the one I asked for. Both times (months apart) I was shopping for gifts, asked for a specific footwear and size. Worker hands me a box and I check out. Leave the store and it’s a very similar item but not the one I asked for. Attention to detail is not a strong suit of the woman working the footwear section.

I could not believe how affordable some of these coats were. Ive always been a fan of Columbias style and quality. The staff were helpful but not too pushy. I really like this location.

Have had Columbia boots for a few years only wearing them occasionally. They have a claim of being outdoorsy/adventuresome. I wore the boots on a walk to the grocery store. One boot survived the trip. The other split all down the right and left side.

Tim at Columbia at the mall of America made shopping a breeze. Had my granddaughter and she is hard to please. He was the man for the job.She loves her coat! Give Tim a raise!!

Everything that I i have purchased from this store so far it just as high quality any other Eddie Bauer or North Face. I would definitely recommend to buy from this store when things are half price.

So I was there Saturday November 7th. I was shopping for winter boots for myself, I was there at least an hour trying to find the perfect pair. Abby was helping me she was soo patient and attentive. I am very picky but she would go back and forth to gets different sizes and different boots. She recommended styles and was very knowledgeable of everything she offer. She followed all Covid guidelines with mask on and allowing the number of people in the area. I really recommended visiting this store because every time I come in seems very organized and have variety of styles and sizes. Have fun shopping!!!

So incredibly impressed. I had to exchange my boots after the Holidays and walked in and out in less than ten minutes. Granted that I was in there on a Friday at around 10:15am but the hospitable service was genuine, quick and warm. Right as I walked in Mark greeted me while he continued with his work, saw that I was carrying a surrel box and asked, Here for an exchange? When I complied, he took the box off my hands, walked swiftly towards the shoe section in the back of the store and radioed his coworker, Ive got a shoe exchange headed your way, looking for either a womens 10 or 9.5 I was in no hurry at all but the staff treated me like a friend and I was out in a flash. Thank you guys! Im headed out for shoveling now.

Went in to get some gear for an upcoming trip that will involve some hiking and outdoor activities. The two gentlemen working, Ethan and (I regrettably didnt catch his name) were very helpful and knowledgeable of the product lines. He helped me pick out something that should work great for what I have in mind. Of course I dont yet know how the product will perform but it seems to be of good quality. I purchased an E-Gift card from Columbia and didn’t receive it after several hours. Contacted customer support and was told it takes 24 hours to process. Who does this? It’s a scam to take your money (already taken from me) and not give me my product. It’s like me going to a store and them telling me come pickup your merchandise in 24 hours after payment processes. It’s BS. I can go to any other retailer and purchase an e-gift card and have it in minutes. Makes me question doing business with them. Maybe North Face would prefer my business. P.s it says nothing about this when you choose a gift card and it says nothing about the time even on the order confirmation they have it hidden somewhere. They aren’t transparent.

Love it! My wife and I shop here for the quality. Of course Columbia merchandise isnt cheap, but definitely worth every penny. They do have really good sales, and offer rewards for future shopping if you want to save some money. They always have a sales associate around for any questions; and they dont hover over you and harass you with pressured sales pitches. Another great benefit is; they also have a great selection of Sorel boots.. my wife loves them, she has several pairs! Another company that definitely has high standards. One more thing I should add; i was informed that Columbia stands behind their products for life.. as far as if a seam tears, or if a zipper breaks, theyll give you a voucher of what that garment cost when you bought it.. so if you bought a coat ten years ago for 300.00 and the zipper breaks, theyll give you a 300.00 voucher to buy a new one... wow! What a great company!

I have half of my closet with Columbia clothes, is usually really good quality that last .The design also is very nice that make it one of my favorite store to buy clothes, specially in mn where the weather is so extreme this place can provide with some relief with some of the new design that are lightweight but very efficient.The rewards program works really well that is worth to be enroll.

Their options are fantastic and vary seasonally. The sticker price seems egregious at first, but the quality is very high. They also run fantastic sales often. Be sure to drop in during a Labor Day or other holiday sale and expect to save a lot of money. The staff was also very helpful in assisting us. We just moved to Minnesota from Texas, so we had no idea what to buy for the winters here.

The staff here are incredibly helpful. They know what is and isnt in stock (sizes of winter boots, clothes). Theyre also knowledgeable about the products. It is a commission store, keep track of who is helping you if you make a purchase.

The new Sorel in-store is wonderful. Im a huge fan of their new waterproof casual shoes - the insoles are super comfortable for those of us who spend a lot of time on our feet - no aftermarket parts necessary.Also - the staff is super friendly and more than willing to share their expertise with shoe noobs like me.

Columbia is a good place to get clothing. All of the clothes look great and arent too expensive, but might not necessarily be the most effective when compared to clothes you can get online.

Was gifted a $200 Hooded TurboDown this Christmas and chose to exchange it (3 days later) for a more expensive $300 item. Only to be denied because the tags were off and considered “worn”. Terrible return policy and rough customer service experience. Shop at your local REI instead.

Albertville columbia is so great, it makes this location seem lackluster. The same goes with other stores I have visited in this mall that have various locations. I would expect that the MOA location would be noticeably superior, that is not the case though. The staff here is good but the vibe is missing from the other locations I have been to. It is possible to get in and get what you need though. The selection will be limited to what they have on hand. Hopefully one day they can expand the inventory.

Zero stars . Hardly staffed and waited for no help at the Columbia /sorel service desk to be turned away because of the return policy through Affirm MasterCard. I would’ve never ordered them if I knew I couldn’t exchange my items for a different size or return because I wanted something else! The manager Tim and associate Desirae were very rude that I actually had to record them with my phone to show people. I will never order either brands or ever recommend. You would think they’d want you to come to the store/mall to get help? Nope now I’m back to lugging my heavy boots back home to be shipped with a lowsy charge! Thanks for nothing COLUMBIA AND SOREL!
