Horrible Customer Service!! They are supposed to be open til 6pm well you better call and actually make sure that theyre open! Lazy Employees like to put a sign in the window saying theyre on break and then sit in the back hiding hoping that customers will just go away. Why wouldnt you just close early? Oh let me guess so you can sit there and get paid for Not working lol... what a joke! Also they expect you to wear a mask and then take theirs off while they sit there and complain how bored they are. Believe me Im sure there are alot of people who would love to have your job at a time like this!!

I love this service. $30 per month for one line including taxes and fees. Easy support. The tech spent a lot of time with me porting my number from my old service. The old service made it difficult but my tech was very patient and kept at it until he had my phone switched to Cricket with my old number.

The representatives are very knowledgeable and respectful. It was a quick and painless experience switch from MetroPieceofShi. I was able to get setup with a nice phone and case for under 100. Very happy customer

Although the representative was very nice, they ran out of the phone that I want. He said to come back the next day when they receive more of the phone I want. A little bit of a inconvenient therefore the low rating.
