It is really easy to see why this place is rated as high as it is!They are courteous, professional, accurate in setting expectations and expert at their craft. Got my Pixel 4 screen replaced and it is perfect!They advised that it would take about 5 business days to order the part (paid 25% as a deposit). It came in 4 days. They advised it would take 2 hours but took 4 which they kept me updated on the status along the way. And totally worth the wait as it is as good as new!!They arent the cheapest, but youll get a quality job!Highly recommend over all others (and Ive tried a few)

Originally I gave this one star because i came here to get my phone screen fixed and yes they fixed the screen but somehow the time and date changed and my data went away but I went in the next day and they fixed my problem and gave me a 25 dollar discount, they are really nice and I do recommend! This place is a great place to go. Great hours and personnel is great and knowledgeable. Thy actually just called me to see if my phone is good and asking if any problems AND reminding me I have a warranty. You just don’t get customer service like this anymore.

Absolutely giving them 5/5. This was an amazing customer service experience. Ed and I chatted while we discussed pricing on fixing the back of my Galaxy s9+ which was very fairly priced. Some competitors in town dont come close to this pricing which was only $50 for the replacement part and service. In terms of service it was fast. Only took him 20 minutes to fix my phone and about 5 to put on my screen protector. Other places can take hours and you may have to leave your phone with them. He offered a screen protector which I was in fact in need of and even installed it for me! Very friendly and respectful the entire time. I will not go anywhere else when my phone needs repairs ever again only to here. I was so impressed keep up the great works guys!

They did a great job getting my wife’s iPhone 6s Plus fixed. It had a broken screen and the speaker was not working. They returned the fixed phone within couple of hours and it looked as good as new, great work. They also offer 1 year technical warranty and are not very pricey. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and would use them for any future phone repair needs.

They were very polite, the prices were great, and I was able to get my iPhone 6 within a couple hours of giving it to them. I needed a new battery and charging port for my phone and also decided to have them apply a new screen protector while I was there. The battery and charging port replacement parts were $25 each and the installation fees were $30. The screen protector was $10, but they gave me 50% off because I had to wait a little longer than usual for the installation. The new parts all came with a 6 month warranty. Will definitely recommend their shop to my friends if they have any problems with their phones.

I didnt get my phone repaired, but I feel strongly that they would do a tremendous job. I took my sons to experience Virtual Reality for the first time and the gentlemen were so kind and helpful. We had a blast too and its inexpensive! We will definitely be going back!

All I can say is wow this place is a gem in Normal, IL. I was able to get my phone screen replaced on a Saturday evening in one hour! It was $120 less than I was quoted at another gadget repair place! The work is quality. My phone is like new. Very nice, considerate, professional owner/staff. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. They replaced the battery in my pixel. The pixel has a very thin, fragile screen that can break when replacing the battery. Other repair stores were going to charge me if they broke the screen while trying to replace the battery. These guys do not do that- theyll replace it if they break it. Mine didnt break while they fixed it. They were even able to reuse the tempered glass screen protector. Battery life with the new battery is excellent- I am very happy with the service and pricing at FiXit.

They have earned A+ for service and repair on a water damage phone. I didn’t have much hope for the phone to come to life after I personally changed out the battery. So I tried my luck with FiXit he explain 50/50 chance it might come back on after what he called a water damage repair wash. I went ahead and agreed to the service and was. It in a hurry for the phone sense it been sitting for well over a month. After a couple of days the called and informed me of the good news (phone was working again) which made me happy. I had an excellent experience here! The headphone jack broke and was stuck in my sons iPad which made the iPad think there were headphones plugged in so no sound. I was stressed! After a some frantic searching and being told by normal gadgets that they would have to break screen on iPad (and charge me for said screen) I was referred to Ed. Normal gadgets told me $60 for removing broken piece from jack and $100 for the screen they would be breaking to fix it. Ed told me $40 if he can fix it and $0 if he can’t. I was elated! Brought the iPad straight in and had my fixed iPad back home within an hour for $40. No breaking anything. Honest about price and fast friendly service! I had no idea these guys were in town and could not be happier I found them! Don’t get ripped off somewhere else. Go here and get honest work for honest pay. Thank you Ed and your team! Oh, and my sons iPad was gross (he’s 7, so sticky nastiness), these guys even cleaned his iPad and case free of charge. I could not be happier with my experience!

Cant even decide on where to begin! My iPhone 7+ randomly shut off and wouldnt become recognized through iTunes and was unresponsive to button presses. As anyone, especially since all my work documents are on my phone, I was extremely worried about losing my data. I took my phone to iVirtex, where Eder looked at it and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it for me. Eder even stayed late to assist me in fixing my phone, and most importantly, made sure ALL of my data remained on my phone! I cannot stress how helpful they have been and I cant argue with their price at all! Highly recommend them, and I will be back!Also, they have a few Virtual Reality machines setup in the store, which would be an AWESOME way to pass the time!

The day after I got my shattered screen fixed parts of my screen stopped work and two weeks later my screen stops working completely.... its nice of them to give out a 30 day warranty but why have to go back after waiting and hour for it be fixed once

The best video gaming experience Ive ever had. They have it all, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and a racing simulator. Super cheap prices, amazing experience. If youve never tried virtual reality this is the place to go. Its a giant video gaming library but it feels like youre in the game while youre playing it.
