Love their stuff but their hours screen - DONT SHOP HERE.

Since the South Barrington location closed I have called repeatedly to have my name and address to be removed from receiving direct marketing mail. I have always been assured it would, however continue to receive mail in spite of assurances. Very poor customer service.

Received a great deal on a mattress, it has been two years now works great!

I have only been to this location twice once pre Covid 19 and today. I have now been completely ignored twice. A bell dings when you walk in the store so there is no excuse for a customer to be ignored. The sales associate was apparently heating up her lunch. So she then comes out of the break room looks me dead in my eye and sits down and starts eating!! The other sales person that I saw was a man he too looked at me knew I wasn’t greeted and did nothing. Don’t know if it is a racial issue I’m black or what. Never coming back. Prices were very high for an outlet and nothing special inventory wise.

Workers are friendly. A bit pricey, some items look a bit plasticey.

Horrible customer service once youve given them your money. Our product (sectional couch) was order in May and suppose to be ready early July. Called our sales person a couple times and she never returned our call. Finally left a message for customer service and they said the item was shipped and on the way to their warehouse. 2 weeks later still no word from them. I called them back and spoke to someone in the store and she said it was in the warehouse but they cant deliver for 3 weeks. Would never recommend them to anyone. A 3 week wait for delivery, after the item was already 2 weeks late is simply crazy.

Very much a warehouse furniture outlet but still contains higher end furniture at decent discounts. We located several pieces that would accent different fooms in our humble abode. There is a section for significantly reduced items as well. Parking is ample. They close at 5 so get there early.

Have had the best experience here!I couldnt do my whole home at once, but the helped me come up with a vision and plan to get it done in three years.Three years later we are done and my home looks AMAZING!

Great quality furniture, quick delivery, awesome designers, and they will take your old furniture away.

Our family recently decided to totally re-do our family room from top to bottom. Our salesperson/designer Shelley helped make our vision a reality. She even made multiple trips to our home to help us with selections. Now this is the way home shopping should be!
