The one star is first the sales staff. The sales staff here is wonderful to work with. We went in to buy my husband a bike, and ended up purchasing one for me as well. I cannot say enough good things about Ben and Tim in particular. They were easy to work with, no pressure, and we love our bikes.The issue with this dealership is the service department. The day of purchase they said they needed to go through the bike. Not a problem we were told it would be 2 hours. 6+ hours later we finally had to leave and we couldnt take our bike. The next day they went through our second bike and again took much much longer the promised. We finally got both our bikes delivered and thought everything was fine.Fast forward a month and one of our bikes had to go back because of a few issues. We scheduled an appointment and dropped the bike off. They had our bike for two weeks before we were finally able to pick it up. In that time we had to call them constantly trying to get an update on what was going on. When we were finally able to pick it up the issues we brought it in for were fixed, but now the bike has different problems that werent there when we brought it in.

Update 7/9: changed from 1 to 3 stars.My bike was ready on 7/6. The Service Dept. Manager was able to get the part quicker after I spoke to him. I still wish I got the callbacks I was offered along the way and I didnt appreciate being told wrong completion dates several times. In the end I feel the manager helped make it right by expediting the delivery of my parts and they threw in a complimentary wash. Bike looks and runs great.Original Story: (1 star review)Today is 7/3, I dropped my bike off for service on 4/30. (oil change, front brake service, broken shift link) Ive called less than once per week, usually when I was told my parts should arrive. Im not one of those a-holes who call every day screaming, Ive worked customer service, that doesnt help anyone.My primary complaint is the customer service Ive received in this time:-Ive been offered several callbacks when I called, but never got any callbacks from anyone, not even when I spoke to the service manager.-On 6/22 I was told that my bike would be ready 6/25. I asked is it safe to plan on that date? and was told yes. I rearranged my work schedule, my wife rearranged her schedule to drop me off, and we made sure our childcare could go later if needed. On 6/25 I hadnt heard anything, so I called around 4pm, and was told it would be ready on 6/26.-I received no call on 6/26, or any day that week. When I called on 6/30 I was told, they might be working on it now, let me go check and call you back. Several hours later I called and asked to speak to the service manager. I calmly explained my frustration in the above. He informed me the part is not actually there, and the new ETA in the system is 7/9. He apologized for the experience, and would have someone look into sourcing the part another way. He offered to call me back on 7/2 with an update. Unfortunate, but reasonable response from a manager.-On 7/2, I waited patiently for an update from the service manager. No call.Please dont offer a callback if you cant or wont do it. Please dont tell me it will be ready on a date or that someone might be working on it now if you dont actually have the part.

This place has by far the best customer service in the service department. Birch was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a great guy since my first call, till I left the shop with a professionally fixed Harley Davidson. I live close to another H.D. and from now on, I will rather drive another 30 minutes to have any service done with Twin Cities Harley Davidson in Blaine.

I enjoy going to Twin City Harley Blaine. We always get a Hi whenever we walk in the door. I go straight to the clothing, my husband goes to either the bikes or to look at the parts. Megan is fabulous in the clothing department and Jess picks out the cutest and blingiest shirts for the womens department. That Harley dealer is the best for clothing. Also some of the employees there have become friends to me.

PLEASE BEWARE. I bought a Harley from them in 2018 and at the time of purchase I got the prepaid maintenance. This was an added cost of $1600+. I ended up selling the bike and this dealership said they would refund the prepaid plan. Nothing was used and no services ever preformed. I contacted Harley corporate and they said that it should be refunded. I called the dealership and was told I was SOL. No lie, literally told me Im SOL. PLEASE BE CAREFUL HERE AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Kevin was a great sales person! I went into the store with my little brother to sit on bikes so that he could see what bike he wanted to buy. Kevin was so knowledgeable and friendly that my brother wanted to buy the bike. Kevin and he worked on a deal prior to the financial portion as my brother had outside lending. Sam (Kevins manager) talked my brother into an inquiry with their financial partners. Sam disregarded everything that was previously talked about. Moral of the story when your sale person gets the deal done for you dont back out and lie straight to the customers face. Myself and my family will never buy a motorcycle from this store. We will buy another motorcycle from Kevin however.

Horrible service and customer service. Brought my bike in for a tire change they decide to wash my bike and not ask if I wanted it washed then spray my aftermarket radio. The hand controls no longer work and the radio is constantly trying to skip back. Talk to them about it and get told its my problem and there not going to do anything about it. Do not use them for anything they will mess your bike up and say deal with it. I would give them 0 stars if I could also had them do the rear breaks while the tire was there was break pressure when I got on the bike at all do they not do a test ride to see if the work they performed was done right horrible place

Slow, painful and terrible experience with service.I brought my motorcycle in for a 1k service on May 3rd, made sure ahead of to confirm that I was dropping it off and it needed this service. They told me it would take a few days to turn around and that they would call me when its ready. I waited 7 days before I decided to call and they told me that they didnt get to it yet and it would be it done the following day. Waited another 5 days and called again, same situation. Finally heard from them after another 4 days, on May 17th. When I went in to pick my bike up that day I find out that they didnt remember to do the 1k service and only a recall that happened to be on my motorcycle. It took another day for my service to be done, 16 days from the time I dropped my bike off.Staff was friendly, but I just cannot recommend their services and will be going elsewhere after this experience and blatant disrespect of time and professionalism.

I just want to start off by saying Im so glad after days on the web I landed myself in this/that store. Long story short, I was in the market to purchase a bike and after viewing their online inventory, I just had to come check this place out. Once I had arrived to this H-D I was very nicely and quickly greeted by a gentlemen asking How I could be helped and what had brought me into the store today? I had told him who I have had previously talked to on the phone with about the certain bikes I had interest in and was promptly brought to the great guy Ben R. After a little bit of Ben questioning me, he had pulled forward the bikes I told him about and then he also went a step further and pulled forward a few he thought I may like. I went through and sat-on and got a feel for all the bikes I had interest in and the ones recommended, after those few I was still unsure, during this time he really had gotten to know what I was looking for and all of the sudden he said hold on... I got one more in the back I want/need to show you, lets go check it out. While walking towards the back I caught a glimpse of that shiny beauty and just knew that this was it, he just brought me too exactly what I was looking for... and IM HAPPY to say I proudly walked out being an Electra Glide owner. This was not a quick process for me as I had a lot of questions and concerns and Im very glad that Ben and Eric took great care of me. This was not a pushy experience like most places in sales, and was actually very fun, they made me feel very apart of the H-D Family. I cant wait till summer!

Honestly, this is by far one of the best motorcycle dealerships I have been to yet. I had no intentions of buying a new motorcycle, I was just browsing to get my mind off of other things. Tim came up and talked to me for a little while, but not like a salesman, like a human being. Then he asked me how I like to ride and after I told him he showed me what he thought would be the perfect bike. Guess what, it actually was the perfect bike. It fit me better than any other bike its size ever had and it was a bada$$ looking machine. I kicked it around for a few days and then I said F it, I’m not getting any younger or gaining more free time. Now is the time to ride the machine of my dreams. Sam helped work out a great monthly payment, and gave me an outstanding price for my trade in. Eric the manager came out and talked to me for awhile as well. Everyone was upfront and personable about everything, no slimy sales maneuvers, and being a former floor salesman I know. I loved the whole experience. Even when there was a hiccup with a minor oil leak, Alec in service dep. took care of me and fixed everything as fast as humanly possible. Every portion of my experience here from the purchase, to the clothes browsing, to the service repairs, and even parts purchase was/is enjoyable. I’m kind of a big fan of customizations, but half of the enjoyment of getting new parts is just being able to go back to the store and enjoy the great atmosphere and people. Thanks to everyone at Twin Cities HD Dealership, it meant a lot more to me than you’ll ever know!

Purchased a 2013 FLHTK here in September 2017 after getting the bike home i noticed that the bike looked like it had never been cleaned, and the oil was dirty and low which if they serviced it and cleaned it and got it ready to sell shouldnt have been the case. ( I brought the bike home in the back of my Super Duty so it was impossible for the oil to get low and dirty that quickly)I immediately sent my salesman photos and let him know i was not at all happy with the condition, i got an immediate response back, and they told me to bring it back in, and they would do the 10k mile service, and detail the bike for free (there was a reconditioning fee they added in when i bought the bike so it wasnt free lol)I was taking the bike on a 3k+ mile trip the next day so i was not able to bring the bike back in that next day, but they were more than happy to fit me in when i got back.They did a good job with the detail, much better condition than i received it in. Their was a few spots of left over polish in hard to reach areas, but the bike looked brand new when i got it back, so i had to be happy.I generously gave them a week for the service and detail, and they got it done way early, which was great.Overall, the experience was perfect but they made up for it IMO, and I would be happy to send people their way. With that being said, will I purchase another bike here again... No, I enjoyed the purchase, price, and treatment i received when i bought My 2016 FLHXS in 2016 at another dealer much more. But PLEASE! dont let that deter you, these are great people, and they treat you well, and if something is wrong they fix it.

We recently bought our second bike from Twin Cities Harley Davidson and had one of the best experiences ever! We were on vacation out west when we found the bike online and Jeanette worked with us over the phone, sending pics via text and working out a time for us to come in. My husband was going in by himself to get the first real look and I sent Jeanette a text message asking if she could make a big deal if he said yes. Boy, did she ever!!! TC-HD Blaine -The service team has provided poor workmanship and attitude during our past experience at TC Blaine HD. Missing parts when our 17 Road Glide was returned from service and work not complete. After replacing the clutch switch in the housing and going back a second time to have our chrome switches reinstalled after not having been put back onwhile work was preformed, the clutch handle and housing spun down while riding home.This is very disappointing as the parts and sales team have always been more then rockstars to deal with.Unfortunately, we will bring business elsewhere.

The people here were amazing! My just out of high school son is new to bike ownership and instead of trying to sell him a bike they walked him through each type of bike they had and took him back to the mechanics area to show my son how they certified their not as new bikes. They asked what his plans were for the bike (in my sons case a cross country trip) and introduced him to the best models for that. My son is NOT new to motorcycle riding just the ownership part. It was nice the guys talking to him instead of down at him. My son is convinced this is where you should buy your next motorcycle and when he makes his final decision on which bike to get where he is going to buy his. What a great place!

I scheduled an appointment to have my cruise control switch flashed to accept to my bike and a stage one Flash Rode 50 miles in the rain all to find out they didnt have any record of my appointment and then was asked to come back. Wont step foot in any of the tc harley-davidsons ever again. What a way to lose a good customer 👏. I have two 2020 softails and am looking for a new touring wont be getting it here. I know they lost some of their good staff and it shows.

My dad made an appointment for a Thursday morning to get the back tire replaced on his bike. He drove over 3 hours just to bring it to there and by Friday afternoon they still hadnt changed out the tire. He finally had to pick up his bike Friday at 4:00 without ever getting a tire put on. Not good business practice - why would they make an appointment if they werent planning on doing the work?!? He now will drive all the way to Duluth for them to get it done for him, the Duluth store is amazing with their service. Twin Cities Harley, not at all. Theyve lost credibility with my family. All of us will use the Duluth store from now on.

I purchased 2021 softail standard from twin Cities harley blaine and the staff was extremely friendly to me and did answer all my questions. The only negative thing I wish the salesman would have told me about softail slim and street bob 114 but I should have done more research before I purchased my new bike. I purchased my most recent motorcycle from Blaine Harley Davidson late last summer. This was my 5th motorcycle and 3rd Harley. Here are some specifics I like about their process: Sales - The sales process was easy and simple. There were no pushy sales on a certain bike, and finance options were great. Service - I customized my exhaust, air filter, grips, and sissy bar. As I was choosing options I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The turnaround time was a couple days and I had my bike home. Recently, I had my 1000 mile maintenance done with them and the turn around time was one day and the bike was actually washed (may not seem like a big deal but the last dealership didn’t do this, and I’ve had to wait more than a week for turnaround). Great job.

I have gone to this location 3 times and each time I have looked for womens clothing 2w and 3w. The second time I spoke to the manager and she promised larger sizes would be coming and I came back a month later and no change. Staff is very kind and helpful no issue there. But why does Harley have bigger sizes but none in the store other than a handful to pick from? I pretty sure that there are a lot of ladies who ride that are not tiny and by not carrying sizes that are bigger sends a clear message we are not welcome in this store. If your at 18 and up dont bother going here!

My brother and I bought two brand new 2020 glides. One street, one road.His transmission lost third gear on the way home from the dealership, next week he’s 2 hours away and the key fob won’t work and his bike won’t start, his tail lights burnt out, check engine light comes on a few rides later for what they say was the burnt out light... weird. Last weekend the belt breaks on both of our bikes and nobody knows why and then has the audacity to tell me we’re lucky they’re being covered under warranty! There 600 miles on it!!They’ll do absolutely no compensation for selling you a bike that’s a complete lemon.Highly do not recommend!

If I could give a negative rating I would. Sales did a fantastic job. Service on the other hand is a different story. I have a 2017 Harley Street 750 that I bought from them new. And ever since it was new, I have had rear brake pads rubbing on the rotor. The sound is noticeable. They told me it was normal. After 2 years with regular oil changes and a new caliper later, the rubbing is even worse. And they still insist its normal. I have never heard of any other bike on the road having this issue. And now that my factory warranty expired 2 months ago, I am sure I will have costly repairs to correct this problem. Service seemed they didnt even want to address the issue and kept trying to avoid it. Is it because I didnt spend 30 grand on a bike? Poor service department. St. Paul Harley is the same. I will never buy a Harley again. Turns out it was the tires. St. Paul diagnosed it right away. Why is Blaine so dumb?

I bought my first bike today. 2015 Softail Slim. Steven worked with me to be sure I was getting into the right bike & the right price! The service at Twin Cities Blaine was excellent! Steven went out of his way to be sure I was taken care of, & had prompt service on the sale & finding the right gear for my new ride. If youre stopping into Twin City, I would recommend talking to Steven for finding what you need. He helped my wife also looking into what style of bike would be good for her. They just got a customer for as long as Im around. Good job
