Bath & Body Works is my absolute favorite store and this particular store was amazing. The employees were supper friendly and the store was fully stocked with all of the best smelling stuff.

I give you 4 stars because of Elizabeth & Tabitha. They were excellent associates and made me feel welcome. But the Cat was rude and argumentative with me. I have shopped this store many times and combined coupons but he made it clear that I was wrong. Unfortunately this was not the first time he was rude to me. He made me go to the end of the line once because I was in the wrong lane. He makes me not want to come back to your store. But Tabitha talked to me and ask me to please come back and she got Elizabeth to help me.

My favorite thing to buy is the rooms sprays. Friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly service, i only shop at BBW during holidays, Semi annual sale and the 3 wick candle sales. BBW prices are too expensive for me to pay full price

The location only had hand wash soaps and scented candles I came in looking for organic soap and they only had like one item for it.

Great store. One of my favorite places to shop at when they have the semi-annual sale. I got 12 items for $33 just recently when I went there. Everything is very neat. The employees do a good job of keeping the store kept up and in order.

The only scented store I seem to be able to walk in without getting a wicked migraine. Men come at your own peril, the colognes and body washes are amazing, but the women want to look through all their many more options so you may want a lawn chair and a snack! Lol.

I have a very serious bath and body works problem. I love this store and always will. The employees are very kind and helpful.

Came to the store before closing time and was refused entry. Store associate with short hair and glasses just let two people exit but refused to let me enter claiming they only allow a certain capacity of people inside. Very disappointed as I drove all the way over there and told her I knew what items I needed to get specifically. Will not return.

Great bargains!! The sales clerks were friendly, & professional. We enjoyed our visit and using those coupons.

One of my favore places to go, depending on the day there is always a sale and sometimes you can even get some of their quality items for dirt cheap.Dont come unless you are willing to spend a fair amount of money but even still its a pace for a bargon with a good sale.

Very nice but could use some coffee beans to break up all the scents you are smelling.

Love this place.Also love they will exchange any b&bw items no questions asked with or without receipts.Just be careful without your receipt because you will get the lowest sale price for it no matter what you might have paid for it.Then after you screw yourself out of 12$ you will find your receipt but it will be too late. So go ahead and opt in for your receipt to be emailed to you as well.But other than my own errors this place is awesome. The employees are uber helpful and sweet.Tip: opt in to their email and mailing lists. You will get emails letting you know about their flash sales, specials, and coupons good instore and online.

I love this place. Im able to find gifts for every occasion for everyone on my list regardless of age or sex. I also manage to find a few items for myself even though Im a Victoria Secret kind of lady.

I love this place, but when I went to check out the cashier started offering their specials, but I would ask her for prices and she would say something like its $10 more than this or $20 more than that giving an actual price . That annoyed me . Im not saying yes until you give me a price . So I just bought what I had in my hands
