Went in for some gear and left with a few dollars less than I went in with. Just finished a trip to Yellowstone National Park and cruised the Beartooth pass. Needed some souvenirs and found a couple awesome shirts. Motor clothes staff was very amiable and helpful. I have been here before and will most likely return. 🏍👍🤠

Beautiful showroom.... Like huge. Our visit to service dept about fuel injection problem on an older bike was punctually taken care of, and though they were unable to fix it (due to age) we were connected with people who could transport stranded rider and bike from Billings to Tennessee and sourced on information about custom injection systems for the bike. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thanks all.

Great people. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to test a number of bikes to determine which bike would fit me most and find out what I liked and disliked about each bike. This was over a course of a year that I was testing different bikes.

Chantielle in Service is awesome to work with. We are both pulling small trailers and she was able to get both rigs inside without disconnecting the trailers. Did not need to worry about trailers sitting outside. She is very polite and accommodating.

Stopped here on the way out of Yellowstone to grab some poker chips. I loved this Harley Shop and the small-town its in. Absolutely beautiful drive to get there. Jenny at this location was awesome 🤙🏻😎

New Harley owners. Got our first while in Sturgis where we were excited to learn that we could take our bike to any Harley or other place for repairs or issues. Unfortunately this will be our first and last time in to this location. Pretty sad our local dealership and store has such poor customer service. Emily on the frontend was very accommodating and helped my wife with fitting chaps. The service department however became very rude, argumentative and unhelpful as soon as they learned that we did not purchase our Harley from them. Looks like well do business elsewhere moving forward. We like to support local when we can but not when treated like this Im sure there are other local bike shops in Billings who will appreciate the business and treat us like a valued customer.

All the people there made me feel like a person not just a saleJP really helped me a lot answering all my questions no matter how big or small. I remember when Harley dealers used to prioritize travelers that need their bikes repaired. 6.5 hours to get a rear tire changed! I was 3rd in line first thing in the morning!!!! No less than 12 other bikes showed up after I got there and left before I did! Further I had to call around to find a matching tire for my bike, I had borrow one of my travel companions bikes to go pick it up, when I took it in to have it put on the service writer asked me where I got it from!? Then to add insult to injury the popped the first tube they tried to put on and charged me for two on my bill! Bottom line will never visit this dealer again.

Treatment of their customers is Paramount. I would have given them 5 stars if they had a Sportster in stock. (

Wow is all I can say!! My husband and I stopped in after a hard and very windy 6 hour ride. My visor on my helmet broke due to the wind and my phone was stuck on “emergency contacts have been notified” for some reason. A very friendly woman greeted us and asked if she could help. I told her about my helmet and my phone. I told her I was going to go look for a shirt. She said I could leave my helmet at the desk. When I came back to pay for my shirt, the young woman had fixed my helmet and she Googled how to fix my phone. I gave her my phone, and she fixed it. This was the epitome of great customer service. I regret that I didn’t ask the clerk’s name because she went far above and beyond. She is a teacher and she works at HD in the summer. Her students are so blessed to have her as their teacher. Thank you so much Beartooth HD!!

Rode my 13 street glide about 700 miles to visit family in Worland WY, my dad decided for us both to go to Billings for a night and while there to have my dads Harley serviced. Out of curiosity since I was on the road for most of the day and was collecting quite a few bugs from the previous trip up to Wyoming and while waiting on my dads bike that if they could maybe clean up my bike to getting the bike better looking quality and the service writer we were talking to for my dads bike was Chanielle Hawkins and she did explain that they really didn’t have anybody for detailing and didn’t detail bikes at the moment but for my situation she’ll see what she could do, so I did mention then I didn’t realize that they didn’t have a designated detailer and you guys are already busy enough so don’t worry about cleaning my bike then, it’ll be ok but suggested to leave my bike with my dads anyways, so left both bikes at beartooth harley for most of the day and when returning to pick up both bikes up chanielle and let me add they were already swamped with previous and new walk ins for bike repairs, she still cleaned up my bike anyways, then when it went to paying the bill she didn’t charge me or would not take any payment from me, so the only way I can pay her for the awesome service and yes my street glide looked gorgeous when I was ready to pick up my bike after a quick detail from chanielle, only way I can pay her is giving chanielle a five star rating for her and the dealership and because of service that she performed I’ll will be very glad to always return to Billings beartooth Harley, top notch dealer 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I seldom leave reviews unless the service is either atrocious or outstanding. The service department at Beartooth was fantastic. I had installed a new GTS radio to my 15 street glide and had my dealer back in Ohio flash the system. CarPlay worked, but since gps worked out of the box I didn’t think to check that function. I get out here to the national parks with no cell service and my gps was I op. CarPlay did me no good. I called the service department and they told me to stop on by and they’d take care of me so I could enjoy the rest of my trip on the bike. 30 mins in and out. Thanks a million for awesome service and getting me back on the road! (I know I can ride without the gps, but not being from around here this a huge plus for me. I can’t thank y’all enough!)

I get the Facebook ads for new H-D gear and then find that H-D.com is usually sold out of stuff in my size. So I head down to the shop and sure enough what I want is sitting right there. These SOB’s always have what I’m looking for and my bank account is not happy about it!! Love this shop, super friendly and extremely helpful staff.

Nice H-D store. Way bigger than expected, good selection of bikes, trikes, parts, and accessories. Staff is friendly. Great waiting area if your bikes is in for service. Close to great hotels and restaurants. Staff has great suggestions on places to stay and eat if you’re passing through Billings. Add this to your stops if you’re passing through.

Had to stop in for service on a cross country trip. The shop was great to get me worked in. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. On top of the regular knowledge of the Harley product we were give great tips of local rides. Id highly recommend stopping in and seeing them.

My pipes I had ordered for my 2020 cvo Streetglide that I had just bought from bear tooth never got to me .. i called and requested to have them send to me here in Bismarck North Dakota. I was told that they would be sent out that same day of my phone call.. since they never arrived on the day that they should have been here. I call to find out. They were never sent! I had been waiting for weeks to get them. I was going to Arizona Bike Week, and thats why I needed them .. i paid a lot of money for the 2020, and it seemed like after you all got my money I didnt matter anymore.. my Home Harley Davidson in Mandan North Dakota never had treated me like this... i was lied to, and even lied about my temporary license being extended . So I didnt make my trip to Arizona . I never had such awful treatment ever before by any Harley Davidson store.. just this one. 😡

Great group of people. Very friendly and helpful staff. I love the fact that when you walk in the door you are greeted with a hello and can i help you. Unlike one of the other powersports stores in Billings that sells motorcycles with an H name. Keep up the great work.

Beartooth Harley-Davidson is by far the friendliest HD dealership I have been to. The staff were quick to answer any questions I had, and kept me in the know as I waited to take delivery of my bike (bought used, bike had not been inspected yet) about a week later took delivery of my bike and couldnt be happier.

I would give it a zero, but I cant . The 0 is for the stores inability to update its website. We rode 1.5 hours to Billings to go to this dealership. We wanted to buy Beartooth apparel. We arrived yesterday and it was closed. Their hours had changed but no one bothered to update the website. Hard to believe, but people do use social media for information. The other bikers who rode in were not impressed either. So a 3 hour trip, gas and time wasted . Why have a website if you dont update it.

Stopped in on our way to Yellowstone needing a tire best they could do was maybe tomorrow after 2 most Harley Davidson dealers will help out riders if in need.Went into Billings to a shop called Magic City custom worx got me on the road in no time plus they were cheaper.

I had a very poor experience with their service team and completing a job in the time given i had a drive belt replaced and scheduled for 0900 start time on 11 june 2020 being notified it would be completed end of day on the 11th i has called 3 times to confirm and each time was told it would be completed by end of day i did not receive a completion notice so i waited until 1000 am on 12 june to check on the status of my bike they started it was not complete and it should be completed by lunch time i waited until 1412 to contract again asking about the completion statutes and then was told it was complete but awaiting to be washed should be about 2 hours longer so i arrived at 1648 to pick up my bike and the wash still had not been completed i requested my bike to return home without the cleaning you had my bike since 10 june so for 48 hours for a 3.15 hour job this is unacceptable and i will be taking my business elsewhere have a nice day

I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 because of circumstances that were resolved in the service department. I’m glad they felt my complaint about the then service manager warranted immediate attention. Whenever I know I’m heading to Billings on my trike, I like to have the trike services there. This year was different and because it was busy time of year I was understanding and patient but not when I’m disrespected.I thank the owner and HR person for contacting me and re establishing my desire to do business and send business to Beartooth.

Worst service I have ever had from a dealership. I will not bring my bike back for service and would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone.

This shop is no longer open. They need to update their information as customers looking for the shop become very frustrated.

I called to schedule a 1000 mile check/oil change, they had me bring the bike in that same day. Had it out the next afternoon !! Even changed out my custom clutch and brake levers last minute. John in the service department and the guys who worked on the bike did a fantastic job!

Used bikes are marked way above fair market value and make sure anything said is in writing.

Don’t waste your time. Customer service is lacking and not a good selection of products. If you have service done there, they will hold your bike hostage until the insurance payment is received. Even though they had most of the payment already and had all winter to take care of it.

Bought a used bike in January 2019. My first Harley. Only had 3400 miles on it and they assured me the bike was mechanically like-new and their shop had just serviced it and gone over the entire bike with a fine tooth comb. Load it up in an enclosed trailer and move to Texas. Get down here and find banjo bolts for front brake and clutch are backed off and dripping fluid, eating up the paint. Also notice warning lights on. Take it to Harley dealer in Houston, and they tighten the bolts and find that the frame of the bike is bent and the paint is coming off at the point of impact. Its underneath the bike so I never saw it. Also the warning lights are on because all the lights are aftermarket, overloading the electrical system. All of these items by the way are not covered by the extended warranty they sold me at Beartooth. I called the extended warranty company today to check what else is not covered, and they tell me there is no service contract because Beartooth never funded it, nor did they complete the e-registration of the service contract, however I have been paying for the service contract as it added $40/month to my loan. Oh yeah, they also took 2 months to get me the title, as opposed to the 1 week they promised because the bike had outstanding liens against it. I wish I had gone to the HD dealer in Bozeman.

These guys really put on a special event for Easter it was nice to see a company that gives back to the community

Great service were just about to close when I arrived, many more people came in after the clerk was very accommodating and stayed open late just so everyone could get what they wanted.

My wifes new Heritage blew up under warranty. Paul and Aaron in the service department called me almost daily to let me know when the new motor would arrive and when it would be installed, this was all going on in the middle of July. I felt like I was priority #1.My wife and I have bought 3 Harleys from Beartooth and sold 1 Harley under a consignment, weve been treated great by Cindy in the sales department and by Rhonda in administration theyre just good honest people to work with.

We love the staff. Paul the service manager is ammmmmaaaaazzzzziiinnnggg. Four bikes and several modifications later we are ready to ride and a happy couple.
