From start to finish Belle en Blanc was great at communicating and making me feel special. They had such a large assortment of bridal gowns that finding “the one” was easy. Their staff were knowledgeable, passionate, and genuine. They make you feel like the most beautiful bride and make finding your dress their priority!

This bridal shop is hands down the BEST around! Vicky helped me say YES to my dream dress. I told her my budget and she made her I didnt try on any dresses above my price point. She was patient and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. She explained everything in detail and rough estimate of how long it would take for my dress to come in. Taryn called me with excitement the second it came in and I was able to come in and try it on. They stayed in constant communication from ordering, to receiving to scheduling alterations and ordering suits. I had the absolute best experience ever! I had a wonderful experience picking out my wedding dress with Taryn at Belle en Blanc! They have a beautiful selection of dresses. I had a specific style in mind before I arrived so I picked out the dresses that I was most interested in and Taryn picked out a few more for me that matched my style perfectly. She made the process so easy and told me which styles she thought complimented my body best, which was extremely helpful. I am a very indecisive person and Taryn made it so easy for me. I also love the laid-back atmosphere in the bridal shop - I didnt feel rushed or pressured into anything that I didnt want which made my experience even better!

I had the most amazing and sentimental visit with these lovely women! I love that it is a family owned place!! They never once made me feel like I wouldn’t find a dress due to my weight or height (had this experience else where). I have been shopping with Belle en Blanc since I got my first prom dress in 2015 (back when they had a prom line). I have gotten all my formal dresses through them and I have never once had any experience short of AMAZING! I recently went and tried on some wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding and am ecstatic to go say yes to my dress here in a few months! Taryn and Vicki are the best and I highly recommend them for all your bridal needs!

Amazing experience!!! Vicky was an amazing help. No matter how busy their day is with brides coming in, they always manage to make you feel like you are the only bride they have that day. I had and appointment at 10 and I had 2 dresses I loved. So I asked if I could go eat lunch and think about it and come back. Vicky said absolutely, just to text her when I am ready and she would let me know a good time. Well I went back twice that day and the final time I said yes to the dress. Her patience was amazing. I didnt need to go to any other store because of how well I was treated there! I had gone shopping with brides in the past so I knew how I wanted to be treated, both Vicky and Taryn exceeded my expectations.So if you are hesitant because of other reviews please give them a chance!

I had the most delightful experience at Belle en Blanc. Vicki was the gal who helped me say “yes” to the dress. She listened to what I wanted and worked hard to make sure I saw everything that fell under my “must haves”. It’s clear that these ladies love their job. Although I found my dress at Belle en Blanc I have mixed reviews about their service. While my experience trying on dresses was fine and I loved their selection - I do wish to warn brides to ask for their bridal contracts BEFORE they pay for anything. The fact that I feel compelled to write this is really too bad.I asked for details upfront and was handed a contract after I paid for the dress. I respectfully communicated to the associate that she legally cannot bind me to a contract I have not yet seen....that I would have liked to review details BEFORE I paid. She told me this was the only way it could be done and the order is given because things have happened. Brides beware - make sure you ask for the contract upfront.Edit::Hi Taryn! First of all I had no idea you were the owner or I would have spoken to you about the experience I had in your business in person. I appreciate your reply but I won’t be changing my review. Belle En Blanc is an amazing Bridal Shop. The day I went to Belle En Blanc was a fairytale. The first time I walked in I saw “my “dress in the back it was sparkly and beautiful .!! in my heart I knew I couldn’t afford it. Vicky was amazing right from the start !!We had an hour, I told her my style and I pointed to the dress in the back and said something like, maybe just a little more in my price range. She helped me try on10 different dresses, she was so knowledgeable about each one . She made it so fun with my family and friends while being professional. After every dress I tried on I compared it to the one in the back. I finally tried it on it was magic!! It fit perfectly and I felt like a Princess.That’s when Vicky told me they were paying for my dress. We all cried, it was one of the best days of my life!!!. Let me tell u about those two amazing ladys . Taryn who owns Belle en Blanc is beautiful inside and out, she goes to big city to bring one of a kind dresses to Billings.So we get gorgeous, top notch quality dresses for reasonable prices. She also has amazing style.Her shop is always full of the latest tends weather it’s bridal hats or Jean jackets. She goes and beyond to make her brides happy. She is so sweet inside and out. Vicky was like I said so knowledgeable when I was trying on the dresses, she is so beautiful and always welcoming with her amazing smile. She makes you feel like u are the only bride. Ordered a veil 10 months ago, after waiting forever to make sure the veil “wasn’t here too early” quote from the owner. I went and picked it up yesterday and received the wrong veil! The veil I had ordered was not the one I received. I received a cathedral veil, which is not what we had ordered and after spending $400 on a veil and buying a dress I do have to say this dress shop is nothing but disappointing. One fail after another, really upset I have spent money here. My wedding is in 3 months and this place has disappointed me twice. Once with a dress that actually was yellow! Thank you sidewalk sale and twice with them making me wait 10 damn months for a veil that wasn’t even the veil I ordered! Seriously?!?

I went to Belle En Blanc feeling hopeless about finding a dress, and alone as my friends and family live in a different state. My experience was amazing and the dress consultant made me feel like I had a bridesmaid there. We talked about our grandmothers and cried. I found my dress, but also feel like I found a family.

This was such an amazing experience! I was the only bride there so the experience was so personable. Vicky was so amazing! It is easy to tell that Belle En Blanc cares about their clients. They really make it a point to make each bride feel special and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. We went there the other day looking for a wedding dress for my friend. The day before we went we called and asked if we needed an appointment, and were told we didnt need one. When we went the next day, we were told we would need to make an appointment so we had to wait most of the day before being able to try on dresses. Mind you, we do not live in Billings and had to make a long drive to get there. We were there to look at their sale, however we never indicated what our budget was. They made us feel that we should not look at the full price dresses and that we could not use their nice dressing rooms. We were never offered help. One lady came and stared at us about every 10-15 minutes as if they were checking to see we werent stealing or ruining anything. At other Bridal stores, there is someone to help you try on dresses, drinks offered, and nice dressing rooms. We were not offered any of these things. We were left with one little closet like dressing room to try on wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses. We did notice that the ladies who were downstairs (with the nicer dressing rooms and expensive dresses) were being offered help and more attention. None of us will be going back, and we do not recommend going there.

Although I went into the shop in October, I feel the need to write this review. From the moment my mom and I stepped into the door we received nothing but help and good attitudes. I made an appointment beforehand, which I’m sure is helpful for the staff to coordinate. I absolutely love the dress I found and highly recommend the shop to anyone that has any doubts based on other reviews. Make an appointment, bring some champagne, and have a good time.

We went in to look at the sale gowns and were greeted as we walked in the door and felt very welcomed. I tried on a few of the gowns and fell in love with one, but was also interested in trying on the regular priced gowns. They asked me what my budget was and I was guided to the dresses that would fit my budget. Everyone was so helpful and made my party feel special. I was given individualized attention and had the opportunity to try on any dress that I wanted. I am BEYOND excited and absolutely love my dress. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful selection of dresses, we saw they had a sale and came to find my sister a wedding dress. The staff seemed to ignore us because we were focusing on the sale, not full-price. One of the gals was rather rude as well. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Didn’t offer to help or let us use the fancier dressing rooms. Also wanted to try on some of the full priced dresses and the employee rudely told us the sale dresses were upstairs. I will not be back.Edit: Owner blamed us for our poor experience! Very unprofessional. I will not remove my review because reviews are for the purpose of others to see how our experience was and I gave my account of that. On their website, it states “ The process of finding your gown at our boutique has been developed to insure the bride and her family feels exclusive and special“. I can definitely say none of us felt exclusive or special. Another phrase off the website is “Belle en Blanc offers one on one attention you can’t get anywhere else in town“. I can tell you from our experience that was not what we received. As to us leaving her upstairs a “mess”, there were two dresses in the fitting room not from our party that were left in there.We ended up receiving undivided and pleasant service from David’s Bridal, who I will highly recommend.I’m sure Belle en Blanc can offer this as well, we were just not given that.

When i first stepped into Belle en Blanc, my family and i were greeted with the biggest smile. The atmosphere was goregous and swarming with beautiful wedding gowns, i knew I’d be saying “yes to the dress” by the end of my appointment . Taryn wasn’t just polite, but she really new what she was doing when it came to finding MY dress. She picked out every style of gown, mermaid, ball gown, you name it. She was very honest, which was very appreciated, finally i found my dress, and she even let me play my walk down the isle song as i pretended to walk down the isle in my dress. It was a perfect day. I would highly recommend Belle en Blanc for finding your perfect dress.

This shop has by far the most beautiful and unique dresses I tried on, after shopping in Helena, Missoula, and Billings. Everyone is super nice and helpful, and I didn’t feel pressured at all, which is a big plus for me because at other some other places I felt rushed and like I needed to choose one. I ended up finding my dress here and love it way more that I ever imagined I would love a dress! After reading some of the reviews below - I would just say to make an appointment, wherever you go. Otherwise you’re just taking time and energy away from the brides who have appointments and might not get the service you’re hoping for.

I had an amazing experience at Belle En Blanc! I got engaged less than a week before my appointment (which they were able to schedule only two days before!) They were quick to respond and helped settle my fears about not finding my perfect dress in time. I had never looked for dresses before so I had no idea what I was looking for, but after a looking at a couple pictures and trying on a few dresses they pulled the perfect dress for me! They were extremely helpful, kind, and they seemed just as excited for my big day as I am! I was a little worried about how the COVID pandemic would affect my dress buying experience. However, they handled it all super well and made my family and I feel super special, safe, and important, so much so that I almost forgot that I was dress shopping in 2020. I highly recommend Belle en Blanc for an awesome dress buying experience and for any bride that wants a huge selection of dresses and their own say yes to the dress moment without actually having to travel to NY.

These ladies are top notch. After moving to Billings from Houston I was super nervous about the selection available in a smaller town boutique but they have soooo many gorgeous dresses and are so sweet and make you so comfortable! Definitely recommend Bell en Blanc to all of the brides out there!!

This was a terribly underwhelming experience. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes. The employees made my friend, the bride, feel completely disregarded and unimportant just because she had mentioned looking at the sale dresses. We weren’t good enough to browse the full price dresses, even though a budget was never mentioned. Do not recommend at all unless you want to feel judged.

Tried to rent a tux for a friends wedding. All seemed okay until they had no record of some of the wedding peices and ordered the wrong dresses. I went to cancel my tux rental which they charged me for months in advance. I was told they had no record of me paying i had to provide them the date and exact amount to receive my refund. I will be going someplace where they have a little better record keeping.

All the ladies at Belle en Blanc are amazing! I actually had 2 separate appointments a couple months apart. The first one I just wanted to get an idea of what looked good and what didn’t. Taryn was amazing and had me try on a few different dresses to get an idea. My second appointment I came in thinking I already knew which dress I wanted but they had a new gorgeous Justin Alexander in the window. It was the PERFECT dress 💜 Vicki picked out the best veil, belt, and earrings so compliment the dress perfectly!The dress also had an amazing train that needed a significant bustle. Geri did such an amazing job, the dress looked beautiful after the bustle and almost like a new dress.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and recommend to any upcoming bride 👰🏻

I’d like to nickname this store the “NO RECORD AND NO REFUND” store!Vicky and Taryn started off friendly. But I’m not so sure now.1. I told them I needed a junior size dress for my 10 year old sister, who is not over size by any means, I gave them her measurements and Vicky had to comment that she is 30 years old and doesn’t even wear that big of a dress. As far as that goes, I told them to order a junior size... well they didn’t and of course had “NO RECORD” of that and told me it was my fault. My 19 year old, soon to be, sister in law, tried that dress on and swam in it. They wouldn’t take it back nor give me a refund!2. My fiancé has 3 groomsmenI was there when Taryn measured my fiancé, my Fiancé was there when they measured his Best Man, and I called and gave them the other two measurements. One of the groomsman had called to give them his payment information and they had NO RECORD of our wedding party. 10 minutes later they called back saying, ohhhh we found it, how much was that tux you were going to pay for???”THEY DIDN’T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH THEY CHARGED FOR THEIR OWN RENTAL TUX!!!- I had to cancel my wedding due to COVID, so I told Taryn that they can just forget about having to order any tux and that they can just refund one of the guys back since the tux haven’t even been ordered.- Guess what Taryn said!!!! I have NO RECORD of any of their measurements or that anyone has paid for their tux.Good thing the groomsman had proof of payment and was able to get his money back because they sure didn’t have ANY RECORD of his payment information or the day he paid for it.The dresses are nice but this shop is VERY UNORGANIZED!!!!I definitely do NOT recommend shopping here!The only good thing about it was the seamstress! Geri is very nice and helpful! And I would go back to her any day.

My appointment was in April of 2017. It was an experience that I wanted to share with many that I hold close to me, so naturally I had an army to pick out my dream dress. I was nervous and excited all at once. The staff didn’t even hesitate and welcomed me with smiles and hugs at the door. They reassured me when I questioned myself or when my posse had questions. Vicky, Taryn and Geri are hands down three of the best people to help you with this process. I am someone who has to be probably quadruple sure on anything and they never made me feel like an annoyance or an issue. They have beautiful dresses. :)

I had found my dream dress months before I even got engaged on Pinterest. It was the Hayley Paige West Gown. I got engaged and couldnt believe my eyes when I saw Belle en Blanc carried the line. The experience from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I left carrying my dress was incredible. Vicky went above and beyond helping me try in dress after dress even though we both knew which one I was going to pick. She made me feel like the only bride in Billings. Belle en Blanc went above and beyond to create the gown of a my dreams that I didnt even know I had! From the moment I stepped into their chic gallery I was treated like the queen that was fit for one of their gorgeous gowns. I loved their selection so much, I couldnt decide on just one so with Taryns creative genius and can do attitude she asked their in -house seamstress, Geri, if she could work magic and combine two dresses that would also have a full tulle skirt on top.Essentially they combined three dresses to make my wildest dreams come true! All of this while also being so accommodating as I was moving out of state during this whole process. I wish I could give Taryn and her team 100 stars because that is what they deserve. I will definitely be recommending not only my friends in Montana, but any bride to be looking for an unbelievable gown with the best customer service experience ever. I loved my experience wedding dress shopping here! They were helpful, honest, upfront, and kind. I went in to try dresses twice and Taryn was patient with my decision making process.

When I went in and told the lady when my wedding date was, she ended up coming off as pushy as if she was pressuring me that I needed to buy the dress today. When I told her my budget, which obviously wasn’t enough for her standards, she just kind of pushed me off and didn’t really try to put forth an effort to help.

The dresses and boutique itself are beautiful! However, the woman that helped me was incredibly rude and pressured me when I said that I needed to think about the dress before buying. Additionally, the girl trying on dresses next to me was receiving pretty mean comments from her guests, and no one did anything to shut down the negativity.

Belle en Blanc hands down went above and beyond! When I saw my dream dress on Hailey Paige’s Instagram I knew that every dress I would try on until I could actually try THAT dress on would never hold a candle to the wind. The closest bridal shop who had this gown in stores was in Salt Lake City. I drove down with my mother in law and bridesmaids to finally try “on” my dream dress! After a humiliating experience of not fitting into their sample gown at this bridal shop in Salt Lake City and then having this gown strapping to just to the front side of me with clips and rubber bands around my backside with my entire backside exposed for the world to see in nothing but my underwear. I left my appointment completely embarrassed and hysterically crying from being so humiliated! Three months past by still hunting for THE dress after my horrible experience in Salt Lake I was extremely discouraged I would ever find a dress I truly loved. When getting a massage one morning my massage therapist told me about Belle en Blanc in Billings and how they carried Hailey Paige’s Blush line and told me that is where she found her wedding dress, but told me it would be worth a phone call to see if Belle en Blanc could at least order my wedding gown for me even though it was from a completely different line of Hailey Paige’s. Taryn is such a gem, within 24 hours after calling her to see if she could get me THE dress she had contacted her rep, figured out the pricing, and we were ordering THE dress. Six months later, I drove from Bozeman to Billings for my first fitting. I was a nervous wreck, I had never actually tried “on” my wedding dress! I began to panic, and expressed that I felt like I was about to go on a blind date with not just any wedding dress, but MY wedding dress! Geri, reassured me that the gown was absolutely stunning and I would love it! Geri is such a talented seamstress and completely nailed every alteration I wanted to make! Because of these two woman they made 9 months of stress completely dissipate in one phone call! My childhood dreams of what my wedding dress would look like was made possible by these AMAZING woman! This bridal shop is Montana’s grown jewel when it comes to looking for a wedding dress! Taryn, Vicky, and Geri are three woman who truly love what they do, and go above and beyond for all of their brides!

Had an appointment to try on dresses. Originally my mom was supposed to come but she couldnt make it. As soon as the employee found out I was alone, she didnt seem to want to make the effort to help. Literally was discouraging me from shopping that day without my mom. I was in town on on a business trip and had been looking forward to dress shopping. My mom was perfectly ok with me sending her pics or facetiming her if I found THE dress since she couldnt make it. The employee kept saying Well maybe you should come back another day with your mom despite me having told her it was fine. Even asked if I was prepared to purchase a dress without my mom there. Yes. I was. Believe it or not, all moms arent super into dress shopping and mine is none of the ones who could take it or leave it. Anyway, she reluctantly pulled about 6 dresses for me which I tried on and really liked two of them but in the end I decided to take my business elsewhere. You shouldnt have to convince someone to let you spend money in their store.Edit: since there isnt a way for me to respond to the owners comment. Appt was 4-25-17 at 2pm. Came into town from Bozeman to get a couple prom dresses. I had 2 girls with me and we were having fun. We walked into the shop and were immediately greeted by a cold stare from a women who greatly overestimates her self worth. (think Pretty Woman when Julia Roberts walks into the shop to buy clothes). The lady looked me up and down and asked how she could help. I said we are here for prom dresses. We dont carry any, sorry we cant help you. I felt like maybe I was being punked... they were right there in plain sight. I get it, Im overweight and have been up since 4, maybe Im not turning heads and getting a hubba hubba but the girls are beautiful. So I looked at her and said wow, great customer service. And off were went to buy our dresses at Stepn Out.
