Loved the culinary experience this morning with Cooking with Cocktail Rings for St. Patricks Day!

Le Creuset Dutch Ovens and Nesspresso machines. Top of the line kitchen ware and cooking supplies. Most staff are friendly and helpful, though of late they’ve some awful rude help in that place. 2 hour free parking is a must too, as between being upsold and the impressive array they’ve got in stock, you’ll easily spend an hour and a half just browsing for your purchases. I love this shop and will come by again soon.

Bought a relatively expensive cutting board from them and at the time of purchase the gentleman who was helping me to choose the right one, advised me to buy the proper oil to maintain the quality of the wood and I did use it as often as it was recommended. After 6 months, this expensive cutting board started to show a crack and then a crack became a split. I went to the store and the customer service representative immediately put the blame on me that I have not oiled the board. When I assured her that I did, she said “Williams Sonoma has changed their policy, and we do not take returns”. I was quite taken by their approach and how could they not stand behind the quality of their goods? After all if I’m going to this store and pay much more for every item is to make sure they stand behind their quality, otherwise the average consumer is smart enough to go and shop elsewhere. Maybe the message for this brand is to honour what the customer pays you for. Otherwise a $10 cheap plastic board will replace your average $100 cutting boards if the quality is going to be the same.

I love Williams-Sonoma! It is a treat for the eyes as well as the palate! Beautiful assortment of Christmas items and gifts!

All my dealings with Williams-Sonoma, either online or in store, have been outstanding. They have great customer service and excellent communication. It is a quality company with obviously good training for their employees. I do think their prices are a bit high but I guess you do get what you pay for!

If you are looking for Christmas Season deals, this is not the store for you. Expect to pay full price here. However across the street the Nespresso store had an amazing Christmas deal on coffee and expresso machine.

Its great but didnt have whisky glasses-- went to Crate and Barrel instead where they have a bigger selection of glasses.

Great customer service with good value when on sale. Theres a mixed up with my order when picked up. I called and they were happily replaced the missing item.

The manager denied my credit card because they thought it was fraud. I called customer service on the spot and confirmed me. Then they allowed my purchase for $400 but never even appolized. The place is great with awesome items to buy but... It was like Pretty Woman. Big mistake. Big. Huge. We have to go shopping now. Elsewhere.

Manager was arrogant and annoyed that there were customers in the store. I would recommend trying another location or store. After waiting 30 minutes I left. Only two other customers and 5 employees but no one could assist me.Went to a competitor and they had 15 customers and 5 staff and assist me within 3 minutes.

They charge $8.5 for gift box. Crazy! Will not buy there again!

A portion of the store looked to be under remodeling, in spite of that, it was clean and organized.However, the store clerks couldve been more attentive. I had to initiate contact with someone after ten minutes of struggling to find what I was shopping for. It wasnt crowded or busy, and small a store as that is youd think a store clerk wouldve noticed me in that amount of time.On the positive side, I did get what I was looking for, and theres a parking structure very close by that permits two hour free parking.

This one was on Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles. Pricey but fun and great eye candy. They had spiced cider, hot chocolate and some candies for tasting.

Warning - if you have a passion for cooking and eating dont enter as you will buy something regardless of budget. Love everything they have and the variety of pasta making devices, makes me wish I was running a Italian Pasta Kitchen. They have cooking demonstrations and classes, if you get a chance join one

I love this store - I really do. I could spend a small fortune there (and believe I already did). Yesterday I tried their coffee for our Nespresso Machine. Trusting the WS quality, I thought that this would be a neat alternative to the Nespresso store across the street (which I do not favor​ so much, as their service attitude has room for improvement).However, the WS strategy on the coffee is somewhat odd - one pack with ten capsules sells for $5,56 - a tad cheaper than Nespressos Grand Cru - and if you buy their sample pack - 50 capsules - it comes for only $39,95. What kind of deal is this?So - as I know now - thankfully - I did not opt for the 50 but check​ out two packs of ten only. Sorry, the coffee is - lets say it politely - less than average - the Lungo actually tastes, as if I had used a Nespresso capsule twice.To avoid any misunderstanding: the above and the above only leads to my review result. If I had not been such a happy WS customer otherwise, I would have given zero stars for the coffee - thats really how bad it is (and I checked both Lungo and Cremoso).

If you want the best of the best when it comes to home goods, this is the place to go! But they are only nice if you look like you have money.

It is good to see various products in one place.Its a great place to have lunch at a nearby restaurant and shop lightly. Its a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings due to the surrounding streets and streets.

Not small. It is not as big as San Francisco, but there are a variety of products and the staff was friendly too. Parking is difficult.
