Stay away from this company at all costs, Ignacio Bernal and his company PromoGator are the absolute worst printers I’ve ever used through all of the projects in my professional career.While working on a project I decided to outsource some of the printing and lamination work to another company. On my quest to find a competitive provider with reasonable prices I came across Ignacio Bernal’s company PromoGator.Initially he seemed very motivated to help me, and was fairly communicative. Shortly after finalizing the details of the print job, I was asked to pay the invoice. After paying the invoice in full, Ignacio Bernal seized all communication with me, and sent the finished project 6 weeks after the deadline. Being upset, and reasonably so granted that his service was so poor, I asked for a refund to which I was promised one from an employee named Sam, and was ultimately never refunded the money!Stay away from this company at all costs, Ignacio Bernal and his company PromoGator are the absolute worst printers I’ve ever used through all of the projects in my professional career.
