Im from out of the area when my car started over heating late on a Friday afternoon. I called the roadside assistance and they had my car towed there after hours. I received a call on Saturday afternoon telling me what the problem was, a busted radiator, and that they could have it done on Monday. They kept me in the loop and kept their promise. Theyre prices were really reasonable and everyone in the shop were extremely nice and polite. I would highly recommend this shop! Thank you, guys, for getting me back on the road soo quickly!

Customer service was not great. Whoever was answering the phone was very short with answers and unpleasant. No timeline and no phone calls updating me on my vehicle. I had to keep calling back. I walked in to pick up my car and people were smoking, all doors closed. It was hard to breathe. Pricing did seem fair for repairs and one the person who took my payment was polite. I would only go back as a last resort for repairs

Ive been with Superior Auto since 08 when I bought my 2nd vehicle with him. Balmix has always had good employees and service with my vehicle. Lets say this, when i bought my van from him. I never had a problem until i crashed it 😆. My new car ( wasnt purchased from Superior) had an issue with the A.C. and with his reasonable prices I was back riding in my cold A.C. with extra money in my pockets compared to the other shops I went to... Thanks Superior Auto for being what the community needs... Someone who has the want to make sure youre vehicle is good and not to keep you coming back to fill their pockets.
