Great place! Called on a Wednesday, dropped the car off Thursday morning, they looked at it, got all the repairs done by the end of Thursday! Couldn’t be happier! Labor costs weren’t insane, and they took great care in fixing what needed to be fixed. Thankful someone referred me here!
Mark here at M&W is one of the most hard working dedicated man in his profession line of work I have ever met. He is steadfast, reliable, and very knowledgeable in his craft. Really happy with the results that I got, however this shop is much more expensive than most. The problem was I needed a quick change and they had the part I wanted in stock. The work was great, but ended up paying for the $100 part and $300 for the 45 minutes it took to make the two welds for the install. Not a good deal but I was aware of this beforehand and the work is quality/they were able to fit my timeline.

Discovered via Groupon for state inspection. Seemed like they found more repairs than needed but they showed me the glaring issues and Im glad the work was done - car feels much better. Alignment pulls a bit but I didnt have time to return and get it fixed before leaving town. No nonsense auto shop that can turn around extensive repairs same day

I found these guys through Groupon and at first I was a little skeptical about going due to all the negative reviews here, but I have to admit that Im glad I went for it and decided to give them a try. The service that I received was excellent and I plan on going back for other services very soon. Everyone here works fast yet efficiently and theyre all very friendly. They also dont waste your time like a read on some reviews here. As long as you go in with an appointment, youll only have to wait the normal time depending on the service youre getting.
Update Nov-2020:The mechanics are not as honest as they used to be. I paid for tire balance and rotation, I noticed the tires were not rotated nor balanced. I paid for damaged wipers, and I did not leave the shop before complaining about it. The wiper blades scratches the surface and it was obvious, they were laughing and refused to replace it. I will never come back again, and I have said that I will change my review, they didn’t bother.Great people, great attitude, and professional. I do my inspection here and it is always thorough. I have done tire balance as well. I recommend paying this mechanic a visit.
As a former employee, it was a good place to work; with lots of work to go around. And as a customer, the owner does well to get parts at great prices and in a timely fashion.
The employees at this facility are helpful and seem very competent. My services have been completed skillfully in an appropriate amount of time by pleasant individuals at fair prices. Honestly Im not sure how this place has good reviews at all. First thing I was asked when I got there was if it was for the groupon. I had gone there b/c my inspection was past due. They told me $1,000 of work needed to be done to pass inspection when half of it didnt. They did mention some valid repairs that need to be done eventually, but added on things that dont even need to be done at all saying its needed to pass inspection. They didnt tell me about the tire that needed to be replaced to pass, which was actually a huge hazard. (Giant bubble in tire, hard to miss.) They probably cant do that for a BMW & figured I was desperate enough to just pay them for whatever they say needs to be done. Thankfully I am not very trusting unless its my usual auto shop. (Ive had another shop do that before.) Dont go here unless you like being ripped off.

1st off upon entering the business it is not a pleasant atmosphere, they act as though youre bothering them. Ive gone here 3 times over the past year and each time was the same experience after purchasing a groupon for an oil change. One of my vehicles needed to be inspected as I knew this prior to going here, which was getting done elsewhere. I knew it would fail as we were getting everything done that needed to be done first. The man that was helping me asked if Id like him to write down what it needed as they did the oil change. I said sure. Once the oil change was completed he had another guy come out and finish up and charged me $21.00 EXTRA. I asked why I had been charged as I already paid through Groupon, all for a piece of paper that they checked off what I already knew the car needed. When I questioned it all he could say was OH needless to say I had one more Groupon to use for them being that I bought them together and again same experience going there. Not friendly. Last time going there and I definitely wouldnt recommend them.

RIP OFF SHADY BUSINESS!!! Daughter used a Groupon for her inspection on July 29, 2018.They failed her car for inspection and gave her a list of items the car needed to pass inspection. She had every item on the list repaired/replaced. Today, August 29, 2018, she took the car back in with their list and all receipts and Mark failed her again. Now he says other parts have gone bad over the last 30 days - really? The car has been sitting in my driveway for 30 days how could the parts go bad? When my husband asked Mark for the list suddenly he has no idea where the list went to. All he has is a new list. RIP OFF garage. Will be reporting and reviewing you to everybody within the State of PA .
If you want a garage that will bill you for parts they never put on, or charge you for something thats still not fixed, or try to blame you if something they did goes bad, I can tell you where to go because Ive been to some of those places.M&W is not one of those places. Im old school and I like people of integrity. Owner Mark Winters is not only fair and honest, but hes real good at fixing stuff too. Strong praise? Hes earned it by me.

If you want the best then this is the place and best of all there reasonable.they take great care of you and dont guess on things they fix it no guess work only fix what needs to be fix. I move here in Bethlehem and would keep going to them if I move somewhere else.plus they will come get your care and really far on there towing price.Trust me try them once and guarantee youll go no where else.

Does oil changes but doesnt top your fluids, car almost blew up because coolant was dry and had no windshield wiper fluid. Thank God for dads. (Not referring to last oil change on 1/02, but 2 past oil changes when I ran out of windshield wiper fluid and coolant. Had 0 idea about coolant leak when relative went to pick up the car, nothing was saidTo her.)

Very irresponsible. Went in for a inspection and emissions and gave the guy my insurance and registration. He left it on the desk and went back into the shop and the insurance card blew off the desk and took him 10 minutes to find. In addition to that inconvenience, my vehicle was not taken in until 45 minutes after the time I was scheduled for.
Sep 21st,2018 ~Very poor service, My car was overheating on my way to the M&W, that was the main reason i went there at 9:30 in morning. I waited around all day for someone to call me about the overheating issues, there was no call until i ended calling them back at 4:00pm about my car. I waited all day for this guy at front desk to tell me he didnt see a issues with the car, and if i wanna leave it over the weekend he would check it again on Monday. Let me remind you, my check engine light is on (which is usually not) my meter is hitting H after 5min of driving. But he sees nothing but a busted fan which he says isnt, or wouldnt be the reason for overheating. Oh 1 last thing, I asked him about if he had driven the car, of course he said no he didnt... What the WHATTTTT Check engine light on, car going to H from overheating, but you the Professional dont attempt to drive the car to see if issue canBe diagnosed. VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR SERVICE. I WONT BE RETURNING ON MONDAY GUY, THANX FOR NOTHING. WHOLE DAY WASTED WITH NO COURTESY. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾*********REVISED September 25**********After receiving a phone call, followed by a text message, about this establishment wanting me to take down this google review. I spoke with, Mark, and he told me that he actually told the insurance company who he spoke to, and that actually suggested i go to this business that they might not be able to check my car the day i drove it in there. I wasnt informed of this by USAA Insurance; Nonetheless, i called my insurance to see who they preferred, not that they were actually paying for repairs. Still no explanation for discourtesy. Ill change the original 1 star rating into a 2 star rating, only because they are saying they told my insurance company, but neglected to inform me, the one who is actually driving and paying (out of pocket) for repairs.
