Honestly I really trust this Cassidy. They have told me if I can get something through warranty so I could save money. They also are really helpful and have explained what is going on with my car on multiple occasions while being so kind. I think their work so great and at a fair price.

Service was fast and friendly. They didn’t have the tire in stock, placed the order Monday and I went in on Tuesday for the installation and because I needed the receipt for a claim, they even emailed it to me and took pics of the tire incase I needed more proof.

I bought some tires here for my mom. I was happy when they installed them for her. But your service advisor, gave me a list of stuff wrong with her car. One of them was needing a coolant flush. I took her car to my trusty mechanic, tested the coolant twice... And its good until -43 degrees. Not bad coolant. So you guys are lying about work that is not needed. Will not be bringing any of our vehicles back.

Brought my vehicle in for front tires because my certified mechanic did not offer new tire service. Received call from (I’ll leave name out for now) telling me my front shocks/struts are “pretty rusty” and suggested replacement. I agreed and told him to install them. Manager called me back 10 minutes later telling me back shocks were also “very rusty” suggested they also be replaced so I took his word and agreed to what he suggested. Total well over $1000 after his added discount. While picking up car manager tells me bearings in front passenger side are a little loose but they don’t do bearings. Brought my car back to my certified mechanic for the bearings repair and I was told “rusty” shocks and struts are on every used car on the road in Chicago because of the weather and salt. My shocks and struts had previously been inspected by my mechanic just a month earlier and besides rust they were not leaking and were fine. Moral of this story if you bring your car in for tires @ Cassidy be aware this place apparently works on commission and he got me for shocks and struts I did not need. He got me for hundreds of dollars and also charged for an alignment that’s impossible to do with bad bearings. As the consumer I have to admit I was had, but now I have a voice and business reputation is everything. Very disappointed.

I was getting frustrated with Discount Tire in Countryside. I decided to end that relationship and try Cassidy Tire and Service. Luis (sp?) was super nice. I spoke with him 3 or 4 times on the phone and hes a true professional. He is the reason why Im telling everyone about Cassidy Tire.

Went for front end alignment and a tire repair. was told alignment would be $80 and tire repair at no charge. Made appointment for 9:30 am and waited. They didnt even look at the car until 11:15. They then tried to sell me tires for a cost of almost $900. They finally just did what i went in for and my $80 alignment and tire that was supposed to be no charge, wound up costing almost $150. When I asked why is it so much?, the reply was that I was actually charged for the tire repair $35 and he rattled off all kind of extra fees, including something called a shop fee. I will never go back to Cassidy! Oh, and the alignment isnt right either as the car is still pulling to the right.

These guys are fantastic! They will help you out any way they can especially during this financially trying time. Highly recommend.

Replaced my battery and oil in about 45 mins. They went through a checked all items that needed to be complete. I didnt feel pressured or bad for refusing some of the options. Friendly and down to the point place. Front desk was great and explained all in a simple way. Took off a star because some of the mechanics going in and out of office were not wearing mask.

They were very professional. Informative and honest. I will definitely come back.

Save the manager is great over there I called like 5 times in two day’s with questions and he was more then happy to answer each time. They did a great job but the job was a bit unfinished. When I called to ask if they can fix the problem I was told they were unable to help after spending over 2500 on repairs. Take it to a repair shop is what Adam said. Good customer service other than that theyd get 5 stars. Unfortunately I still have to pay put of pocket for my car to be completely fixed.

Great place to get your tires! The front desk guys are friendly, accommodating, honest, and knowledgeable. Super efficient mechanics and techs too. Im grateful to all of them because my vans front end had a potentially devastating issue that I was unaware of. They pointed it out and fixed it the same day... Great customer service on a Saturday. They fixed my punctured tire quickly. Also found another nail in another tire which they checked in water to ensure it did not need repair. Service was completed within 30 minutes. First time there. Would visit again and recommend. Price for rotation and repair were competitive to the area.

The staff was very nice! I called them at 4:30pm and arrived at 5:00pm. They fixed my slow leak without a problem. I was out before the closed at 5:30pm. I thank the team again for helping me out last minute!!! :)
