My car was side swiped and I brought it in for repairs even though the repairs were minor. I was able to get my car back in a week or so which worked out great for me. I loved the communication we received via text about the stages the vehicle was in and when to expect the vehicle to be ready.

I went to Crash Champions Collision repair to get new tires and Martin took care of me and my car. He was so knowledgeable and so nice to work with. I enjoyed my whole experience from the easy drop off to picking up my car just the next day! So fast and professional. He offered to have my car cleaned while I waited and my car looked the best it ever has with new tires and a fresh wash! Horrible experience with this shop. A few months back I had an accident and was told by my insurance to bring it here. I had front left collision so they had to pull the frame and replace the suspension. I also had them replace my rear drum brakes for an additional cost of $250. After everything was said and done I noticed there were a lot of vibrations in the steering, so I inspected the tires and noticed a total of 3 lugnuts missing, while looking under the car I also noticed that my car was dragging its splash shield. I took it back to the shop the next day, they went out and bought me a new set of lugnuts and put new retaining clips on my splash shield. A few months later I had my wheel bearing replaced with my personal mechanic and he informed me that the springs on my drum brakes where not on right. He showed me the brake shoes and the top half was worn down to the metal while the bottom half was practically brand new. Today I was getting ready to do my oil change and as soon as I open the hood I immediately notice that the hood strut was missing and the plastic panel in front of the car wasnt secured right either. I am infuriated that many months later I still continue to find their amateur mistakes. Who forgets retaining clips, lugnuts, AND a hood strut??? What gets me the most is that you guys let me drive off with half functioning rear brakes. Bring your car here at your own risk, I wouldnt even trust them to clean my windshield.

Extremely unprofessional. My completion date was changed multiple times and even then it still was not ready for pick up until a day after it was supposed to be done. When I did recieve my vehicle it smelled awful inside, I had to get it detailed to remove the rancid odor. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Took my car in after an accident. It was in For a rear bumper and front bumper. When I went to pick it up I notice they only had buffed the rear bumper and repainted it. I was told it was a brand new replacement. But you could clearly tell. So I called and asked to speak to the manger. Which he said he would take care of it. Yet again I picked up my car after they had it for over a month and still the rear bumper is the original with buff marks and different paint tone. I would not recommend taking your car in to this place. Horrible service.

They bent over backwards to be considerate and helpful from start to finish. Honestly I have never had this kind of service before. Took my Toyota to get a simple rear bumper painted, they told me it would be finished in one to two days. It took them 5 days and the work was not great. Learn from me and take your car to a different bodyshop.

SCAM SCAM SCAM....!!!!! I took my car here to get fixed by my Insurance(statefarm) after having my car vandalized completely by a lunatic(who knows)Ok so I dropped off the car Monday so they can start the estimate.(some side info: my car has aftermarket air ride suspension 7 switches)Ok so I get a call from John about 3-4 days later telling me that the Insurance is going to consider my car a total loss and that the insurance had took my car.As speechless as I was I told him who authorized the insurance to take my car without permission...His response was take it up with your insurance but you cannot call them until 48hr later........(The reason for the toatl loss : paintjob was going to cost $6,000 which is 60% value of the car.etc etc etc....)Ok so I immediately contacted my insurance and I was told that John gave me misleading information that the car was actually still in their possesion.She adviced me to get the car asap and also adviced me that I had two options : get the cash value of the car and junk it or keep the car,get the cash value minus the salvage fees..... I go pick up the car and John has this expression on his face like uh no that car is no longer yours you cannot take it but angry at the same time, so I told him Yes, I am taking MY CAR because my insuranace agent told me to do so. Ok so he acts like I am lying and Im trying to steal MY CAR....He then calls my insurance and duuuhhhh my insurance tells him yes he can take his car home.Ok now here is were it gets tricky, I am a professional auto detailer and have been working with a lot of used private dealers,car dealers, etc to know all the scams that body shops do to earn a quick dollar.(I might be wrong but this is the impression John gave me again this is my opinion and this is how John made me feel......)John made me think he wanted me to total my car and then he was going to turn around buy it from my insurance for the SALVAGED VALUE ($700), fix it and sell it for A LOT MORE MONEY.Remember my car had air ride suspension which is a value of $3,500 alone.It was daliy driver/show car.(Dont believe me check out my pictures...)He must have assumed I was young and dumb and didnt know what the hell he was talking about . Just my .02 cents on this shop also the fact that the wife is not very polite either.Only real friendly person is the owner him self.....

Great job. Repaired broken window, painted scratches, and replaced radio. Done quick, looked great, and interior was immaculate when they were done.

I was informed shop was under new management and ownership. I went there a year ago and was very satisfied with the service and prices. This week I returned to try to get some more work done and they tried to demand I get work done that wasnt needed. Lied to me saying they could only get a hood from the dealership when I called around 2 hours before receiving their call and first auto part supplier I called had one for $360. They wanted to charge me a $1000. When they probably would have bought it aftermarket and charge me like it was an original parts. I am also a mechanic hired at a huge corporate company, so I know what was neccessary to repair but my shop dont do body and paint at my location. There is probably not a part in the world that is an even price so first crook mistake. They tried to force up sale and rob me. Leave that for insurance claims and treat the individuals with integrity, duh....but I will give credit, if they still have the same mechanics, they do actually do really good work, but they will definitely reach down deeper in your pockets than is necessary. No thanks, thank goodness for capitalism. We have options.

When I got rear ended, the at fault drivers insurance sent my car to Crash Champions for repair. Never having been through this process, I was apprehensive about how good of a job they would do and if my car would ever be the same. My primary contact was Mohammed, who made sure I was happy and my car was the same if not better than it was when brought in. It did take some time, but I was satisfied with the end result and Mos great customer service made the process as painless as possible. Would recommend.

Best collision shop I ever been to in trust me I have been to quite a few. I got my car towed to this shop Wednesday night. I got a call saying that my car was ready for pick up at 5pm yesterday. I was very shocked because I was expecting a week or 2. I get to the place and seen my car and it looked like a new car. I mean the person I worked with was named Moe. And when I tell you he fixed extra things that he didn’t have to fix he fixed my damage and more. Really nice respectful guy, Wish I can give this place 10 stars. I highly recommend this place you will be completely satisfied.

I got a paint job done in 2017 by them. Hood, bumper, passenger door. Their workers dirtied my new carpets that I bought earlier that week with their work boots that were covered in the same paint as my car. They took no precautions. They also managed to dirty the entire driver side with paint and dust from the material getting shaved down. They didnt remove my door handle to paint it separately, so ever time I open my car I can feel the paint on the back side of the handle. Less than 1 year later and the paint has bubbled on my hood which I noticed after I came back from duty. Terrible costumer service. Very dismissive. Terrible communication as well. No updates.

Car was rebuilt 5 months ago. Still having wiring issues. GM just found the wiring harness Smashed between cab and frame. Didnt replace the gas cap liner during initial repair, never called like they said they would to fix it when the part came in, when I called them I got the run-around. I believe these guys low balled a repair quote on a truck that should have been totaled, now im stuck with a lemon that is constantly having issues. They might be able to handle a dent in a bumper, but anything major, stay away.

I want to preface this review before I continue with what happened. I want Crash Champions to be a successful business that is able to compete with the rest of the collision repair centers. With that being said, I want to provide them with feedback about their quality of work. Frankly, I was very disappointed with the service to my vehicle. I was involved in a rear end accident, and I decided to bring it here. Customer service was excellent, with Molly and Tango helping me through the paperwork and I was on my way soon after. I got the automated text that it would take about a week, but later throughout the week, I got a call that they said theyll have to keep it longer until Tuesday of the next week. I was fine with that as long as the car was looking good. I get a call to pick up my car like right before they were going to close. I rushed over, took a very quick look at the car, and left. When I got home, thats when I realized something was wrong. The backup camera was very grainy, and when I looked at the trunk area, I was shocked to find out that the paint on the trunk was all chipped, the exhaust tip wasnt reattached, the trunk hinges were missing screws, and the camera was a cheap aftermarket one that wasnt the same resolution as the OEM. I was pretty livid, and took the car back the next day. Now, they took it back at their expense for another 10 days to fix my car, but ultimately the car looked fine when I picked it up this time. I made sure to look through everything. This is not meant to bash Crash Champions because I know their employees have talent. Like I mentioned before, I want them to be successful, but the customer also has a responsibility to look over the work done to their vehicle. Im just glad Crash Champions were humble enough to fix their mistakes.

They never fixed my dent on my right side of my vehicle door as they claim they just cover it up. I only found out when I took it to another shop when they told me & they did a horrible paint job I had two different yellow colors on my vehicle. Im guessing they bag my money instead of buying the factory issued paint & used a yellow they already had in store. For future advice to customers always take pictures of inside the vehicle & outside before you give any shop your vehicle for legal reasons protect yourselves from shops like 3D Collision Repair who will rob you blind.

Bad experience with them telling u they will keep you posted on the outcome of the car. They never call. Parts are ordered and then the parts are the wrong ones, there goes another week I had to wait without a car. I would not recommend this place to my enemies!!

My vehicle was rear-ended during an auto accident. The person that hit me had State Farm Insurance. 3D Collision came highly recommended from a person I know and it just so happened they are a certified State Farm repair shop. This was the smoothest process Ive ever experienced. State Farm sent the claim info directly to them, and from there 3D Collision literally went above and beyond to tow my car, inform me of the status, get my rental car set up and had my car back to me by the end of the week. Excellent customer service and excellent work on my car. Its like brand new again! THANK YOU LETTY AND TEAM!

When our car came back the engine had some issues and our car was very dirty inside in addition the steering wheel shakes when I speed up over 45 and obviously dont know what their doing at all also a place where they tend to ignore you, dont even bother wasting your money here. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Had a accident on my 95 Caprice where I was side swipped. They fixed it in a timely manner and you cant even tell where I was hit. Great work! Friendly customer service. What was even better was the fact they where able to work on it no problem. I called several shops in the area and wouldnt even look at or touch it because its pre 2000 actually made of metal not this plastic and fiberglass nowadays. Will be back with more work and my many restroration projects!
