Got me in and out without the wait, provided great service, would have been 5 stars but the technician didnt protect my floor mats.

I am partially disabled.. My tires seemed low so needed the air checked. I pull up 3 guys just talking..not busy...told me it would be $5.00 just to check my air in the tires. I know times are tough... But what a rip off. What else do they ovet price!!

Driving through Chicago when I had to pull off the highway due to a brake issue. The street I pulled off on ironically was right next to GTO. Since my car wouldnt move, two mechanics walked to where my car was at to take a look at was wrong. Leo was great, fixed what was needed, was very quick considering I didnt have an appt and was basically stranded. They were definitely heros for me that day.

Highly recommend! Was traveling down state for the holidays & had a flat tire blowout. Gto not only changed the tire quickly, but was willing to stay late after closing on Christmas Eve to ensure it was completed that night. Service staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient! Great customer service & reasonable prices, will definitively return for any future auto repairs!

They are rip off. I needed a line for my AC to work. Its only $57 and they stall on ordering the part. Leo never called me to confirm if he order the part or not. I been waiting for weeks to get my AC repaired. If they cant make no money off you than they want deal with you. You have to spend over $300 for them to actually do some repairs on your car. I called another mechanic and he order the part the same day and told me that, I can bring my car information repairs. GTO is a terrible auto shop and very unprofessional. If your a female they will half way repair your car so you can always come back to them. Smh sad but true

This place is the worst mechanic shop in Illinois, they charged me 300 to remove my engine light and now will be the 4th time I brought it back because it keeps turning back on and honestly I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give me a refund! It’s been literally almost 3 weeks since I took in my car and the problem still hasn’t been fixed, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy to be honest with you! Don’t come here please they don’t know what they are doing, I also asked the owner for a refund and he said he wasn’t the owner of the shop but his pictures are all over the dam walls and I have a friend that used to work for him so I know he was the owner! Unprofessional

I had an emergency with my car and I was far away from home. I called and explained my situation and they said they were able to take me right away. Everyone there was very nice, honest, and went the extra mile to help me. They were able to fix my car in about an hour and it was affordable too. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know!

Great place to get your car fixed, and they sell tires also. What ever you do, DO NOT go to tri-Town in bellwood at 50th and st Charles. I wouldnt even let him work on my skateboard

Dont trust these guys with your car, if its more than just breaks or something simple, they will misdiagnose and not acknowledge their mistakes.... I try to use local businesses, but these guys are clowns. They want you to pay in cash to avoid paying taxes (which is illegal), but please use a credit card, so you can have the card company fight for your money back.

Had to go back twice to get the problem fixed.

One star is too generous, it’s a zero for me. I thought this was a great place and I thought I was receiving great service. However, I’ve had two issues that had to be done again by another mechanic and has cost me a lot of money. Issue #1: My muffler was replaced by GTO for it to only come off completely and to find out that it was put on wrong in the first place. Issue #2: My front brakes were put on backwards by GTO and to have it that fixed is $791 dollars. This issue has caused so much damage to my car that my only choice now is to purchase another car. That is a rookie mistake and I would suggest that GTO hire mechanics that know what they are doing. I will never go to GTO again.

This place doesnt back up their work. They prefer you pay in cash and offer a discount if you pay in this form. However, they can only fix simple things like brakes or oil change. If your car needs transmission or engine work DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM because they will misdiagnose then expect you to pay again, when they screwed up and fixed the wrong thing in the first place. Theyve done it to multiple people whos taken their cars there. Beware of GTO Automotive in Berkeley Illinois!

Had breaks done....fast service!!

Really bad experience with their service. I brought my truck to get the tune-up done before the winter. They charged me $300 and the oil was not changed, all sort of sensor lights started going on, making a horrible noise. So I stopped by their office 3 times so they could just take a look at it and let me know what could be the problem. Went 3 times, everytime they told me the same story. Didnt have time to EVEN look at it. So disappointed.!!! I ended up taking my truck to a different shop and they did excellent job. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY HERE!!
