My wife uses Straightline for all service and repairs on her vehicle. These guys are absolutely one of the best shops in NWA. They are always honest and upfront about what they think should be repaired. My wife went in today to have a tire repaired with two of our small children. Glenn noticed the kids and let everyone stay in the car while they quickly fixed the tire, which saved her a lot of trouble. We have used them for several years now and have always received this kind of service. We highly recommend Straightline!

Excellent shop however sometimes very busy. They use Napa parts that come with a two year parts and labor warranty for most items. They have a nice waiting area and are honest people thats not easy to come by with mechanics today unfortunately. I definitely would recommend them before any other shops in the area.

We are new to the area and these guys were great! They got me in and out quickly for an oil change and new air filter. A month later, I was heading out of town and noticed my tire was low. I called them and they told me to come up. They found a screw in my tire. They plugged it up and sent me on my way. It is hard not knowing anyone or any company to use and they have made me feel so much better. I am happy we have a trustworthy place to take our vehicles. Thank you so much!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND...I am terrible at about getting reviews out so I just felt like really needed to for these guys! My air conditioning was out it was those hundred degree days and I was desperate to have my truck back... They had so many people to take care of I absolutely want to say these guys are the best... They had got me in I had called ahead which I recommend.. the shop manager and Im so sorry I forgot his name very professional remembered me calling.. the technician was a nice young man I told them I had that part replaced a year ago and they still felt like it was my fan again lo and behold they were right 😁. You can look at the other reviews these guys are the real deal.I will be going there again... My truck was just as clean or dirty haha. Meaning the inside of the cab was clean steering wheel did not feel dirty like a lot of shops seat did not have any accidental Grease those things are very important to me... Just really want to say thank you! I really needed my truck it is for business use...

I wasn’t too sure what was wrong with my car. I scheduled an appointment for my alternator to be replaced, however I received a call stating my alternator is good and they do not want to charge me for something I do not need. After researching they found out the negative wire connected to my battery was completely corroded. They replaced it, and also I had my back (2) tires replaced. I’ve been to several auto shops in NWA. None of them compare to the quality and work ethic that Straightline Automotive has to offer. This is my go-to place! I highly recommend them!💯

I think they do good work and seem fairly priced but when you walk in you are not greeted and there is one person who is really abrasive and comes across like you are a bother.Adding to my comments. Thanks for the response and I have no issues with the work that you do as that is a 5 star rating.After reading other reviews sounds like the constructive feedback I am giving is on the same person. This person is at the front desk all of the time. You can talk to that person but I highly doubt this person will change and get it.

I would highly not recommend this place. The guy at the desk was uncommunicative, rude and responded to all of my few questions in a hostile manner. He even slammed by car keys on the desk when he had to pick up the phone. Some of the other staff were not helpful either. I felt like my presence and my car needs were a burden on them.Note to Straightline Automotive - I understand everybody has their bad days but taking out your frustrations on the very people who give you business would only make you lose customers.

This week my Daughter came in from Minnesota & had issues with her vehicle that I could not be there for & she unknowing to me took her vehicle to Straight Line Automotive by suggestion from google. They not only solved the problem but treated her as if she was a Valued Repeat customer & they had no idea of the fact that she is my Daughter or Hank Laws niece until they read this review. Great service and price! I was told by another local company that I needed new brakes. Their estimate included a couple of other service fees such as a brake flush and the total seemed high. I had the guys at Straightline take a look and was told I needed less service than the other company suggested and their fee for the service was less expensive. I found it easy to make an appointment within a couple of days and get the work done. All in all, great, friendly service at a reasonable cost!

Very pleased with work done at Straightline Automotive. In my case they know their older cars and take care to do the work right the first time. Friendly staff and an owner who loves his Camaros like I do!

Just had a repair done on my daughters car. Great communication, accepted our extended warranty with no issue. Decided to leave my vehicle for brakes when picking up my daughters car. They replaced my rotors same day at a reasonable price. Glen was straight forward and easy to work with. Recommend!

Ken and his team of technicians in Bentonville are awesome!I noticed the battery light on my car at almost 5:30 on Friday evening. He told me to come to the garage even though they were about to close. The techs quickly diagnosed my vehicle and one of the Techs, Doug offered to drive me to a friends house in Rogers. I can not say enough about this awesome company! From the moment I took the vehicle in, to the time I picked it up they went above and beyond for me. After a faltering part failed after installation, not only did they offer to tow at the expense of the store if I did not have insurance, I had family flying in town that weekend and it would not be ready with the other new part so the owner gave me his own Truck to drive around. (If that is not above and beyond what it?) the timeline of getting it fixed was exceptional too. Such a great company full of love and compassion for what they do. Thanks again Straightline!

I have had an engine, transmission and new clutch done here. They are terrific and kept me up to date on what was happening. Most recently they had to track down a part that is no longer made and were very apologetic about taking a couple of days to get my car finished. I highly recommend Straightline Automotive.

TL;DR: Perhaps decent work but did not earn my trust, and does not appear to care about giving the impression of trustworthiness.I was starting to trust this shop (why does it have to be so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic??) but a disturbing pattern emerged after two repairs. The first time, the quote I got for replacing motor mounts on my minivan was less than 2/3 what Christian Brothers quoted, so I gave this shop a shot. I scheduled the visit, dropped off the van, and at the promised pickup time was told that the parts supplier delivered the wrong parts, and I’d have to bring the vehicle back in for another day the following week. After the second visit, the repairs were completed and all seemed well.So later, I brought the vehicle back for a different issue - powered sliding doors not working smoothly on both sides. Dropping the van off on the scheduled day, I was promised completion by the end of the day. When I returned, I was told that the parts supplier had delivered the wrong parts again. The technician had already disassembled the doors, and in the process of disassembling, the old parts had essentially fallen apart. This, however, didn’t stop the technician from re-assembling the doors and operating them as if the parts were fine. When he did that, the door jammed and the cable snapped. The owner of the shop told me, with a straight face, that the cable was probably going to snap sooner or later anyway, so I’d have to pay for that extra repair - which he said would likely be expensive. He didn’t even offer to cover part of the cost, or the labor. Just sent me on my way as if he’d done the best job that anybody would do. Not once did I get a call during the repairs to let me know that the wrong parts had arrived after the doors were removed, or to ask me what I wanted to do about it, or to warn me that the doors were going to be put back on with parts in much worse condition than they were in when I dropped off the van. No attempt to make things good on his part. Definitely not the kind of mechanic I can trust.

Then they went above and beyond by beating their own quote by $25. These guys are upfront with pricing, competitive in their prices, and courteous. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable. The main front desk guy is really great and a pleasure to work with, there was, however, a technician who was at the desk upon pick up who has no idea how to interact with customers. Bothered by customer presence (as others have stated), doesn’t communicate well, etc. The other technicians were friendly and great! Overall, it’s a good shop who I would trust with future work, but any negative experiences can be traced back to that single employee.

The whole team here is so incredibly great. We were slicing through town and had several car issues so looked these guys up for their great reviews and were blown away by their work. Took my car here to get breaks done. Got a call from the shop manager stating I did not have the locking lug nut key. Asked him if he checked in the jack bag and got the response “of course we checked there, we are mechanics and deal with this stuff everyday”. Went to pick the car up since they could not do the breaks and looked in the jack bag and it was right there. I personally would not trust my car with a mechanic (especially one responsible for my breaks) that doesn’t even look in the jack bag for the locking lug nut key.

Dude that works upfront was plain disrespectful. I went to another shop as soon as he acted like I was an inconvenience to him, when all I was trying to do was get my car fixed. Stay away, there are much better shops in the area.

Took my car to get a coolant leak fixed that I couldnt find myself. They charged me arm and leg to fix but didnt fix it with coolant coming out everywhere. Took it back and they fixed it again. They put stop leak in the radiator and clogged up my heater core. Idiots....and the front desk guy talked on the phone with a family member for about ten minutes while I stood in the lobby waiting for him to even acknowledge me...

Horrible customer service...shady service all together!!!my boyfriend took his car there enthusiast that he had taken his camero to the right place. He even said the guy had a camero on his shirt so apparently they know what there doing.Little to say it was a nightmare...They had car for weeks and still had not done anything should have gone to a shade tree mechanic at least my car would be fixed and on the road by nowGuessing at auto problems instead of diagnosing the issues and fixing them it was turning in to a money hole with no results...

I was stranded with a blown CV joint on my 2001 Rialta (VW) motorhome. I was turned away by several shops in Bentonville/Rogers area. The Straightline Automotive shop @ 502 SE Moberly street had me back on the road in 24 hours from the time my rig was towed to their shop. They were quick, professional, & friendly. Their price was also very reasonable. I really wish they were around the corner from my home rather than 500 miles away. I only give them 5 stars because I cant give them 10!

Guy working front desk is rude and unprofessional. When I first walked in he acted like I was bothering him. Then he answered the phone in the middle of me asking him questions about getting my truck fixed. He didnt say a word to me, just answered the phone and after about 5 minutes of him being on the phone I walked out and took my money elsewhere.

They stripped the bolt on my Jeeps oil pan, want me to pay for a new oil pan and not taking responsibility for it. Amongst other things they have screwed up a headlight and appears they charged me for work that wasnt done. Not good at diagnosis either.. good luck with them!

We broke down in our RV conversion van and were recommended to this shop by our Canadian mechanic because they are a NAPA shop. The tow truck dropped us in the parking lot around 6:30 pm after a 113 mile journey to get there.We knew the shop would not be open until Monday morning so we were prepared to make the best of it. Being in a conversion van we pulled out our lawn chairs, the table and awning and proceeded to have a drink after a very hectic and stressful day. At approximately 9 pm a man walks right past us (not even acknowledging we are there), entered the shop, and turned the lights on (not sure of the purpose). On his way back across the parking lot I stood up and said Hi! I received no response as he continued on his way, I said Hi!! again (a little louder) to which he finally responded, what are you doing? Setting up camp here? I said, well kind of, our van is broke down and I need to speak to the owner about getting our it fixed. He says (in a very angry manner), Im the owner (how could we have known the owner lives right next door!!). Dont you know its Thanksgiving weekend (like we had a choice when we were going to break down) and no one will be here until Monday. To which I responded We realize that, we are completely prepared to wait until Monday and unfortunately in a conversion van, I suppose it would look like we are just camping out especially when the shop is not located near anything that we could walk to.How can we trust that he would fix our home for us? The next morning we called a local Dodge dealer (McLarty Daniel) and took it there. THEY were over the top helpful! I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone and will be sending this to NAPA as well!!

Took my 1998 S10 Blazer there to have the left front drivers door hinge pins and bushing replaced. They hammered the door straker up and put an hole behide it and put a .ent below the door and the door is still way off adjusted. Got an body shop estimates that is over 1000.00 dollars. Talked to the owner Ross and was told they never did any damage. Hes a lair and does poor work. Stay away from this place if you dont want your car or truck needing more repairs or out of pocket more then you came there with

Well, my wife took her car here and when she left it was leaking oil... She had to go back so I changed my review from 5 to 4. They made it right but it was too close for comfort and oil changes should be inspected for leaks before you leave.

Went in to drop off my truck on my lunch break to get my AC repaired. Stood in the lobby for a whole half hour without any assistance or even acknowledgement of my existence. Plus they had a whole parking lot full of customers and the mechanics were all standing around smoking. No integrity. Theyre not getting my money.
