The process of purchasing my car online was seamless. Jake did an excellent job. I live 6 hrs away from the dealership and service was excellent and the paperwork was just as easy with the fiance department. The only down fall was my delivery was late by 6 hrs due to the company they used, their truck broke down. But, the delivery driver kept me up to date. Other than the delivery being late (11:30pm); everything else was great

Dane in Service was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I had a busy schedule the day of my visit and he was aware of that. He made sure that my truck got the service that it needed and had me back in my truck going about my day promptly. I appreciate the effort and have come to expect it. Had a great experience on Tuesday. Tom checked with me on rotating my tires and I said not this time. He did say that we would should do the rotation just oil change. This is the one thing of many that I like about Tom. He never sugar coats anything tells you exactly like it is. I will continue to use this dealership for all my service needs.

My check engine light came on about 30 minutes after I picked up my truck from the dealership on Monday. The fuel pump module was replaced first. After dropping the truck off at 7:04 AM Tuesday to see what the issue was, I learned at 7:00 PM that it was needing a new fuel pump. Thank you Fred for putting in the extra time to call me after hours. They overnighted the part and I picked the truck up today(Thursday) at 4:50. I called today at 2 to see what the progress was and called back at 4:30 to get an update. The truck was finished so I went to pick it up. I’m grateful that it is under warranty, Fred was great, I just would have liked to be in the loop a little more. Maybe some kind of progress bar on the Chevy app could be beneficial.

Everything went well. All done in timely fashion. The only thing I would say negative is I had an additional $20 off the oil change and it was not reflected on my bill. But I dont have time to go back and haggle over that. Next time Ill pay more attention to the bill before I leave.

I had an airbag recall performed by Nunnally. I did not expect them to be so nice since I didn’t buy my Suburban from them and had never been their customer before. When I arrived the service advisor was happy and friendly. The did the service super fast. They don’t get paid worth a squat on recalls so I was very surprised at how great they were.

Just bought a used 2019 Equinox and love it! Had the best buying experience ever. Super friendly sales staff (Ed Garcia was my salesperson) and the whole process beginningto end financing was completed so quick! Id been the prior day to a couple other dealerships in the area and didnt have the best experience. Id definitely come back here and do business again.

The best car buying experience thus far!! After stopping at 4 other car lots, even after hours and randomly bumping into a salesman on his way home; he took time to talk with us and look up prices and give us information. We came back Monday mornin ready to close on a new truck. Edwin was wonderful to deal with; helpful, enthusiastic, fair and a joy to talk to!!Do YOURSELF a favor; ONLY shop for your Chevrolets and used cars here.Be treated like a neighbor instead of just another deal. 10/10!!

If your buying a used vehicle, read, read, & re-read ur contract especially when it comes to the extended warranty! They will screw you over with - when it actually starts!Paid an extra 3k for a supposedly 100k bumper to bumper warranty on a 50k vehicle with 60,000 miles, I went to pick up paperwork & thought Id ask again to clarify & was told no it starts from (0-zero miles) & not the 60,000 miles like Im positive I was initially told!So I basically paid 3k for a 40,000 mile warranty!Very scandalous & shady practices! I have 2 more vehicles to purchase here soon & will definitely not be purchasing them from here!

When I made the appointment I was not told there would be a cost. This is the 3rd vehicle bought at Nunnally and have always gotten free oil changes. When I made the appointment I even said I bought the vehicle there and needed to schedule the free oil change. Service was good, but Ill take it somewhere cheaper for the service now.

I got the information I needed from Josh and he helped me very quickly get the financing locked in and off in my new car. Highly recommend this dealership! Went in after hours just to browse the inventory and drove off within an hour in a brand new 2021 chevy spark!!!! We bought a brand new truck and when it hit 4,900 miles it started popping and jumping like something was slipping. We were just outside of Harrison, AR and limped it back to Wood Chevrolet. We called Nunnally at 2:30 on 03/13 and they informed us we would have to wait til Monday to get a loaner vehicle because service was closed. The GM was there, going on test drives with customers, and he told the receptionist there was nothing he could do to help us. I asked her, so we are supposed to wait in Harrison til Monday even though we live in Bella Vista? The only other option was for us to pay for a rental car. They refused to help us after buying a $60,000 truck with them not even 4 months ago. We pulled up to Wood Chevrolet and they said they had the same policy but they were going to help us out because it wasn’t right to leave us stranded. Nunnally has lost our business completely and we will tell everyone we know how they treat their customers after the purchase is done. You should be embarrassed.

Purchase was all to be expected, but my car has had a few issues. Ive contacted service and let them know, that this is my only vehicle. They dont have any loaners available and that was a huge selling point for me. Salesman has been AWESOME, but one of the issues, is that my wiper stopped working while driving in the rain. This is understandably a safety issue and should be addressed ASAP, my opinion... Ive been put on a list, to wait for a loaner.... Bad taste already, because of an 2015 Equinox, with major oil consumption, broke down in my yard.

While talking to my advisor I had two mechanics walk right next to me with no masks on. After my service was finished the mechanic drove my truck up again with no mask on. Down from Iowa visiting family in Rogers and on the drive, a pallet fell off a truck, a semi hit it throwing chunks all over; one of which hit my front tire. Woke up this morning to not one, but two flat tires. Even though their schedule was booked, Nunnally worked me in. They helped with a tow, put on two new tires, inspected the vehicle for additional damages, and called the warranty company for me; all charges covered. Life savers! Excellent customer service!

Continue to have operational issues w Infotainment System. Been in shop half a dozen times and still has same problem. System shut down again the following day (less than 24 hours after being serviced).Had oil and filter service performed, received no checklist sheet, was just told “everything looks good”. If I could give this 0/5 I would. Went and had basic service done on my 02 truck. After charging me 500$ for a serpentine belt, my truck will not go in reverse. Did not have this problem when I dropped it off. Called the Service manager and was rudely informed “we can’t help you.”

I purchased a 2016 Yukon front them. I am from out of state and when I arrived, the sales man was very polite and was waiting by the vehicle. I took the car on my own for a 45 minute drive with no questions asked and decided to ultimately purchase. It had a couple of problems I did not catch on the drive but it was a USED vehicle with no warranty. They did not have the title to the vehicle as they had recently acquired it. When my 30 day temp tag was about to expire, they overnighted a new 30 day tag and the title (as they had just got it in) so that I didnt have to rush to the DMV. They were nothing but straightforward and friendly. I never felt they were trying to sell me on anything. They let me take my time and let me decide with no influence either way. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed to see the lack of concern for customer safety. As far as I could see, no dealer employee was wearing a mask, nor were there sneeze barriers at the customer service desks. Service on the car was fine, but I was face to face & 2 away (in my own mask) signing papers.
