I love Hobby Lobby!!! They are always running some type of sale, having a great selection of arts and crafts, home decor, holiday items, and even more. Its always nicely kept, clean, and staff is amazing.

I was a kid in a candy store. It had anything and everything possible for me to use in my crafts. Whether it be painting, sewing, stain glass, wood projects. The store was clean and organized, easy to get where and what you need.

I love Hobby Lobby they have anything and everything that you could ever want to get for is it for a home décor or Im décor or for just doing a hobbyoure doing a hobby that you would like to do you could find just about anything you need there its its always clean and and nice smelling and very friendly people

The store is fine, the staff are always nice. They Sometimes have cool stuff for men but its limited....This store is literally stealing all my wifes money and time. She goes here almost every day she is off work. She goes just to look around sometimes but most of the times brings all kind of stuff back from this store. If I go to this store with her Im a hostage for at least an hour.. Apparently this is a huge problem because it has the same effect on the wives of my friends. Its like a womens version of Home Depot but she goes just for fun and there is rarely anything I want. She says there is a sale today! Just because a place is having a sale does that mean you have to purchase something?

I’ve been to this store before but have never experienced service like I did tonight. I had 4 fabrics that I needed cut and took them to the counter. ( there was nobody else in the fabric section at this time). My mom, sister, and myself were all standing at the fabric cutting counter and I walked about 5 feet to look at a fabric. During this time my mom and sister were still standing at the counter answering any questions she had about lengths. My mom turned around for a split second to look for me and as soon as her back was towards the counter the worker began screaming as loud as she could that my mom needed to watch and I needed to be standing at the counter. She then proceeded to continue yelling this about 5 more times. Then while I was at the counter another woman who needed fabric cut came up and the worker (Rachel) began making fun of me to this customer. She made comments about how “it’s common knowledge to know you need to stand at the counter the whole time” (even though I was). She also made comments about “you’d have to be stupid to think you didn’t have to stand here” to another customer. She refused to speak to me and then shoved my fabric at me.

Love to come just to look at all their beautiful decor! They always have things on sale and if the items are not on sale they ALWAYS have a 40% off coupon you can use. The decor is very current to the times and always has awesome biblical verses to display in art which is a plus. Clean, great customer service.

I ask where a certain item was and two different employees just pointed or said go look somewhere. I walked around and still couldnt find anything so I just left. Nice store layout though

This location is well stocked and clean. I can easily find what I need. Also, there are markdown and clearance items on the aisles with the regular priced items, which makes it easier to get the the best price on your purchase.

When i come here once time I am follow by a man seem to be a manager. Maybe woman can not tell sorry. Good store love the mirror selection!

Store layout leaves much to be desired. Very difficult to find items. Went looking for Halloween decorations, but apparently they dont carry any....over 2/3rds of the store was Christmas decorations and ITS NOT EVEN NOV YET.....

Neat and clean store. Well stocked and the aisles are not crowded at all. The store is well lit and parking is plentiful. I highly recommend this location.

This location does not enforce mask rules. Customers are allowed to enter the store and shop even when coughing and sneezing. If an employee asks a sick customer to put on a mask they are scolded by a manager and informed They are NOT the police and they do NOT ask customers to put masks on. My wife literally had to quit her job here for our familys safety due to management ignoring STATE LAW. Arkansas Health Department and Hobby Lobby corporate are being notified of your managements negligence and the safety risk you are exposing employees and their families to.

Im a husband and father that just learned to sew last month when I bought my wife a sewing machine. Turns out it was My anniversary gift since Im making the mask! I get all the info on fabric and other equipment from the ladies at your Benton store! Those 4 in the morning! And your supervisor that messes with one of the only men that gets his own fabric! Lol. Love them!

I found some wonderful gifts for my nieces bridal shower. I knew what I wanted to get for her,but no idea where to look in that huge store. I had no problem finding employees to ask and they were very accurate with the directions. Also very friendly.
