Very friendly. Warm and welcoming. Some pricing a bit high for a second hand. Clothing with tags, its still a re- sale shop. I did find something I really wanted and she came down on the price. Barbara the owner spent the entire time walking around with me picking options and helping me try on until I was completely happy with my choice. She made me feel so confident about picking my dress for my special day and never once the least bit judgmental for my price range. Her number one goal was to see me leave 100% happy.
