Went in garden center for potting soil. Was out of what I wanted. Employees were very nice & helpful to get fork lift and get down what I needed. Highly recommend this store. Have never been disappointed. Always happy wen I leave.

I cant say enough good things about this store. Shane in Appliances and Miss Tiara, a Cashier manager were kind, polite, professional, helpful, and customer service oriented. Constantly apologizing for any delays or problems. All the employees are helpful and work at their jobs. I didnt see any laziness anywhere. It is always difficult to find an employee, but is a really big store. Look around. The nearest employee will help you or call someone. Patience.

Best nursery in town. The choices are endless in plants and garden supplies and the staff is friendly. Prices are very competitive.

My wife and I were there for about an hour and a half shopping for home appliances. We got very little help with what we were looking for. The most helpful and friendly person there was a young lady who helped us at the self checkout.

The service on our pickup was amazing. The employee brought out our order and even a bottle of sports drink. Was polite and very thankful of our purchase from them.. Deborah and I will be during more business there in the future.

Im sure this isnt the first time youve heard this but Im going to say it anyway...... Your website is absolutely horrible. You can click on any given subject and you might end up where you want or some random other department. Dont attempt to back up and try again because most of the time your site freezes up. Im not just going to jump in my vehicle and take a 20 mile buggy ride to see if you have a product. Theres a lowes less than half the distance and their website works just fine! Come on!

Improving. Store looks a lot better organized than in the past. Customer service could still improve a lot though. Cashier working self checkout was energetic as though he enjoyed being there. At the time i was there they were getting a new blacktop job on there parking lot so be careful there.

Its a smaller home depot as far as products available. They carry most things you would need or want on a daily basis. But many of the speciality items or harder to find items will probably be at the southwest LR store or in West little Rock. No tool rental, and they didnt even have the machine to blow insulation in your attic, that you get for free to use when you buy the insulation. No pipe cutter for the galvanized plumber pipe if you need shorter lengths of it or cut to size lengths.

A lot more tools and supplies than lowes, can ask just about any employee about where something is and theyre knowledgeable about it, very organized unlike the other store which there is no competition or comparison to the Depot

I will never shop at this store if i can help it again. The little long hair leprechaun who disrespectfully stopped me from loading the lumber just purchased because i personally didnt have the receipt. Although i specifically asked the cashier if i could proceed and was told yes. The ponytailed leprechaun then went and got his bald buddy to assist him . At some point they decided to get the equipment to reband the stack as they watched me as if i was about to jump out of my truck and load up the lumber and make the theft of the century. So kudos to you ponytail pi . The only thing you thwarted was any future patronage to your store if i can possibly help it.

Quick trip in and out & by having one of the employees show me which self check out could be used for card or cash I was able to verify that my new credit card had not been activated properly & I went home & fixed it. Really helpful for a future purchase w/o embarrassment! Which is always a plus when shopping.

I absolutely love the gardening center of this store. However when shopping for House renovation items it is almost impossible to find an employee to assist. The girl at the self check out was above and beyond with her helpfulness and good customer service skills.

I recently attempted to purchase a dishwasher through the Home Depot website. The whole experience was poor and frustrating. I was rescheduled by Home Depot multiple times due to the delivery service 1) not placing my order on the truck because the truck was full, 2) not having a truck available to deliver my order, 3) not answering the phone in order to discuss issues with delivery. I have bought so much from this company over the years including large ticket items and major appliances. I have had poor experiences with the process over the years, but this by far is the worst. I do not feel like the company takes their customers seriously and in truth I feel the attitude is... you dont like it go somewhere else. I plan to do just that. I will no longer purchase anything from this company. Additionally, there are too many competitors with the same products to deal with this type of rude and unnecessary purchasing experience. I have spoken with countless representatives over the past month as well as attempted to contact you a store manager directly with no resolution. I have been placed on hold for lengthy periods and transferred from person to person. I ultimately had to cancel my order after a 4th failed delivery of something purchased at the end of April. A managers responsibility is to be available to customers and I am truly disappointed in system. At this point, a company as large as Home Depot should be able to rival the services provided by Amazon and other large retailers. But they definitely do not!

We love the Home Depot Store in Benton, AR! The attitudes of the employees there are friendly and customer oriented! We have had pleasant shopping experiences every time we have shopped there! We would rather drive from Hot Springs there than shop local Lowes in Hot Springs because of Home Depot customer service!

My girlfriend went to get some bags of sand. Im busy working and couldnt go. She asked for help from multiple employees. No one helped her. They either didnt work in that department or were too busy to assist her. I even called up there to get her assistance. Apparently that fell on deaf ears. Ive had similar experiences shopping there myself. Youre lucky to even see an employee in a department most of the time. This stores customer service is, by far, the worst weve ever experienced!! We will be shopping at Lowes, or anywhere else for that matter, from now on.

First off, I want to give 10 stars to the teams who do curbside, they give great service with a smile and believe me when I say this: I time all retailers on these curbside pickups and THIS LOCATION is the ONLY home improvement store who has this down packed! Great job.However the several people working the “customer service” desk perhaps are in the wrong department.

Really good service from Amber. I was looking at vinyl plank flooring and backsplash material. She was helpful and suggested the best way to choose and match the tiles for a backsplash. Ive now narrowed my choices to two to show my husband.

Home Depot Cabot Arkansas is about the worst store I have ever been to in my life! It doesnt matter which side of the parking lot you park on you are going to have to walk all the way across the store to get what ever it is you came in for because they never have more than one lane open or self check out and by god you better not need any help because your not going to find any. I take that back if you do want any help just go all the way back to the right hand side of the stove and theyll be by the back door smoking or hiding behind something so they dont have to work! Them lazy somnabitches! Worst store ever!!!!

I live approx 90 minutes away, longer if I get stuck in the freeway construction so I can the pro desk & place my order.I built a roof for my 20x25 deck last summer during Covid when everyone was short on lumber & I was lucky if I could find 1 quality board out of 5. I was able to get all the wood except 6x6 posts, no one had them & not available for special order either. Took approx 2 weeks from when I placed order until it was delivered. The wood was decent no twisted, warped, or cracked lumber which I was quite worried Id receive.This spring Im putting in new 5 aluminum custom colors gutters which is special order. I dont know what is all required & am relying on the Pro Desk. I gave the measurements to Eric; he worked up an order & called the manufacturer making sure I can get everything thats required in the colors I want. (The gutters will b black matching the fascia & all the attachments/ downspouts will b stone color blending w my brick work).Other than the long lead times getting product it of TX, 4 weeks, I anticipate everything going as smooth as last orderI like having the Pro Desk going over my build material list, 2nd set of eyes making sure I ordered everything I need. Nothing worse than running to store interrupting build schedule

Stop by to get a special gift for the family carpenter. My Dad. All associates were very helpful today. A few were even dressed in Santa suits. Picked up some stocking stuffers for the younger members of my family. Always feel good about shopping at the Benton Home Depot. Its a very well run and clean store.

Eric at the Pro desk took very good care of us during a pick-up today. He is knowledgeable, friendly, organized, personable, and all around good at his job. Thank you! I also called to add something to my order right before pick-up, and I was able to do so without issue. The young woman working the register on the pro end was also very friendly, and good at her job. We need more people like these working in the customer service industry. It makes things so much more pleasant, and you leave with a smile even though youre leaving with supplies to repair busted septic lines!

Great home improvement store.

They had the grill marked as 169$ we went to get the box to check out and it rung up over 250$ we talked to manager I believe Lee, we explained and showed him where as you can see the grill was sitting on top of the price tag along with other grills in picture. And he said he could do 10$ off the original price and we told him it was marked for $169 and thats what we was getting it for, as they was the one who made a mistake, manager Lee refused to give us the price it was marked for and was real rude about it. We will not ever be going back there again.

We really like this flooring and it is a good product... Unfortunately the instructions are the box are absolutely 180° backwards if you start installing it like it says you will be miserable and the product will pop apart... If you do it exactly opposite it works great

It shows they have several chainsaws so we made a trip all the way over here and they dont have any. Even their computer said they have them and they tried to say they had them. Employees are not very friendly.

Excellent service in the appliances department, however, dont use the delivery services if you can avoid it. Guys were very uneducated, moving too quickly, too rough on surroundings, ended up breaking a water line just under the shut off valve, flooding the house, and tried to drop the blame on me. Call a friend to borrow their truck and dolly instead, dont use their delivery services.P.S. Home Depot Review was sent to my email and filled out however Home Depot never replied. Very sad to see no follow up on customer responses.

Not impressed with HD now. Workers walk around, basically ignore you. A self checkout. In other words hunt what need, check yourself out and dont bother the workers.

Today was a terrible visit. The first sales lady said she couldnt help me and walked away. The second sales lady said she was going search. After waiting about 5 minutes I found her chilling and playing on her phone. The third lady I found was actually awesome. She took about 3 minutes to find what I wanted, but she did. She didnt give up like the rest. I spent way too much time waiting though.

James in Tool Department went above and beyond on customer service. He helped me find what I needed. He was very helpful and pleasant. He works at Benton, Arkansas Home Depot. James keep up the great work.

Easy access to Interstate 30 just outside of Benton. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Although they do tend to offer thei product choices instead of wide variety.I suggest using the home depot website to find anything in the store. It saves a lot of time.

Tonight my family and I visited Home Depot at 8:12pm, we specifically came in the store for some outside lights that was battery operated. After searching for minutes we decided to ask an employee for some help, she told us she would call someone over to help considering she doesn’t know much. Once she called over the store for help on isle 5, we waited for another 5 minutes or so STILL NO ONE! I went to the front desk and asked the two ladies that was there for some help, once again they called for someone over the store. Guess what, STILL NO ONE! An employee was walking down the main isle and we stopped her and asked for some help, she stated this was not her department but she would do the best she could. Ms Mara did a fantastic job with finding what we was looking for. We FINALLY was ready to check out at 8:44pm. Thanks to Ms. Mara for going above and beyond despite the horrible visit we had! The only reason I gave a one star because I didn’t have a choice.

Had a gentleman help my boyfriend cut down some blinds to match his window size. He was very sweet and helpful. He seemed to be a newer employee, but overcompensated in his show of effort. A true demonstration of what a caring employee should look like. He claimed to work at Target as well, which told me how hard of a worker he is. My boyfriend was truly satisfied with his experience and we will be back to request his assistance.

Brenda and Kev were so helpful in the landscape department. I do not have a green thumb so Kev gave me some good recommendations for low maintence perrenials. Brenda showed me some plants that were on sale so I was able to get more for my money. I really appreciate the great customer service they both provided and will drive from Hot Springs to shop at Home Depot.

I took a trimmer/edger back because I could not get it to release. I thought I had put it together wrong. They tried working it and got to release but it was a chore each time. He went and check the displace and said the spring wasnt working correctly and handed me a new one and said if this one doesnt work correctly bring it back. You may say so what. I didnt have my receipt as I thought it was me. They take care of their customers.
