I just picked up my piece of furniture that they restored for me and I couldn’t be more pleased! It is beautiful!!! I’m so happy with their work. They were finished in the time period specified. The quality of work is very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Byron and his crew refinished a complete bedroom suite for me recently and they did a beautiful job!I have this walnut bedroom suite that my grandparents bought back in the early 1940’s.During the snow storm of February 2021, I had a water line upstairs break and it flooded this bedroom. I thought the furniture was ruined.Due to the meticulous work of Byron and everyone at B-New, it looks Great!!Very pleased with the work, guys.Thank You!!

They refinished my mothers table from the 1800’s due to it being misused by a family member. They did an amazing job and made it look like a brand new table. They responded to all my check ins and questions quickly. It did take them a long time to get the job done because of the damage to the table but in the end the results were well worth the wait. Byron is a super nice guy and goes above and beyond for his clients.

B New leveled a vintage side table for me at a nice price.

I bought vintage wrought iron patio furniture from an estate sale and it was in terrible shape. B New Restoration picked it up and brought it back to life! I cannot be happier with my experience. Highly recommend.

This is definitely not the place to get your furniture restored. He picked my furniture up in August and told me it would take 4-6 weeks. I contacted him in October and November and all I got was excuses. He finally contacted me Christmas Eve wanting to deliver that day. I told him I was unavailable and he wanted to know if I could pay and they deliver later cause he needed to pay his workers. Good thing I didn’t fall for that. When I did get my furniture back it looked like a 5 year old had worked on it.

These guys did the reno work at our new office. They did a great job and did so in a timely fashion. I would definitely hire them again.

I had my grandpas desk done there it turned out amazing.

I hired this company to build a piece of furniture for me. After paying a deposit and given a deadline nothing was honored. After several attempts and broken promises I had to contact my credit card company and attorney to get help with the issue. I never received a piece that I gave them so I was also out that money. I would NEVER do business with them again or recommend anyone to them to have work done. I am still wondering how they are in business.

This place is very unprofessional, quite possibly the WORST business I have ever encountered. The owner is a power hungry, inconsiderate, inattentive, mentally unstable individual. I promise you, he will do nothing but disappoint you. Please take your business elsewhere and do not waste your time or money on these awful people.

This has to be THE WORST place I have been to since I moved to Arkansas. Its very low quality work done and throw professionalism out the door. I heard the owner talk so disrespectful and unruly to 2 of his workers and then a child of one of the customers. I myself will NEVER go back there as long as Im in Arkansas...

This shop’s work is the best! I came in with a table. They told it would take about 4-6 weeks. I asked if their was anyway they could push me thru bc I had a party coming up. They were able to make my grandmothers table look like I just bought it off the show room.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. Put desk there to have drawer installed. Said be one week. 8 weeks later, still not done and they damaged my desk. Horrible customer service. Full of excuses. Never in the shop. Try John Claas in North Little Rock.

They picked a chest up from my home 6 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. cannot get them to answer or call me back. It had a 1 inch chewed area on the corner from a puppy. 6 weeks is PLENTY of time.

I worked here and it was a terrible experience. Owner couldn’t afford to pay us on time after making plenty per day. He would keep everyone’s furniture for 6+ months and scam them out of their deposits. Take your furniture elsewhere
