Excellent! These guys really know their stuff and their prices are great! They were able to answer all my questions and they had the things I needed in stock. I arranged to have them install a Battle Born LiFePO4 battery and Victron Smart Shunt in my class C motorhome. They did a great job and answered my follow-up questions via email. I had two old lead acid batteries before, and they were terrible. I couldnt run my furnace at night because it would quickly kill the batteries. This new battery is life changing!!! I recently purchased a 640 W kit through Bend battery. I am in the process of converting a old shuttle to a livable mini home. So I am on a budget. I bought everything I need from Jacob and was able to easily install it myself. Jacob and Taylor were so knowledgeable and helped me walk through the entire process of self installation over the phone. I must’ve called 1 million times but never did they show me any frustration or annoyance. They were grateful to help and I learned a lot through the process. The system works wonderful and the quality of their products is amazing. Bend Battery is the real deal. I was looking for a way to keep my battery charged on my custom over-landing trailer. I run two six volt batteries wired in parallel. Jacob and his team know their stuff when it comes to mobile solar installation and he reconfigured my system and got my 140 watt panels working to the highest level of efficiency. Now it charges my battery in half the time it used to and I end the day with 100% charge. Thank for the help. You team was great to work with and very reasonably priced.

This is a great place. I will not be going anywhere else for my battery or even my Jeep accessories going forward. Jacob was both very friendly and knowledgeable in what he does. You can also tell he enjoys it and he enjoys people. I believe him to be an honest guy who is NOT about just making a buck but more about building a good reputation. He got me in really quickly and I think I only waited 15 minutes! Then, on top of everything else, I got a smoking deal because my Jeep was not as bad as I was thinking. So instead having me pay through the nose like most places, he was actually honest and let me know it would be a quick fix. Ill be back!

Bend Battery is one the very BEST stores I have ever visited and used. I had a car that been sitting in a garage for a long time and the battery was not without charge, but even after starting the car from jumpers, it would run until the jumper cables were on for a while. Eventually the car started and I took it to Bend Battery, the replaced it with a new on very quickly and confirmed the old battery was unusable. The crew was very helpful and quick. I will use them again and told all my Bend friends to use them when they need a battery not only for a car but for a boat.

Great customer service!! Super knowledgeable and good prices. I took my Airstream travel trailer in to replace the battery that wasn’t holding a charge and wasn’t a deep cycle. Jacob was all over it determining the best battery for the application. Didn’t try to sell me more than was necessary, AND checked the wiring to my solar panel where noticed that a wire was disconnected from the solar controller repaired it on the spot. I am very impressed as many other shops would have sold me the battery and sent me packing. So nice to see customer services is still alive and well in Bend. I will be back and will recommend Bend Battery to friends. .

I would recommend Bend Battery to anyone! I thought my car battery needed replacement, and Taylor tested it several times and assured me it was fine. He couldve easily convinced me to buy a new battery, but he was not only very thorough, he was honest. They are insanely helpful! I was building out a sprinter on my own, and even though I did tons of research, it was so nice getting approval and recommendations from experts. They were so patient and knowledgeable, it made my whole process so much easier and gave me tons of peace of mind.

Car, RV, power-sports, generator batteries and components. I buy them all here. That little shop is filled with knowledge. Seems like there is always 2 or 3 sprinter vans out front getting a high tech solar setup. Yes, you can buy junk cheaper elsewhere. Here, you get quality at a fair price and the support after the sale is over the top good. Most importantly though, just good, ethical people.

Bend Battery is definitely 5 Stars. Jacob and Taylor worked on our 2007 Toyota Camry. The Hybrid Battery Pack went out on our Camry. However the issue was more complex. They went through and hit each code to find out what the real root of the problem was. They located the issue fixed it in a timely manner. Most importantly they stayed true to their word of cost of parts and labor. We have had the car back to them twice at their request to follow up to make sure things are running great. And they are. Without hesitation I would recommend going to Jacob and Taylor and seeking out their expertise first if you are having battery issues with any vehicle.

Worked with Taylor and Jacob and couldnt be happier. It is hard to find true and genuine customer service, but you will find it here. They helped us in a pinch as our RV batteries got fried and we were passing thru Bend and had been told to go here by a friend. Went in to get batteries tested and was able to get new batteries and monitor installed with very short time. Cant say enough good things about this business. We had Bend Battery install a solar system on our RV recently. They got the installation done in the promised timeframe and gave us a lesson on using the system. Last night was our first night using our system, everything worked great and we were able to spend the night at Viaggio Winery, a beautiful winery, near Lodi CA (boondocking in style thanks to Bend Battery and Harvest Hosts). Got up this morning brewed coffee in the keurig and still had plenty of battery power. Its partly cloudy today, but the solar is still charging away.

So glad I found this place! Initially I went in for a truck battery, afterwards started chatting about my upcoming camper project and plans for solar. A couple months later I stopped back in to talk in more detail about a game plan for what I needed for my project. Jacob spent the next hour plus just chatting with me and patiently explaining everything in detail as we nerded out about solar setups. I left there only with an itemized quote. Jacob and Tyler are fine human beings and masters of their craft!I had a solar install done on my Airstream in north Oregon and it didnt go so well. Even with knowing they were going to only spend an hour or two doing repairs, Tyler and Jacob let me pick their brain and treated me like family. They are truly experts.. and passionate about their craft.I am a full timer and roam the country, but have found a home at Bend Battery. Bend Battery installed a 300w panel on our sprinter. We love our solar system and is working perfectly but we did have a few minor install issues on the roof but Jacob and Taylor both went out of their way to correct the issues making sure I was a satisfied customer and insuring no future issues. And boy am I!! These guys know their stuff, I trust them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing any battery or vehicle solar help.

Wonderful service! I had called around to get battery replaced when it died today and everyone else was short with me and didn’t go out of their way to get me in. When I called Bend Battery they were so helpful and friendly, offered up all the information and prices I needed without me asking, and they said come right on in! I bought a solar kit for my camper, I had no experience with installing something like this. Jacob was really helpful and offered several times to call if I had questions. Im converting my new Transit to an off grid conversion van. I have no real electrical experience and I have been mostly concerned with building the electrical system in the van. Shops like this are one of the things that make Bend such a great place to be. The owners are very knowledgeable and super friendly. They really went the extra mile for a friend who had the batteries replaced in her older RV. Helped track down an unrelated electrical issue and showed her a couple things she could do her self to continue getting it fixed up and more reliable.

I highly recommend this place. Since buying my car in 2015, I have taken it no where but the dealer for service. Suddenly, I needed a battery and decided to look online for where to get a battery as getting into the dealership on short notice is very difficult. I found Bend Battery and I’m glad I did. Really nice couple that owns and runs the shop. Fastest service, called them and they gave us information over the phone and prices that were competitive. When we got there they were ready for us and knew we had a new baby and in a hurry, they had us in and out in just over 5 mins. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I am helicopter pilot by trade have been cursed with a type A personality. Jacob went above and beyond the call of duty, coming to my house for an estimate and then fully backing it up even though my boat project took a little more than he expected. Like half of Bend, Im building a van, and they were beyond helpful.. letting me build my electrical system in their parking lot and always being so welcoming and patient when I stopped in 3 or 4 times a day to buy more stuff because Im totally disorganized. These guys love what they do and it shows! Plus they really know their stuff... They will not only build new systems, but can also fix old ones gone wrong.

Not only did he check our old battery to make sure we needed a new one he also recommended that we bring the vehicle back to go over the electrical system at no charge and if we have any problems with the new battery just call him. They were such a pleasure to do business with and the customer service is excellent

This place is the best. I usually go to some generic store like Costco or Napa, etc. for battery needs, but I was concerned about other electrical issues on my vehicle as well. Jacob and co. performed a free test to rule out any issues with my alternator and wiring. Luckily, it was a bad battery - they had a great selection of batteries, with some being made in here in the States, and competitive rates (especially when you factor in that its a superior product). Install was quick and I was back on the road. Now Bend Battery is my place for anything battery or electrical related.
