You asked for more detail so here you go.1) stock items that that sell2) stock items that construction employees use regularly.3) you loose a lot of business to ACE and home Depot because you dont stock what sells.4) if you dont let your customers load them selves then have enough employees so that it doesnt take 45 min waiting in the yard to get loaded.5)you sell concrete sell the supplies that go with that and have them in stock ect....6)you call your selves builders firstsource for what exactly? I have been in your stores east coast to west and its the same story hey we have half of what you need from a builders supply store
