UPS has always been good to us. Please continue the good service. In Winter, a quick call before you arrive would allow me to meet you at the top of our wintry driveway so you would not have to trek the 3/4 mile to the house. Thank you.

I live in Nymore and my packages come so late sometimes that Im worried my packages are so far back on the list of deliveries that I wont get it until the next day. I dont mind waiting am extra day but it happens alot now. Especially during this pandemic I have to constantly worry about someone stealing my package when it does come. Most of the time I have to watch for it. I dont live in a very safe neighborhood and would appreciate my 400 dollar package to not sit on my porch for everyone to see or steal....... Other than that the drivers are nice. I called the store and received excellent customer service. Knock hard please.

The staff at the UPS store are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Our UPS delivery man is “Johnny on the Spot.” I have nothing but praise for these hardworking folks.

I have been using the UPS Store at 315 Paul Bunyan Dr NW in Bemidji, Mn. Jess and her staff go out of their way to make sure your packages are handled safely and expeditiously. In the many years I have shipped with this store every item has arrived without breakage. I recently shipped a service for sixteen, five piece place setting and numerous serving pieces. Not one piece was damaged thanks to their expert care. I am leaving the area and I know I will not meet a more willing and pleasant staff. Thank each of you. Sara Johnson

The UPS Store is the most crucial store in Bemidji, Minnesota. I write books based on imagination and experience that need to be reproduced and frequently submitted to either friends who are perceptive readers or to publishers who have shown an interest in, or published manuscripts of mine. My wife, a professor emerita of the local university, has been writing text and assembling illustrative examples of student work from her half century of teaching creative writing in northern California and, more recently, work by disadvantaged students involved in both writing and the visual arts. Curt, who opened the local store years ago, and Jessica, who is now its manager, have been friends since the beginning.

Ups helps me a great deal & they are always very helpful, very polite . I would refer them to every one.

Never delivers on time. I’m still waiting for a package that is supposed to be delivered on 1/11/2020 by end of business day. It is currently 10:00pm on 1/11/2020. They also never update the status. There have been no updates on the status of my package since it arrived at this location or anything letting me know it will be delayed. This has happened the last two times I had a package delivered from UPS in Bemidji.

If I could give a negative, I would. They mixed up my shipping labels and sent my packages to the wrong places. Then said there was nothing they could do about it. Don’t risk it. I’m out $125 unless I can track down my packages...unlikely on one. I think whoever received it was pretty happy with the mix up. Aweful mess that I cannot afford. Thanks for nothing!

As the general contractor for a new building in the area, we are always receiving updated drawings from the Architect. It is incredibly helpful to have a local place to get these large sheets printed quickly so we can keep building. All I need to do is email them the PDF - and they get it done. Jessica and the staff at UPS Store 2813 have been great!!

Late in the afternoon on a federal holiday Monday I received via email a document that need to be printed, signed with a witness, notarized, and returned to an office in a tiny town in South Carolina by Wednesday morning.The staff at the Bemidji MN UPS Store are my heros. They were open, took care of everything and even shipped it out that day. I am so glad Bemidji has that UPS Store.

Not very helpful when trying to find a solution for our packages not being delivered to our home once again. They keep telling us that no-one was home and that they didnt feel comfortable leaving the packages. However I am always home as I work from home. Smh. Poor customer service in this regard. Not very helpful.
