This was the BEST curbside purchase EVER! I used the app so they can see when I’m on my way & shared my location with them. When I pulled in I put in which space we were in & the lady was already walking out!! She was so so nice & professional! Didn’t catch her name but I tipped her for being so on point! I’m not easily impressed either! Great job! Thanks for valuing my time as well!

Love the cashier, she is always so kind and actually cares enough to have a conversation. In this world today this has faded to less than a thank you, or nothing at all. Upon the hiring process, I would recommend having this as a Key essential, as customer service is the reason for their position and to bring customers back to Target. God Bless.

This was the quickest pickup from any store EVER.

Customer service provided over the phone by Jen. Jen went the extra step, after we ordered an item to be picked up, in handling our pick-up order placed earlier at the Lees Summit store. She assured that the already billed transaction would be credited and pick-up cancelled. When we came into the store she had made sure that this item was waiting up front with our existing order.

This location is always very clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful

Around 8:20 today, 7/28//2021, I needed to return a couple of picture frames that were the wrong size. As usual I was greeted with a smile and a “good morning, welcome to Target” response from the lady at the door.The lady who returned my items was also very courteous and friendly, and my return was done within 2 minutes. Before leaving I decided to browse the inexpensive items at the front of the store that are perfect for my obsession with organization.When I noticed there were only two of the items I normally buy, I mentioned how much I loved them to the lady stocking the shelves, she immediately went into action to try and find more for me. She wasn’t able to find them at the Belton store but suggested she could try to find them for me, which I said I would wait until Belton had them again and I would be back.Sorry I did not get their names but all three of these ladies should be recognized for their outstanding courtesy and friendliness.I love shopping at Target in Belton, MO because I am always treated as if I am a special customer and I have never had a problem or encountered anyone who was not exceptionally outgoing and friendly. I always choose Target over their competitors.

Today was great shopping experience. Jenn was our cashier today. She was happy, friendly, and so helpful. Then we had to return later in the day Eddie and Micheal were so helpful and were wonderful people. Thank you all for your help today.

I drove 30 minutes to buy a Nintendo switch because this was the only store close by that had what I wanted. I left my house and there were 2 left in stock online, but when I arrived I realized I had forgotten my card at home and there was now only 1 in stock. I didn’t want to miss out on getting it so I decided to use Target’s handy pick up in store feature and purchased it online. The people at the electronics counter asked how they could help me and I told them my problem and how I would come back in 2 hours when my order would be ready. They not only went and made sure it was in stock, but had my order picked early so I didn’t have to come back! Thank you so much for the customer service!

Clean, well stocked, helpful staff. They do offer disposable masks at the door if you forgot yours. Some of the shelves are a bit rummaged through, but what do you expect during the Christmas rush? Overall, good job.

Just got kicked out of target for not making it to the register before 9pm oh wait it was 9:05pm and I had my wife and 3 kids, 3, 1, 2 months old! Thanks a lot target! I’ll never be back. #customer lost. Just have to remember target, yes we have a pandemic on our hands and things need to be tighter, but I was still a customer that needed respected.

Usually convenient, with good product selection and sale prices. Clean store. The options of being able to shop and browse in-store, as well as order online and pick up in store are great.

The employees that helped me went above and beyond when there was an issue with my order that was not their fault. Something that should have been a simple and quick process ended up taking 10 minutes or so because they were nice enough to make sure I got what I wanted and needed even though it was probably beyond the scope of the Drive Up pick up process. This service is very helpful when youre a mom of little ones.

Really disappointing experience buying a gaming console. A conformation for in store pick up was sent, but after driving there I was told they posted the wrong stock online and there was nothing they could do.

I love Target and the staff at this location are always very helpful and friendly. I go there almost every weekend and I have never had a cashier who wasn’t friendly. The only issue I have seen is there have been a couple times where grocery items with past expiration dates are still on the shelf. So just be careful to watch for that. I will note that the staff is quick to take action when that is pointed out. I’m excited to see our store is remodeling.

Product quality. Even when it is busy the staff are friendly and helpful. The newly remodeled store is nice. I went during the first day of Tax Free Weekend and my service was still high caliber.

I love target. I was walking around the store today when they were not busy and I counted 15 times I heard employees say to other customers and me “are you finding everything okay?”. I would spend a little more on things from target just for the service I receive when I’m here. Good job guys!

Location and friendly staff

It was a huge time saver for me. When a person is not feeling well and needs to pick up a few things, like over the counter medicine, you dont have to spend time walking all over the store looking for the exact item you want.I was in and out of the store in less than four minutes.

The staff here is by far the friendliest Ive ever encountered at a Target. I travel often, Im from Los Angeles and I was down on a cross country trip, and the fitting room attendant (Lisa) was amazing! She even gave me advice on what bathing suit to buy, and we struck up conversation about the area. Amazing!!!!!!!

Pickup with the Target app was SO easy and fast! And the employees are very friendly and professional. I also love that they have specific shopping bags designed for the pickup service, instead of just tying your items up in a regular plastic bag (ahem, Walmart). The employees are also super friendly, professional, and make sure to scan the code on your phone, so not just anybody is picking up your order. As a mom of 3 kiddos under the age of 5, with a couple of them often falling asleep in the car during errands, Targets drive up service is a lifesaver!

The drive in service is very convenient. They came out fast and everything I ordered was there. Great option when you dont feel like going in the store.

Good selection of goods, good location. However, I had a bad experience. I piked small size (MP PIE CRUST). At the self check point the scanner did not recognize the item / price. The cashier came to help, but couldnt scan the item. she went to her supervisor and they decided that this is a clearance item and to charge me $2.00 I asked the cashier what was the price before the clearance and she said $4.00 . I paid $2.00 and went to Shoprite and checked the price of the same item and simile size products and the regular price is $1.79 to $2.09. Then I went back to Target to check the price on the pie crust to find that simile brands are sold for about $2.09. I went to the cashier and the supervisor. They admitted that they gave me wrong information about the original price. They did not know what was the price before the clearance.I returned the pie and I got my money back.It is very wrong for Target employee to give wrong information to clients.

There customer service at Target is fantastic. I was walking by the shoe section and Lisa asked if she could help me find anything. She was so cheerful and polite. I wish everyone was like this everywhere I go. The cashier that I had was beyond friendly too. I didnt catch her name though. Also, Target has a lot of newer brands that are fashionable and affordable too.

The check out lady was wonderful. She notice that not all my granddaughters costume was there. She had lost part of it walking up to check out. She made sure that she got her costume. Happy grandaughter makes a happy grandma.

Great place to get some shopping done. They have about the same things as walmart but its not nearly as busy or packed. They have electronic items and things for your house from bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. They also sell clothing for men women and children. Much much more.

I found guten free candy corns! I shop online at Target a lot. Handy to stop in for stuff and they have some groceries in case you need to grab something while youre here.

The employees at this store have become like the gestapo since the pandemic. You are forced into policed lines to checkout, and god forbid you complain at all, the thought police will throw you out of the store.Not a good look, Target.

Today target and its employees went out of their way, teaming up with Baileys Foundation, to give a very special girl battling neuroblastoma a wonderful third birthday party. This just shows how much target cares about its community. Way to go target!

I like that the PICK UP service desk is near the front of the store but you NEED MORE motorized handicap carts. I see young kids, who dont need them, riding around in them in the store when there are people like myself who have to turn around and leave when none are available.

I have like 50 reviews, nothing less than four stars. Today at Target we had a poor experience. My eight year old son had a Target gift card to spend so I took him to shop on a quick Dad date. We got to the electronics section and found the game he wanted, on sale for $29.99, normally $59.99. Nobody was working in electronics so we stood there a few minutes waiting. A few aisles down from electronics was a phone you can call to get help. Walked down there, pushed option 1 to page for help and nobody came. Picked up the phone and dialed option 2 to speak to an employee for help, nobody answered. Walked back down to electronics, waited longer. Finally just started to walk around looking for somebody and came along a guy who was merchandising down one of the aisles. Asked him to page somebody for help and he responded it was his department. Told him I needed to get a game that was locked up. Walked over there, he scanned the game, looked at his device and said, The sale price expired yesterday its actually $59.99. I responded that I think the price should be honored anyways and if you cannot do that you should get a manager. He sighed, acted perturbed, got the game out, and walked over to the desk. He got on his radio and told his manager that there was an expired price tag out and he needed her numbers because the difference was $30. She responded with a sigh, OK I am in the back room its going to be a few minutes. Several minutes later she showed up, typed her numbers, walked off. Paid for the game, the gentlemen handed me my receipt, no thank you, no sorry for your wait or inconvenience. It was frustrating to spend 20 minutes more than I should have in order to buy a game for my son, and be treated like we were bothering them. Poor customer service
