We have had them work on 2 projects, a glass top for a dinning room table and replacement glass for a sliding patio door. Both came out excellent. The sliding door was scheduled for 8am, they showed up at 7:59. Thats rare to be that on time. They were in and out in 1 hr. Highly recommend and would use them again.

We had a custom home theater project that required a piece of port glass to be placed over the top of a short throw projector for protection in a busy household. Port glass of this quality is difficult to find, and so we needed to custom order it out of state. When it arrived, it had raw edges that were dangerously sharp, and needed to be addressed before even one of my installers could handle it. Other companies told me they could not work on it because I did not buy the glass from them (even though glass for this specific high-performance application was not available in this area). However, Sunset Glass was able to finish the edges with many options to choose from, and we were able to install the glass in a very happy customers home. Sunset Glasss work was very reasonably price, and they had a very fast turnaround. Thank you Sunset Glass!

Sunset Glass has always given excellent service to me, even though I am a small-order customer. This past week, they have proven themselves again. I needed a duplicate piece of glass, and despite the pressures of operating under social distancing guidelines and general business disruptions, they delivered in less than their estimated time. Furthermore, to ensure that it really was a duplicate, they made it in-shop instead of ordering it out - which also helped get it to me quickly.Incidentally, I think the way they implemented social distancing was both rigorous and sensible - a model for operating in this difficult time.

Some years ago Sunset came to our house, measured and fitted a large mirror in a bathroom. It was a totally painless and reasonably priced experience and the mirror is still in place with no problems with the silvering deteriorating. It is still like new.We had Sunset install a similar mirror in another bathroom some years later with the same painless experience.A little later I constructed a display cabinet and Sunset supplied me with six glass shelves and two 6 foot glass doors which the drilled for catches etc.So when I built my 20 x 10 greenhouse two years ago, I naturally went to Sunset. My reception was fantastic - friendly, helpful and best of all the price was right. I roofed the greenhouse with tempered glass and found that my measuring was a little off. Unfortunately you cannot re-cut tempered glass, but Rusty came up with a great workaround.I then picked up the side and end glass which was not tempered. Because I didnt secure the glass sufficiently well in my truck, the whole lot fell at almost the last corner and smashed. I returned to Sunset the following day and we all had a good cry together. I wasnt sure that I could really afford to buy replacement glass, but I had to - the greenhouse would have been dead in the water without. Sunset came up trumps again, securing me a cheaper price than the initial purchase. Because I had smashed the first lot, Rusty followed me home to help me fit it. As I had made slight errors in measuring the roof glass, we found that I had done the same with the sides. Rusty and a helper and I went around checking sizes and those that were wrong Rusty re-cut right there.I have NEVER worked with another company who was so dedicated to providing such first class service - and then going the extra mile, not just once but twice, just to see that I was satisfied - and I have been. I could not recommend their products and service highly enough and I cannot understand the two negative comments that are displayed. I am glad to see that they have survived their move and whenever I will require glass for any project in the future I will not look anywhere else. Why would I?

I will say they deserve a 5 Star rating. The only reason for this rating is so others dont suffer from what can happen using them!! I have used lots of glass companies in the last 20 years and know better. Im not just venting here. Every glass company I have ever worked with wraps our glass or mirrors before we pick them up to protect them. My customer showed up on site with a mirror and being a gentleman I told her I would unload it for her. As I pulled it out it was fully wrapped with cardboard, so I thought! I was telling my customer you really have to be careful with glass not to set it down on a hard surface or it will break thinking cardboard is perfect to set it down on!! As I took 20 steps from her car to the elevator I set it down softly and then heard it break!! The corners of the mirror where left out 1! I thought the whole thing was wrapped as it looks protected when I grabbed it as I was talking to her. I cant believe the glass company left the corners sticking out! I was so sad in my heart. Oh! It looks like I owe you a new mirror I said! She left and I drove the mirror down to Sunset glass to let them know what happened. They told me, yah we dont wrap them the customer made us put that cardboard on it! Also your stuck buying a new one! Man my day just got worse. I feel weird even saying this but I guess they did do me a favor! The said they would cut the corners off the the broken mirror so I could keep it. I just dont remember wanting a mirror that was custom and cant be used by another customer of mine. Im sure it will sit in the shop for the next 20 years like everything else. I bought it, so I minaswell keep it. Sadly! On a good note they let me use my contractors discount to purchase the new mirror and gave me lots of chocolates! Why did I still feel bad I thought to myself! The people there are very nice to work with. I just want to let everyone know they dont wrap and protect things like other glass companies do that I have worked with. Take your own wrapping with you or buy you glass on line or at a store because it come wrapped an protected. Protect yourself from paying twice. Other then the lack of protection I would give them a 5 Star!! They did give me chocolate! I hope this review saves someone from feeling sick all week and having to waste your money, drive time to go back and forth to the glass company when it shouldnt be like that. It was a costly ordeal for me as I was just being a gentleman for my customer. They are right!! Last guys do finish last! Had I to do it over I would still be a gentleman to my customer but I wont trust the glass company to wrap their work! Watch out!!!

My husband called to try and get what was probably the simplest job done. They were incredibly rude to him, and treated him like an idiot for not knowing what thickness he needed. Pro tip; if your customer doesnt know what they need, try to educate them NICEY. Thankfully Issaquah Glass did the job in 20 MINUTES. You guys are real jerks.

After two months of delay, it turned out they had measured the shower wrong and put the wrong bevels on the mirrors. Then they walked off the job. I am extremely sorry I hired them. -Mercer Island
