Fantastically helpful staff here, nothing is too much at all. Had an ongoing issue with my prescription being messed about and Gill and the rest of the great team here at Buckland Pharmacy sorted it all out for me in an instant. Thank you so much! I actually now no longer live in the area but still keep all my prescriptions going here and if I need anything medical wise I still prefer to travel here as they have always been so very good to me. Just brilliant!

Really fabulous place. Came in this afternoon to collect medicine for my unwell daughter, but the surgery had sent it to the wrong place. The team at the pharmacy rang around, and sorted it out so that I was able to give it to my daughter on the same day, just after a very short wait.Everyone in the pharmacy was so very friendly. I felt seen, and my daughter properly cared for.I am so very grateful to the team, they obviously work very well together.

I must have caught them on a bad day then as we walked a fair way to get here before they shut but didnt even have what we wanted so maybe the big pharmacies are the best as these small ones who we prefer to use are not worth bothering with as they just dont have a proper stock so we who have always done our best to use the small shops are being let down so they change our minds for us. We wont give these priority again

Please note that, due to a fire, the pharmacy has temporarily moved to Sandringham Road (December 2017)The staff at the Buckland Pharmacy are excellent. Have been in numerous times and they couldnt be more helpful or knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and the advice they give is always spot on.
