Lowest price I found anywhere in the Akron/Cleveland area. Most importantly: honest. They will never try to rip you off and get you to buy parts and service that you dont need. This has been the case consistently as compared with every other shop Ive visited recently. My entire family has been driving 20 miles to get our body work done here because theyre the best around. Cant recommend enough!

Had a car accident today after 6 pm, called the shop and the owner picked up right away. Even though the car didn’t need to be towed, he expressed willingness to come and tow the car if needed. He texted the address of the shop to my phone and I dropped my car off there. He explained step by step what will happen and how the process will be which brought calm and ease after something so scary.Absolutely the most responsive, professional, knowledgeable auto repair owner I have ever come in contact with. The owner took his time and explained every detail as to what needs to be done, including parts and overall paint applications. He also provided me with a great estimate. Given all the useful info presented by the owner, I brought it back the following Monday for repair and got a courtesy ride home. I was extremely impressed with Caliber Auto from beginning to end. The price quoted to do the work was far more reasonable than quoted elsewhere. The owner called Enterprise and arranged to have a driver pick me up and give me his shop’s discounted daily rate. The work was completed in a few days and my car looks absolutely perfect!
