We had a flat tire (our fourth in a year) about 5 miles down the road. We called them to see how long it would take them to see us. They were very accommodating and worked us in. The service center was very friendly and allowed us to bring our dog in with us. We were just passing through on a trip and could not have asked for better service given our circumstances. We were back on the road in about an hour. Thank you!

I was told my front brake pads were at 3mm and needed replaced. I didn’t see how this was physically possible when I had just had them inspected one month prior and they were 6mm. Because of the quote being over $400 from Lewis Nissan to replace the front brake pads and rotors, I had my front brakes inspected at another company….my front brake pads were 6mm and did not need replaced!!! Plus if they did, this company’s price was less than $250.So now after servicing my vehicle at Lewis Nissan for over 7 years, they have totally lost my trust.The picture below if from a honest Mechanic that said my front brakes were still good and did Not need replaced.****one more editI went by Lewis Nissan and the service manager, Jason, took my brake pads off and showed me how they were measured. The general manager and Jason, the service manager, were both very professional. It turned out that one of my inner front brake pads measured 4mm on one end. This was the least of the measurements and in the end, the service manager made this “right”. Thank you Jason for your kindness in this matter. You are highly appreciated.

Jaylen was very eager to help us pick out a vehicle. He was young and did not have a lot of sales experience, but he was professional and got us an answer for every question we had. The finance manager was great as well, she was very down to earth and made us feel comfortable there. I would recommend Jaylen and this dealership.

Been there a few times for service and every experience was good until now. The young mechanic left a piece of my dash off, his drill bits along with some screws were left in the floor. Apparently he didnt put my stuff back together very good. He broke my sway bar then wanted me to pay for it. Then the quote was more than what was said. For the price I paid for the labor, was not worth it. If youre training young mechanics then maybe they should shadow a seasoned mechanic before being turned lose on someones car. Very dissatisfied.

I called to ask for an appointment to get oil changed, tires rotated and a sticker. The biggest part was they were able to come to my place of employment and get my car and bring it back. They were not aware that my Mom had recently passed away and I really needed some support, especially at this time. Im also a nurse at a local Drs office and they were more willing to work with me and getting my car taken care of. THANKS!

I made an appointment to see about fixing my AC in our Nissan Rogue, they quoted $700+ AFTER taking 150$ to troubleshoot it. They were nice enough but Any garage in town could of narrowed it down in 20 minutes. Needless to say we got it fixed and taken care of elsewhere for a total of $375 including parts. The place is a sham as far as repairs go.

I went to Lewis Nissan to get an inspection sticker for my Frontier truck, I did not have an appointment, but happened to be in the area, the staff was very friendly, and helpful. I was shown to the waiting area, to wait, and shown the free snacks and water.They washed my truck after the inspection sticker was applied. I left there feeling impressed with the great service!

I arrived over an hour late for my appointment due to Dr appointment. They graciously took care of me and gave me a loaner car to use while my vehicle was being serviced. My car had been washed and detailed when I picked it up.I had a recall that was added to my appointment which saved me from a return visit.

Well when I first entered the service area to register, the young man sitting at the desk was too busy on his cell phone to even lift his head and acknowledge my existance. The young lady sitting at the next desk, while visibly irritated at her co-worker, did smile and ask how she could help. Other than that, everything went well and very timely.
