I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2021 4Runner from Beaverton Toyota. I was working with Alex Smith to find the perfect 4Runner for me and he was amazing to work with! From the moment we arrived in the service bay until finished, we were met with pleasant welcoming gestures. (Masks worn by all employees)Josh was our service advisor and he informed us of the services to be provided and approximate time it would take. He walked us to the waiting area to show us where the refreshment counter and restrooms were located. At about 15 minutes prior to the intended service time, a text message came to our phone with what services were provided and the cost.Josh drove our car up next to the exit door for my mom who needs assistance with a walker. Wow, that was very kind!!We found the waiting area very comfortable and clean. A really great experience.

I found a 2019 Camry Hybrid on the website and immediately contacted Beaverton Toyota to come look at it. I got an appointment to view it the next day and came in, excited to view it. We showed up earlier than our appointment time and they were able to accommodate. The literal only issue I faced happened this day - the car was being detailed and they did not inform me of this. Those who we worked with were immediately apologetic and showed us vehicles of the same model. I really was interested in this car and wasnt able to return until the next evening, and they made sure that theyd not sell it before then. When I showed up, I was able to test drive immediately, loved it, and started the process of purchasing. Due to needing one additional signature I wasnt able to officially purchase until the next morning. But overall, the process was easy and every single person I worked with was friendly. The prices are very reasonable - they are up front with you and do NOT push a bunch of extra products on you. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. I found a car i wanted and owned it within 2 days. I will definitely be returning to them when we need our next vehicle!

Oil and filter change and multi-point inspection done efficiently and on schedule. Service manager Kristina gave clear recommendations for next service based on the inspection results. Online service scheduling was easy to use. I have used Beaverton Toyota for all my Toyota service needs. Their staff and facilities are very good.

Don’t come here for services. Jiffy Lube is much much better.I bought a RAV4 a year ago so am coming for the free service but it’s still honestly not worth it.Just had my tires rotated and it took them almost an hour and a half. The guy smashed a mask into my dash when checking the cabin filter, and just left it dangling. So then I had to take the glove box out the dash and get the mask out.About to drive away and I notice my washer fluid is still low. I pop the hood and see they even left the washer reservoir lid opened.People used to have pride in their work, I can see based on each of my experiences at this dealership that that old trend doesn’t live on here.Many thanks to Ryan for getting the techs to do their jobs!

Nowadays, there are not enough cars on the lot, but they were in contact with me periodically when the car was en route in shipping and provided with ETA. Nice waiting area with lots of space for social distancing and the complimentary coffee tastes great. Bring something to do because you will be waiting for a while. (2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change). They do quality work.

This is my second time using this service department. The first time took over 2 hours for an oil change, which they said would take an hour. I assumed it was a bad day. Here I sit again waiting for my truck to get an oil change. I am well past the 2 hour mark. The advisor said it would take an hour and 15 minutes this time. I will not assume that it is another bad day. I think this dealership is very disorganized. When I trade my truck in. I will definitely go further down the road to another dealership.

The drivers seat to my vehicle was damaged after service was conducted. I will change my review depending on how they handle this.08/03/2021 UPDATE: I am pleased to say the Erin Winkler, Paul Gomez, and other associates have resolved the issue. The technicians have done an excellent job repairing my set cover and lent me a loaner vehicle in the meantime. Beaverton Toyota is simply the best. I have purchased new and used from them and maintained my cars here for MANY years. If something goes wrong, they take care of it with generosity and care. Recently, I had my winter tires put on my RAV4 and a pressure sensor broke during the process. Paul Gomez gave me a fun loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced by having to wait for replacement and programming. I had a wonderful day driving a brand new Prius while Paul got the work done. Its always great to work with kind and friendly people who ALSO do great work, especially during these COVID times. Its just such a blessing to have people we trust, one less thing to worry about. Showed up was told it would be an hour, got a call it was done after around 25 minutes. I was there for oil change. When I was driving to work I noticed I didn’t have the oil change reminder sticker in the window. Emailed: no reply, then may car started reminding me I needed service soon. At best they didn’t replace my sticker or reset the computer for service reminders. At worst they simply didn’t do the service. Horrible rushed service.

Ive had so many bad experiences at this dealership, I wont be returning. I had to fight with them for a year before they lemon lawed my vehicle. Now they treat me like Im bothering them when I come in for an oil change. The oil change takes 2 hours. I asked why it takes that long and they explained that its a volume dealership and that its normal. I was the ONLY car in the line for service. Things have got much worse since it became an employees market(post covid). So much bad attitude and no manners. Employees of this business have forgotten that the reason they have a job is because of their customers.Rudeness is epidemic.

Excellent customer service!The service advisor Hannah was friendly and helpful and even suggested reusing a part that did not need replacing. I appreciated this suggestion.The job got done in 1 hour vs the 2 hrs quoted. Nice surprise!Very happy with the experience and the excellent customer service.

5k check up to rotate tires, check all systems, and top off fluids. I didn’t look at my watch when I sat down in the waiting room, but it seemed like a race track pit stop. It was so quick and probably less than 5 to 10 minutes. It was surprisingly fast. Great job!

Here visiting my son, driving his car around town and the change oil soon indicator light comes on. So I decided to help him take care of that. I believe in taking a vehicle to a dealership service department. I was impressed by how they greeted us at appointment time, and thru all phases of the check in services. Levi talked with us about the oil change, new wiper blades, the recall update needed and any suggestions on the vehicle. He was professional, courteous and helpful. I called the day before and got an appointment. I was surprised they got it done so quickly. My son is now established with a good dealership that he will use in the future. I highly recommend this dealership for service.

In for my 5000 service. First experience with the service department and Im torn. The lady I dealt with was friendly. However after getting back in my vehicle I noticed the paperwork said they couldnt rotate my tires because the wheel lock wasnt available. I had told them up front I was waiting on site. I would think it would be as easy as asking me if it was available instead of just ignoring part of the stated service. The wheel lock was indeed inside my car and readily available. So I tried to call the service department. The first guy I talked to said other than rescheduling there was nothing that could be done. When I asked if there was someone else I could talk to he transferred me to the Monday- Thursday managers phone... on a Saturday. So I hit 0 and explained my situation to the operator and she said just come back inside we will fix it. I just dont understand the hot and cold treatment and why it just wasnt taken care of correctly the first time.

I was very happy with the guy that sold us our Highlander here three years ago, but I have been extremely disappointed in their service department ever since. Is my car still running great? Yes. So I suppose I ought to at least give them a star for that. But I am currently sitting here in a packed waiting room going on almost 3 HOURS for an oil change. One that I had an appointment for! And I received a text saying my car was finished over 30 mins ago, but no one can seem to track down the girl that checked me in who has all the paperwork with her. It’s a complete nightmare over here. The ONLY redeeming quality is that the waiting room is very nice and has plenty of room to spread out and work, which you need when you’re stuck here for half of the world day. But seriously? 3 hours?!!Enough is enough. After my service contract runs out, I will NOT be renewing. This is insane. Word of advice to Toyota, I get trying to make money, but maybe try not packing so many service appointments in at the same time window if you’re understaffed so that people aren’t waiting around for hours on end for the most basic of services, or you’re going to continue to lose valuable customers. Also, as a side note, once this girl finally got back and checked me out, I asked her about the car wash which they usually give you a coupon for at the end of every service, and she told me it was out of service. So Imagine my surprise as I pulled out of the service bay only to practically run right into another shiny, clean car pulling out of the car wash at the exact same time. Truly unbelievable. 2 stars only for the nice, clean waiting area.

Usually these guys are great. This time, I made an apt more then a week ahead for a simple oil change. Usually in and out in about an hour. Right off the bat, they told me 1:45 house. Ok so I walk home. At 3 hours, I think they forgot to call so I head back down. Nope. Not ready yet. Had to wait an nother hour. So what usually takes an hour turned into just over 4. Maybe it was just a bad day for them.

He helped get everything set up beforehand so when I arrived at the dealership it was all very seamless. Fantastic experience with Beaverton Toyota! I was traveling with my family, 1700 miles away from home and my alternator went out. They were able to fit my repair into their schedule and got me a rental to keep up our travels down the coast. We returned to a repaired vehicle, ready to head home.The advisors were great, but I got Kelly who was a gem. What a character to work with!Only hitch, there was a lot of suggested service that wasnt needed, but that is clearly stated because our previous repairs arent in their system (being from out of town). So, make sure to read and comprehend the initial report while approving your work. Im probably an outlier, Im sure youll be fine.Theyll take good care of you. I totally approve of the service I received at Beaverton Toyota, and my alternator ran wonderfully all the way back to Minnesota.Thanks again Kelly!

This was the first time we purchased a vehicle from Beaverton Toyota. Tony and Bud were awesome. Great team of sales consultants We definitely felt no pressure but very comfortable and taken care of. This was the easiest process and best experience we ever had using the no haggle pricing. They were upfront with the price and payment which made our decision much easier. We usually spend 3-4 hours haggling and trying to get the best deal prior to heading into financing which is another hour of waiting. Using this system, we spent maybe 20 mins. David Stephens from Beaverton Toyota was a great salesman. I had to wait 1month for my 4Runner and he didnt pressure me to get a vehicle I didnt want. He kept me informed of delays during the shipping process. When the 4Runner came in David did offer all the extras but didnt pressure us to buy into them. It was nice to only work with one person, even did need to go to a finance person. Overall it was a great experience for us and we are very happy with the 4Runner, interactions with David and Beaverton Toyota.

3 hrs for a minor service? Overbooked. Terrible management. Booked a week before. Was told it would be 1-2 hours for whats basically an oil change. Ended up just over 3. There is no shuttle service available as there was with my previous Toytota dealer (they washed the car too unlike at Beaverton) so I was stuck there for over three hours. When I asked about the long wait times I was told they were understaffed as one person was having surgery and others were on vacation. Really? So these people all decided to take vacations and have surgery that morning? If youre going to be understaffed you dont overbook the service facility. I wasnt the only customer complaining. The two ahead of me also complained (one was there 3 1/2 hours after being told it would be a much shorter wait). This was my first visit to Beaverton Toyota. Well be in the market for a new car this winter. Not sure Id return. Seems to be about $$$ over good service and time management.

We love our 2021 Toyota Venza! With the shortages and supply chain issues, it is certainly a different world these days when buying a new car, but David Stephens and Beaverton Toyota made it easy to navigate the options, and explained the reasons behind the choices, the timeline, the expectations, etc. Our car actually arrived earlier than we had anticipated by about two weeks, so that was amazing. I really feel David had our backs every step of the way. We never felt pressured, and there were no stupid questions – he was always happy to answer whatever we were wondering about, thinking about, worrying about. I was told that it would take 2 hrs to finish the job. I specifically asked the representative as I had to be somewhere after 2 hrs. He didn’t messaged/called me for delay. I had to go to his desk every 20min to check status. I had to cancel my other appointment due to this delay. It took 3.5 hrs. It was the worst experience I ever had at this location. I might not come back, look for another dealer location in the region.

The actual service was great! It was done quickly and no mess was left in my car. I have issues with the long wait time when calling for an appointment. I ended up having to do it online but I prefer talking to a person even though you prefer I do it online. I also have an issue with the service advisor I was assigned to, Andrew Chavez. I told him I was waiting for my vehicle yet he made me wait 3 hours when it only took an hour for my service to be completed because he called my husband’s phone not mine. When I went to check the first time he was “unavailable but should be back soon” according to the young lady seated in the adjoining desk. When I saw he was back and went to ask he kept saying how busy he was and that he didn’t have time to go to the waiting room to find people. I will, hopefully, correct this problem next time by using a different advisor. He did say he would put a $50 credit on my account for future use and I appreciate that but I appreciate good service more.

Service was completed fine although y’all failed to protect the driver floor mat. I received it soiled from whom ever serviced the truck. Usually you put down a protective paper mat upon checkin. Sure glad it wasn’t a brand new carI didn’t have time to go in and point it out. Regardless of how much I spent, more care was warranted.

Julian and the whole staff here were very friendly and helping when it came to refinancing my Toyota. I originally got my vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota and tried to go back to them for a refinance but it was a disaster and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.The complete opposite experience as compared to Beaverton’s and Julian’s customer service. As someone who worked in the car business you can tell when a dealership cares only about profit and not the individual and Julian/Beaverton Toyota are the exact opposite of that description.

We bought our very first minivan with the help of Sacora last week. We were on her waitlist for a few weeks for a 2021 Sienna AWD and as soon as one became available, she immediately called us and got everything setup in a matter of minutes! She also updated us weekly so we wouldn’t think she forgot about us. I wish I could say the same about Royal Moore. Salesperson never gave us updates and took forever to get my deposit back from them. If I ever need another Toyota, I’d definitely buy again from Beaverton Toyota, especially from Sacora.

Recently worked with Beaverton Toyota to pre-order and purchase a 2021 RAV 4. Our reason for selecting this dealership was based on a prior good experience when buying a used truck. However, our recent experience was not as positive.First of all, we all know cars are in short supply so well aware that we will not be expecting any “deals” and expect to pay MSRP. We had an issue with the sales team pushing that we add extra dealer services (protective coating, tinting) on the day of pre-order stating that it was necessary to help pay their staff(yes, they actually said that). On the actual day when we purchased/picked up our car, our final invoice had a mysterious data dot charge added for about $300 that was also “mandatory”. We were able to declined most of these charges at the end of the day but they fell short of being a trusted place to do business. Not sure if we feel comfortable returning in the future. On the bright side, we got frequent updates on the ETA of our car’s availability.

I still have not had a 5 star experience at Beaverton Toyota. I went in for the 15k service, simple tire rotation and fluid check/top off. Come home to find the coolant is splattered all over the hood and the entire engine bay as well. I now even have a nice ding in the hood small but noticeable all the way to the paint. Ordered touch up paint because Id rather not take it to them. They might make it worse. I detailed my car Sunday so it was spotless and I am purposely look my truck over before dropping off. Seems like their service techs just do t care to be careful. They didnt even clean up the coolant mess. I have pictures. I have one more free service for 20k and I guess Ill do my own oil changes after that.

A used car on the BT website appeared to fulfill my needs. i asked for a sales person and Tony Hossini came forth. I peppered him with a lot of questions about the car inspection and detailing. He convinced me that I would get a good car at a good price. After getting positive nod form my wife Carol, Tony worked with us to get all the paperwork in order that allowed us to drive away in our new possession. Tony was a delight to work with, a pro that had an answer or solution for every step in the process.

Very disappointed. After a couple years of regular service, I came in this morning for my 7:50am appointment and they had no record of the appointment at all. They couldnt help me. I made the appointment earlier the week because the service light had come on unexpectedly. They wouldnt even hook up the computer to tell me if my car was having serious issues. So now I have to drive it around hoping its not about to die until I can get another appointment (not another appointment here though, thats for sure). If you bring your car here, you better triple check that they actually took your appointment. You might want to call the day before to ensure they still have it too, especially if its an important service appointment just before a trip.

Initially, there was a minor issue with the car’s interior that I only noticed after taking it home. When Adam checked in with me about the car, I told him about this issue. Adam was very attentive in addressing my concerns. He coordinated with the service department and made himself available to meet with me when I brought the car in, just to made sure everything went smoothly.
