I am not going to comment on any of these reviews individually. I am going to comment on these reviews as a group, and how they relate to the twenty plus years I’ve worked in the automotive machining and custom engine building field.That being said to say that no one has ever been in some way dissatisfied with work we did would be a ridiculous statement at best. What the people in these cases have chosen to do is not give us the opportunity to resolve their problem, and then they have used slanders statements for personal satisfaction.The goal at this shop has always been to produce products that will proform better and out last what other shops are willing to sell. To do that it may take longer and the cost of the work may reflect the quality of work we provide.I believe that if one buys a product or services that they are not satisfied with then at that time you contact the provider and work out an arrangement you both can be happy with.

I work in a delership, we sent some aluminum heads to this shop. Before they massicured them they dident even take the time to check if they were in spec. After they made the worst resurfce job ive ever seen the heads were dramitley under spec. I made a poor chioce to bring my own personal block there to be hot tanked and decked. I arrived to find a guy sleeping and another guy with his tumb up his butt on the computer. I asked them if they could get this done in 1.5weeks time. No problem i was told. 2 weeks later i show up had to wake the guy up again, asked did you finsh my block (he dident even rember me, we had to go look). So we walked to the back and he had only hot tanked it. I gave hime 40 bucks for a 50 dollar hot tank and left. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME! IF YOU ARE TRYING TO ACTUALLY GET SOMETHING DONE BRING IT ELSEWHERE.

Dropped off a pair of brake rotors this morning before 8:30 and they were done by 11. After installation the brake pulsing was gone, and the owner charged me less than the phone quote. I would use this business again.
