Awesome optical service Dr.Zand and Michelle is the best...100%

Love Wise Optical, they are so caring & responsive! The optometrist is excellent; got my Rx right the first exam and I have a challenging prescription. I highly recommend Wise. They are reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent!

They do not seem to concerned about covid. They have a policy that you must give them a credit card number to make an appointment and they charge $50, if you do not make the appointment. When I found this out, I did not make the appointment. In this day of covid, penalizing people for not making appointments is irresponsible. If someone or their family member wakes up with symptoms on the day of their appointment, I would hope that the person would cancel rather than still attend the appointment and risk exposing others. This $50 charge would make many people attend the appointment regardless of whether they have symptoms. The office should think about this before forcing people to either attend or be faced with a $50 charge. Most doctors office have gotten rid of these practices during the pandemic. I understand that this is a business and they dont want people taking up appointments and not attending but safety first. I understand that they need to make money but it should not be at the expense of the patients health. Instead of penalizing you, they should be encouraging you not to come if you have symptoms. Since they are cutting corners in this area, I can only imagine what other corners they are cutting. Safety first!

Pete and Dr. Jay are the best! they are very detailed with patients. They have a great bedside manner and a great value. Wise has been serving my friends and family for over 30 years! I trust them 100% with my eyes. AND, they are really cool! Thanks guys.

Michelle is very helpful and the Doctor was professional, courteous and made me feel comfortable. It made the appointment go smoothly. I got these awesome red glasses and I am not disappointed!

Peter is the man! The girls in this office are Rockstar too. Not only do they have a good sence of fashion when it comes to glasses they can help you find something that fits your face properly.They also do contact lenses fittings here. A year ago they sat with me for over 2 hours trying to help me get these things in and out of my eyes. In the end it was a no go but they really went out of there way to try to help me.

This review is based on a first time visit for an eye check up. Dr. Zand was very professional and kind, I’ve previously had eye surgery and Dr. Zand took the time to answer all the questions I had. Additionally, the staff was patient and did a good job in explaining my benefits to me and the next steps in the process as well!

Great experience went in thinking i need reading glasses and the doctor detected the issue fast which it turned out to be Strabismus!!! love the doctors there. very caring and takes his time to find the issue.

I sent my daughter to this place. Very over priced and totally not worth it. Will not come back. She got better and quick service a time fraction price at Costco.

A good experience all-around, great optometrist. My only quibble is the PRICE of the frames! I can see the glasses themselves, but plastic frames?? I know I am not the only one who feels this way, especially with this economy.

Very friendly staff & Reasonable prices.....The doctor whom i never saw before took his time and did a full examination on my eyes (Great Job Doc).....Recieved my glasses in 4 days, Very Prompt service!....Great job staff :)

I went there and pay for the exam and bought a new frames, they told me in one Week you can pick up the glasses that was 23th of Jun, as you can see it has 2 weeks already and not is ready yet. Will not go there never again

After next door turned down my VSP, I saw the VSP sign on their door and asked if I could be seen for an appointment and if there was maybe something wrong with my VSP. I desperately needed contacts. Without hesistating, I was instantly helped, had my plan looked up and they got me squeezed in for an appointment as well. I waited a grand total of 15 minutes (and for a walk in thats amazing). Doctor was amazing, staff is super nice and helpful, friendly, sweet, all the positives. The doctor even cared about how I felt about the contacts, the feel, if I could see, answered any questions. They even asked I come in for a follow up! So screw you next door eye place!!! Wise Optical has instantly become my favorite.

Way overpriced,heres the problem, in the past stores like wise provided services like eye glass repair or sometimes would warrentee an out of date product, however nowadays glasses arent really repairable and with the internet people have more opportunities to shop around so most glasses are throw away parts arent available so basically its like Lowes compared to a small hardware store do you want personnel service or good price

Great experience for my 8 year old and myself.

Doctor Ridel was really in the hurry... such a businessman. Didnt even have time to answer my questions, his mission was to exam my eyes in 2 min... and sell me glasses. Sorry wont see me again. I also was misdiagnosed. I have such rare eye.... condition it took 4 doctors to finally come up with the answer, and it wasnt Dr. Rydel.
