The pro is not being hot, sweaty and working in a clean environment, pay is good also. The cons Working on concrete with no mat on floor for 10 hrs make my feet swollen and hurt badly. I cant even walk after work unless I ice my feet. No rotation which make it extremely boring.Hired in people can only work on certain things..the breaks are between about 3 hrs. Im trying to stick it through and hopefully communication with team lead they will be willing to accommodate some things for me to be comfortable and get hired in!!
An amazing adventurous place to work. I recommend. They are hiring direct. Come apply to TRMI.
Not familiar with the front offices, but the Warehouse Crew is top-shelf good people. I enjoy coming here.
Its so clean and well managed except the time can be killer and its so repetitious.
I was in the 2nd group hired back when it was Tokai Rika. I worked the LCS line, was certified in soldering and worked my way into a position in the Quality Control/Assurance Department.I worked in Quality Control as an incoming component inspector as well as end of line inspector of completed switches. I had the honor of working with an extremely dedicated and knowledgeable team I was proud to be in the company of.We had a terrific team leaders who worked as part of our team never hesitating to jump in to help when needed. All were highly knowledgeable regarding their completed assemblies, from the casing to the components they knew it all.My final comments are simply to display your abilities with confidence and pride and produce only the highest quality finished products. Doing that is what reflects tremendous positivity back on TRMI.
Great place to work
I pick up auto parts never had any problems out if them they good people
Great work place I much prefer it over Denso and much better management
Be careful when applying for a direct hire position... they say that they are direct hiring for third shift but I had a interview and filled out all the paper work that was given was interviewed and was told I would get a call back... they did keep there word and called me back but ended up telling me that they weren’t gonna move forward with my application process and that I can apply with on staff to work there. I did not go to on staff for the job I applied for a direct hire position. I am definitely qualified and have the manufacturing experience I found it very disappointing I wasted my time going there if I wanted a temp job I would have gone to on staff in the first place. They may not do this to every applicant but i am typing this review just to give people a heads up. I believe the pick and choose who they wanna hire I feel it’s definitely not right. They could have just told me I didn’t get the job I find it rude to decline me and tell me to come in as a temp lol I am worth more than $10 a hour lol I’m gonna continue collecting my unemployment I’ll make more at time than I would anyway sorry for the rant but yeah be careful please people.
Ive never been there Google😀
Great co workers and my position keeps me busy. Management has some issues but theyre working through it. Very pleasant to work with and positive as well.
TRMI is the isnit!! And I dont care.... I love it!!
Great company to work for, and AC! Also heated smoke but.
Great people and products!
Great pay, great benefits, but I have run into problems with the management. Not the people on first shift, they were friendly and worked with me to resolve any problem I had. Third shift however had some rather nasty people in charge. The two I ran into broke policies constantly, lied to the higher-ups, and were so nasty that people, including myself, quit.
This place is like high school. They are very unprofessional, they have no understanding how to manage facilities and to do their job correctly without the action of having their feelings in the way of a logical workplace they have favoritism and I do not suggest working here what so ever.
This place was a joke. They expect you to get everything down within a week. And will fire you without warning. Lack of communication on team leaders park. I liked it at first but its just unprofessional and if your taller they dont care if your having back or neck issues.
Not a very nice place to work, very clicky and I since a bit of bigotry as well. We are talking about Battle Creek Mich. So we pretty much know what to expect. Sad, but true!!!
I work there its pretty nice cant complain
Nice place to work. If your used to factory with. Not for someone with achey body problems. For whatever reason.
Kind people. Quick loading!
Decent. A few people rude though
The people they have as team leaders are a joke. They dont care about the associates. They will throw you under the bus to save their asses. If you dont like kissing ass then dont bother working there.
Ok place to work.
Quick easy load and unload.
Very clean.
This is a business. If youre looking for work you might visit.
I was working there for a few weeks before I was let go, no reason for it; atleast they didnt tell me why. It is a clean area, and management is friendly overall.
Sally Ann Fierke is a terrible supervisor, I feel bad for anyone who has to work with or around her, shes an absolute monster. Extremely unprofessional.
An excellent place to work
Had 3 pallets for delivery. Been here for 2 hours, still haven’t touched me. There’s only 1 bay for receiving.
Mfg quality parts by quality minded associates.
Management is dumb they worry more about keeping the facility clean than producing quality parts
Pretty decent place to work
