This Target store on Siegen, in Baton Rouge is always a nice visit to shop. Its a busy clean and quite store.It not your average the peoples store, like Walmart.Its a different type of shopping experience.Things are not the same since the Pandemic. However, Target is still a nice place to shop. I usually find nice items.I really enjoy the fresh fruits and produce.Its always a pleasure shopping at Target.Check it out for yourself.🙂

Beautiful, clean, organized, stocked. Overall a very well kept store with outstanding customer service. There was 1 lady in particular (working by the self check out area at closing) that I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She may have been the shift/night manager, but either way, her kindness was genuine and memorable. It was hands down the best customer/employee interaction that I’ve experienced in a very long time! Definitely worth a mention!

Good quality products, yet such a small selection of products. Only one style of Charmin toilet paper (soft), only small sizes of coffee creamers, only one type of a popular brand of tampons, etc. Other big box grocery stores have a much wider selection of products, with one exception: cheese... There were 2 types of Munster cheese, and they were both superior to the other two large chain grocery stores in Baton Rouge.

I can always count on consistent product quality and good customer service each time I use the Target Drive Up at this location. The employees are always friendly and fast.

I was walking into the store to return my top. I was standing in line waiting for the young lady to call me. The young man Lewis, they said was his name. Lewis approach me and said miss you dropped your card. I dont know if people understand the importance of customer service but at this store its always good. He was truly a nice, well manner and honest young man. We need more people like him. He really made my day. Thank you Lewis for saving me from a lot of headaches.

I always loved target, my favorite place to shop. But lately, I don’t what the deal is. Everything is always out of stock. I placed an order of food items, misc items, and 2 gift bags. 10 items total, and only the gift bags were in stock. When I drove up, that’s all I was getting. Couldn’t cancel the order because an “error” message kept popping up. Called guest services and never got an answer. I called 6 times let the line ring for at least 3 minutes each time. Completely ridiculous.

Funny, friendly, helpful staff and wonderful produce! Store always well stocked and clean, unlike WalMarts these days. Much prefer coming here as opposed to WalMart!

Lots of kitchen items, home goods, and toys in stock. I appreciate that they always have several cashier lanes open. I rarely have to wait to checkout.

Missing 1/3 of my order. Once again after the phones ring for an extended period. Then, the hang up button is pressed.This has happened multiple times. Every department in the store does this.If you don’t get your items-don’t bother calling.

It would have been 5 stars had the pharmacy not been extremely understaffed. There was one man working at 6 oclock on a Friday night. It took so much time to get my prescription, and while speaking to a regular customer, it is often like this. I would go here for anything EXCEPT the pharmacy.

Always an amazing experience at this location! I absolutely love the convenience of their drive up option! I will go out of my way to come to this location any time that Im in town!

I would have given one more star but they had a ridiculously long line in every open aisle (including self checkout). But they had mostly everything I needed.

It is just a pleasant place to shop.

I used to not go to Target because I thought they were overpriced. Now that I have a Target right down the street from me, Im LITERALLY there every weekend.I LOVE there mens clothes selection and Im always gonna grab some Good & Gather Alkaline water. So in a nutshell, Ive had a change of heart lol.

I went to pick up an order last night through drive up. When I got home 6 items were missing from my order. I tried calling the store for an hour with no answer. Mind you this was 3 hours before closing time. So I said I will just call back in the morning. I was thinking maybe the store would be fully staffed and the employees would be ready to do their job. But I was wrong. I have been calling for the past 30 minutes. No one has picked up the phone yet. Just RIDICULOUS

I enjoy shopping here. They tend to have better quality items then their competition. Only downside is they dont always have their popcorn machine going, and when they do it smells like a salt mine and not butter.

I give this rating because I had a somewhat complicated exchange and was treated in a professional & courteous manner that seems to be lacking, well, just about at every other store I encounter. I hope this compliment will get back to the salesman that assisted me today. Next time I will fill out a comment/compliment card on his behalf! And the store looks amazing. Love this store, but it doesnt have a big selection of items. It gives me to shop other places. Especially for fresh meat and seafood. Despite that, its my go to store because of Cartwheel, Target Red Card, and their sales.

Super super fast! I was amazed at the 123 speed it took to get my package in this Covid environment. There were 8 people in front of me and all of the sudden looked like an army of soldiers that came and emptied the line and took care of everyone. Great job staff at Seigan Lane, Baton Rouge.

First time in a super store. They had something I have not been able to find anywhere else. Whole green beans in a can.

Let me emphasize that this review is in regards to a particular situation at this Target, not a review of the business as a whole. This Target has been a great place to shop, especially during the pandemic when they were ahead of competitors in terms of sanitation and cleanliness.My child and I enjoy the hobby of collecting sports cards. For the past several months the shelves at this Target have been completely empty. So finally I asked a store employee if they quit selling sports cards for some reason. She kindly asked who I would assume was a manager, returned and explained that No, we still sell them. A vendor comes to our store to stock the shelves about once a week, but theres a guy that comes who is a card lover and he buys everything the same day.Look, I totally understand that sports cards and items like toothpaste or bread arent the same thing, but it cant be that difficult to put a purchasing limit on products that people are hoarding. After looking into it a bit more, these items are being resold for 3 to 4 times markup on ebay and on Facebook while other Targets have begun to limit customers on the number of products they can purchase. Were hoping this location will follow suit.

I found the most beautiful table clothes, but there were no matching napkins or mats. I would have loved having matching pieces.

Generally satisfied but wish they had more types of items available for drive in pickup. Walmart has lots more types of foods that you can order and pickup. Granted, Target has quicker turnaround time between order placement and pickup.

I was there as a subcontractor, installing for an upcoming event. The staff was extremely helpful, constantly in motion, customer service was outstanding and store was very clean. MOD TONI was very courteous to her customers as well as to her staff. If I lived closer, I would shop here often. Walmart cant even come close to the level of professionalism on display here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an online pick up order for Target on Siegen Ln in Baton Rouge, LA and prepaid for my daughters birthday present and a few other birthday things. I’m a single mom and had to borrow the funds for this order . I live in Zachary La and work in Baton Rouge, so I’m only able to shop Target on my hr lunch break. When I got there, the team member apologized that the item was not in stock and they refunded me. I went inside to find a replacement item and found 3 of the “ out of stock items.” I went to the service desk, and was asked to “ purchase the item again by the same team member who told me the item was out of stock. I explained to the team member that I had already paid for the item and she said I would have to purchase it again because the team member that gathered the order “ canceled” it . I asked for a supervisor who called over another supervisor. She asked when I placed the order suggesting it may have come in after the order was filled. I told her the order was placed this morning and she said she would talk to the team member who placed the order. I explained to Toni that I didn’t have the money in my account because the original order has already drafted. Toni said there was nothing she could do and I could not have the item. I asked for the store manager and was told he was not there. My daughter’s birthday is tomorrow and I do not have a gift for her as this was my only way to purchase it. Each person kept saying “ I’ll talk to the team member that cancelled it” but no one looked for an option to solve the issue. Now I have to explain to my 7 year old why she won’t have a gift ON her birthday and will have to wait 3-5 business days for the refund to go through. I was also late returning to work because I had to go inside and find the item and spent way too much time looking for resolution that would never come. Where was the customer service? Where was the human element? I can’t afford to pay for Target’s mistake and my daughter will be very disappointed on her birthday .

I enjoyed my visit a few weeks ago because the store was fairly well stocked, had excellent variety in terms of price as well as quality. The aisles were clear and clean. The store attendant I interacted with was polite and professional. On top of that, checking out was a charm.

This is a nice target. Everything is pretty always in stock. The fruits and veggies section could be better, but that’s not why I go there. Lol. Love the DriveUp option. And they usually have everything you ordered for the order.

Very nice, courteous workers willing to help the patron. This makes a huge difference in light of customer service. Believe me, i appreciate all the Essential Workers as I am one myself. Thus, I try to treat everyone the way Id like to be treated and Mr. Gavin, did just that. He was very courteous and helpful; willing to go the extra mile to help the customer and please the customer. He checked prices and had items put back that i didnt want without adopting a negative attitude as some of the Customer Service cashiers in Zachary, Winn Dixie store. I have had more negative encounters there than a little.

Love Target just cant afford to shop as frequently as I would like. I mostly shop at Walmart. But I got my Christmas tree today at Target and my Thanksgiving turkey breast! Happy holidays yall!

Very pricey! I spent over $150 Just for 2 pillows, a pots & pans set, And An Artificial Plant! Other then that, Its very clean, Lots of statues of their mascot on the shelves, Nice selection of items, Not always stocked Shelves, Overall the store Is Nice for People Who want to go bankrupt or spend their money on Ridiculously Overpriced items. The outside of the store looks quite nice and clean. And they have a Starbucks-

It seemed completely under staffed and no one seemed to know or care where anything was completely unacceptable....

We shop at our local target often (Diberville,MS). That being said, this location is horrible. Nasty bathrooms, rude and impolite employees, and just poorly maintained. I would venture to guess this is due to poor management because we do not jave these issues back home or any other Target for that matter.

The place itself is fine. Its clean and has friendly staff. It seems to have less inventory in store than it used to, though. Could be because of Coronavirus.

Easy to use website with lots of options and choices and reliable about whether a produce is available in store for an order pick up. Fair pricing. Friendly employees offering to be helpful and quick about service. Good communication about when the order is ready.

Went in to browse and was so disappointed. Mask laws not being enforced! People walking around next to me without a mask or with it down around their neck. Had to run out. Be responsible!

Super friendly staff, great selection, good wheelchair access, great prices as well. Easy access from the interstate and airline highway or Perkins road.

I good grocery store. I wish they’d take a stronger initiative to do something about the panhandlers that hang out around the store. The store itself is clean and well kept usually well-stocked. I have been asked for money, rides, etc immediately upon stepping out of the storefront doors though.

My last experience @ the Siegen location was HORRIBLE!

One of the smaller Targets that Ive seen, but it has what we need. The Target off Millerville Road and Siegen are much bigger and have a larger selection when it comes to groceries. For the size of the city, the Target does its job. Its in a shopping center that will cater to whatever you need if you cant find it in the Target.
