Helpful & Nice Furniture for the price

There a worker been there for about 2 years or more. She is out standing. Good communication skills Pleasant and willing to help with anything you need she may be a manager Im not sure but shes the best

BUYER BEWARE- The prices/signs that are posted are not the true prices of the items in the store. Management is also unawares the prices of items. I went to purchase several items that were located in the sale section of the store (with signs and pricing) and was told they were not on sale at check out. I told the cashier “no problem” and went back to shopping. I found another set of items in the sale section (with signs) and asked the manager were these items on sale and was told “yes”. When I made it to the check out the items were not ringing under the sale price/the price that the manager told me they were. This is completely misleading, frustrating, and irresponsible. The management staff needs to be more knowledgeable of sale items vs regular price items. I understand that people are human, and if Olivia didn’t know she should have verified before quoting an incorrect price. This was my first time shopping in Big Lots and will be my last because I don’t trust the pricing or the capabilities of store management. This issue could have been handled better if the manager would have had a simple conversation about the pricing issue with me. Instead, she decided to let a lower level associate deal with her mistake and walked away without one simple apology. This was truly unprofessional. Great customer service or lack there of leaves a lasting impression. Maybe Big Lots need a signing and pricing team because sale sign, labels, and tags were all over the price in this store.

Went to Big Lots ( Cortana) today to pick up a mattress and box spring set for a family member. We werent greeted upon arrival as was expected but we were quickly assisted upon arriving in the furniture section of the store. The Salesman greeted us took our receipt and retrieved our mattress and box spring. Then he helped me load the merchandise on my truck and we were on our way. The total transaction took no longer than 20 minutes. Very pleased with my visit to Big Lots (Cortana).

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE! ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! My daughter has been undergoing a month-long nightmare having purchased a sectional sofa from this place. They didnt have it in stock but could have it delivered to her in a few weeks - they said. Nothing but run-around and agitation since then. She has two pieces of an eight piece set, they cant find it anywhere now, it might have been discontinued, nobody seems to know anything. They wont even talk to her about a refund, and she has two useless pieces of a sectional and no idea when, or if, she can get the other pieces to complete it! This place is horrible - avoid at all costs!

Another Big Lots did not have item I wanted but infkr.ed this store did. I waited for help from furniture dept. Employee waiting on a customer for over 1/2 hour. Another employee checked for item in stock. It was. Gavr furniture employee the info on item. I just needed to be rung up. Another 1/2 hour of waiting without service. Customer was still undecided. Never once did employee excuse himself to ring my recliner up so other employee could get me item and I could leave with it eve with employees telling him multiple times I needed to be rung up. I left after more then an hour wait with no purchase.

Nice assortment of things. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. I would recommend.

This location is really nice, bright, modern store. The aisles are laid out nicely, they have a broad array of selections and some awesome finds. If you are in the area and are looking for some great bathing, stop by.

Always great service

Finding something here that is quality is like playing Russian roulette. Depending on what youre looking for, you will find certain items are reasonably priced, however theyre either not in good condition or their dissembling not worth the price at their asking for. I would strongly recommend shopping around and doing due diligence before throwing down money especially on a high ticket items such as furniture. The staff was friendly in helping me find what I was looking for.

Beside the lady in furniture it was horrible and I had to bring out this heavy bed and mattress by myself with no help.
