You cant beat hobby lobby for their selection of crafting items. If you need glue, they have it. If you need beads, they have those! Silk flowers, craft kits, paint brushes, childrens art kits, photography, home decor.There are two things that hobby lobby does not have. They do not have barcodes on any of their products, which means that the cashiers must hand code every purchase.The second item that they do not have, are cashiers who are pleasant with the customers. I am certain that there are phenomenal cashiers! However, the one that I was unfortunate to be in line for was extremely unpleasant. I do not think she understood the system as she kept calling over a manager. Once the manager would give her an answer and walk away, the woman would mutter rudely under her breath. She complained the entire time I was at her register and made the experience quite uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Hobby lobby is always a good experience. But today I could not find the findings that I previously purchased there. You longer carry this item. The rose comes in silver and gold

Its not my kinda place, probably the same for any man. But I feel they could do something about checkout lines being that long 30 minutes to wait to get to a register is ridiculous.

Always a pleasure to get things framed here. We love the visualizer that lets is preview how our art will look in the frame.

I had been to this place since the beginning of the pandemic. The saving in 50% is there and I saw some other items at 70%. The place was clean. They do wear mask at this place thanks so much!

It ok just need more help in store

They have to start putting barcodes on everything. They are experiencing a staff shortage like the rest of America. I know in my ❤ that barcoded items would cut times in long lines. A self check out would be great too. They have also stopped doing coupons.

We found everything we needed. Staff quickly opened another couple of registers when the line quickly got long. Each clerk approached the folks in the long line and brought them to their opening register, very good approach to customer service.

Always have what I need for the DYI projects. Love the sales that they have!!!

The management here are so rude, they honestly need to wipe the whole management team in the Baton Rouge area and start over. Just a horrible experience at nearly ever location.

Its a nice location in the middle of everything. The frame I was going to purchase was already broken so I unfortunately was unable to get it.A lady in the frame shop called other stores to confirm if they had it as well. She was very nice and helpful.

Love this place is a wonderful place for gifts, And of course crafts. They have weekly sales so you can always find a great deal on something interesting. I have found the sales staff to be very helpful and Kind.

Used to be a lot better but since they taken the coupon away make you dont want to even go there. They stores is very expensive. They say the price drop on a lot of items I really dont see it.

The lady who checked me out was super nice and personable. The store is always clean and well stocked. And I love getting stuff on clearance.

They have a clean operation and keep a very wide inventory of goods from hobbies to collectibles and furnishings . I would check it out .

My favorite store ever!

My daughter and I visited the Seigen Lane, Baton Rouge store today. Everything was very festive upon entering...absolutely beautiful. We were looking for ribbon to make some bows and were able to find exactly what we were looking for. The staff was just as friendly as always and makes my shopping experiences at this store even more enjoyable.

Great size store and selection of arts and crafts goods to indulge your senses and manifesting your ideas into a not so distant and tangible cognitive reality. Abundance of taught posteriors at this store location.

The selection was great and the store was quite orderly. All except one cash register was open. I managed to knock over and break a coffee mug and they rushed to the scene, asked if I was ok, and immediately cleaned it while I stood there super embarrassed.

Large section of fabrics and a selection of other art supplies. Hard to find assistance but if you know what youre looking for its pretty simple. Layout was a bit confusing and finding the right section took some time.

A great place for all hobby goodies. And I do find just about anything I need. However, the friendly factor is typical Louisiana....couldnt care less that I was shopping there. No smiles, no hello, no how are you, no did you find what you were looking for, etc. I keep going back but it is not pleasant.

Great craft store with really good prices. They offer 50% off many items every week. Staff seems to always be helpful and kind. The franchise pays more than most stores of this size and are a religious based company. That being said, they are closed on Sunday so make sure you get everything you need on Saturday!
