I have been using this company for about eight years and I’ve always been impressed with everything that they do. They are my go to ….and my go to only!

My business has used American Printing several times for all kinds of printing projects and theyve always been great. Bart and Tracey take care of us and work with us to make it perfect. Its the kind of customer service you always look for when shopping local. We will continue to use American Printing!

I ordered a wedding invitation suite from American Printing, and the issues started immediately. They quoted (and charged) me for Carlson Craft thermography printed Save The Dates. When my Save the Dates arrived, they were covered in ink smears, and the ink color varied from light gray to black. When I brought them back to American Printing, they inadvertently told me that they were doing the invitations in-house, not having them printed by Carlson Craft (like I paid for). They lied to me about the product I was purchasing and did a terrible job on the invitations. I feel that they were intentionally deceptive to make more money on my Save The Dates.Then we moved on to the invitation suite. I would receive proofs, provide my comments, and American Printing would send me a new proof that did not address my comments. They neglected to address the comments I made on my invitations constantly. I started to realize that they were sending me the same proofs over and over, completely wasting my time. I eventually went in person to discuss each comment, one by one, to make sure it was clear. Comments STILL not addressed. At the very end, I had ONE comment on a proof, and American Printing sent me the new proof without the change I requested.It ultimately took me 2 months and 8 revisions to get the invitations ordered. Mind you, these comments were things like the date is incorrect or the invitation is horizontal, but we discussed a vertical invitation. Very simple things to change. I did not redo the invitation during this process, I just requested that my information be correct.You will not get the customer service you expect working with a small, local company if you hire American Printing.

I ordered business cards from American Printing several months ago and had a pleasant experience. When I re-ordered the same quantity of the same exact card, they quoted me a price $17 higher than my first order and refused to honor the original price, despite the fact that I quoted my receipt. The owner was rude and I was upset that they were not willing to honor their original price. I will not return.

The owners and staff at American Printing are super-friendly and do a great job. If ever there’s a problem they always make it right without hesitation. I’ve used them for years and highly recommend them.

By far the best experience that I have had in Baton Rouge with a printing company. The first time I used them Brooke promptly responded to my email. Every revision on the design idea that I gave them was promptly responded to with the revision fixed. 5 star because of the prompt response (important in the industry) also with the quality of their product. I thank everyone at American Printing for their great service!

The owner Bart is a super nice guy. I went in to get some metal prints, and while sadly they were not able to complete the order the way I wanted. Even still, the process of getting my test items printed and looked at was very painless. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get something printed, and will go here myself in the future if I need anything printed again.

Nothing but great things to say about American Printing Center. From business cards and flyers to party invitations and personalized cups, they are always easy and professional to work with. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my experience with American Printing. I needed my business logo designed and cards printed. The designer at American Printing was very patient and did an amazing job with my logo. I highly recommend their services to anyone that is in need of excellent design work and quality products.

These guys have nothing but excuses....said my stuff would be ready in 5 days and it ended up taking almost 2 weeks! The quality of the printing is very low quality and my stuff is already fading. Ill never use them again!

Went to get card stock for my sons birthday party. They helped me find just what I was looking for. The lady who helped me was so nice. I think I will get his invitations printed up there from now on

We use American Printing Center for all of our families printing needs (from invitations, business cards, to baby announcements, etc.) They are very professional, courteous and the quality of service is unlike any other in Baton Rouge, LA.
