I walked in, grabbed the shoe I wanted and told someone what size. After waiting and eventually being able to tell that neither the guy with painted fingernails (manager) nor the sales associate wanted to help me, I put the shoe down and went downstairs to buy the same shoe from Zumiez. Get it together. Took me like 4 minutes inside Zumiez.

Found some shoes. Employees masked and friendly. Very helpful. In and out pretty quickly. Like that.

Dominique helped us, she moved heavy boxes out of the way so we could view the shoes, then she went back and forth to get my kid her shoes for the right fit, and she got down low to help her try them on, you just dont get good service like that anymore. Wow. Great worker.

My husband and I have been loyal Journey customers TILL TODAY. My husband took out 14 yr old daughter to buy some Vans at the mall of Louisiana Journeys store. The sales associate ( a young girl) told my husband not to touch shoes but she wanted my daughter to try on different shoes but my husband couldnt touch them? When my husband asked what kind of sense does that make that you cant touch the shoes but try them on and if they dont fit now somebodys foot was in the shoe it will go back in the box for the next person to put there foot in it. She told my husband that he could wait outside the store while our 14yr old daughter was supposed to stay in the store by herself. Then the manager came out and told my husband NOT TO ARGUE WITH THE SALES ASSOCIATE. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I guess at Journeys we dont pay for what we want but instead for what they wanna give us. If I could give a negative -5 starts I would. We shopped at Journeys weekly for shoes... NEVER AGAIN. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.

Theyre salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the shoes.

CAME ON FRIDAY THE GIRL HELPED US TRY ON SEVERAL PAIR OF SHOES! SHE WAS AWESOME THEN THE OTHER GUY HELPED US AND THE MANAGER WAS GREAT! HE CAME CHECKED ON US AND HELPED PURCHASED 3 PAIRS OF SHOES! THIS IS HOW YOU KEEP RETAIL ALIVE!

The gentleman works here I believe hes name was Shaun. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wasint able to use my arm due to my injuries he helped me try several shoes and you can tell he was very sincere. There is literally around 7-8 shoes stores but none of them was near as good as Journeys customer service. Shaun is a great asset to Journeys. Thank you Shaun!

Teach your employees to leave customers alone when theyre just browsing. I told the employee at least 5 times that I was just looking and he kept trying to get me to buy/try on shoes. As soon as he left us alone I left.

Love the shoes. I should have listened the salesman and gotten a slightly smaller size.
