Went there yesterday round 5 to get my phone fix my battery was bad in my galaxy note 9. The owner had my phone ready in 2 hours which was great he did a excellent job he didnt have the battery but he found 1 im so grateful and will go to him if I have any phone repairs need he was very patient, kind and attentive.Thanks so much 🥰

When I walked in this place the salesman was helping another customer.Before their business was concluded he asked what brought me in. I had an iPhone 5 with a few problems. Battery, home button, and screen. I got to item one and he cut me off saying I can fix. He was bouncing back and forth between the other guy and myself. I ask him How much? he gives me a figure and I told him if you got the parts do it. Takes my phone to his work station in the corner and tells me other things are wrong with it and gives me attitude because I didnt tell him. This was clearly my fault when he cut me off moments prior when I tried to tell him. My friend, if you can make it 100% again Ill do it. Not only could he not fix this phone, but he charged me double what the store minimum labor charge was and left screws missing when he returned it to me. Five minutes of outstanding work for double the rate and nothing to show for it. Thanks Wise Communication.I was fine with paying the price when told so confidently you can fix it. When you couldnt/didnt fix it you pulled a number out of thin air to charge before giving my property back. PRICE UP FRONT! Not I cant fix so I feel like you should pay this. It doesnt matter if you remember me. I remember how business was conducted here and this is my review. Saying that you dont remember so it never happened is absurd.This is the document from the establishment. Clearly I was thinking of someplace else.

Went to get phone screen fixed and he was very nice . Phone was not charging and didn’t know if it was the battery or what it was . he fixed the screen and found lots of lint in the area where the charger cord goes he cleaned the area and phone is working great i’ve have even a better signal then I had before. He was busy today but still got everything done for me as well as everyone one else. Was very pleased with his service and how he laughed and keep everyone smiling. Good job.

The place was awesome. While waiting in traffic on Sherwood, I noticed this repair place and I decided to go inside. The owner, Mr Mahmod, examined my two phones with crack screens and he told me he could fix them both within 30 minutes. The price was cheaper than any other place I had called and he was able to have my phone fixed in 20 minutes. I will definitely will return if I have any other issues with my devices.

Quick and cost effective customer service! Not a place anyone likes to have to go to (who likes paying to fix a broken phone?) But definitely a place I will continue to do business with. Have been treated well every time.

Just left from there and Ill never go back. First impression was that it smelt bad, the workers were sitting in the lounge and there was no room for parking on the small corner lot they have off sherwood. I asked about fixing a button on my phone and he said he cant do it. The phone rang and he answered it.. I wasnt done asking for help.. but I probably wouldnt even buy phone cases or use their service anyway. So I left and none of the employees even acknowledged me on the way out.

So normally I go to this man to get my screen fixed and hes super nice takes about a hour but at the end of the day great service . So yesterday me and my brother decides to go into the store to get my phone fixed and he was extremely rude and nasty toward us . Like his whole attitude was so strong that the next people who came in noticed it and left also . This really made me sick because at the end of the day money spends everywhere, I dont have to go anywhere and get mistreated when I can go somewhere and spend the same amount and be treated nice . I left his store and went up the street about 3 mins away to another phone store and got my phone repaired . He was so rude hell never get service for me ever in life and Ill let all my friends and family know as well do not shop with this man.

Went in to see if he had a charger I was unable to find anywhere else for a phone I purchased on ebay that was not working (and he did). While in there I looked at the used phones he had in stock. I asked what kind of deal I could get because his prices seemed rather high for resale used phones, he told me I do not have to buy... I left but had to come back because I needed to take pictures to get a refund on ebay.While waiting, a caucasian (white) woman and her father was looking to purchase a phone... he told her the price and she exclaimed You gave me a deal on my phone... 40 dollars off... needless to say he gave her father $40 off his $180 dollar Samsung (so thats an $80 total loss in sales when both deals are added up). Once it was my turn again, I mentioned to the owner that he nonchalantly told me he does not do deals... he replied They are different people... I responded sounds like racism.He gets two stars because he might have items you may not be able to find anywhere else and his phones are cheaper than contract but please be fair to your customers. You never know if theyll have to come back.signedBlack in Louisiana where were treated unfair even by foreigners... if it wasnt for our ancestors blood, sweat and tears they wouldnt have the opportunity they have.
