Got my COVID shot here. It never showed up in my LA Wallet as I was told it would. After 5 months I called and was referred to a website. The information was also NOT on the website, which told me to call the original number that referred me to the website.Everyone is extremely polite, but no one can actually give me any useful information.After all is said and done, I have NO record of my shot, other than this paper card that I have to carry around, and when anyone tries to verify that it is official, they cannot.

I love shopping at target. The woman who was at the register was nice but the people who stock the food are rude. They act like you are bothering them when you ask a question. I was trying to see if a certain coconut water was in stock in store because it said so online but wasnt on isle w1. I asked 2 different people and the girl who was working by produce didnt say one word just walked away when I asked. Didnt even say she was gonna check on it or nothing. So I had to go find someone else in another department to ask. I always come to this target and I never have a problem with finding something I need but the one time I ask someone for help they act like you are interfering with their work rather than helping the customer.

The young lady who assisted us was amazing. Her name was Candace. She made our shopping experience very pleasant. My mom and I appreciated her perky personality and helpful enthusiasm.

I don’t know what happened at this store but wow! It went from good to outstanding! I was there Saturday 5/30/21 and everyone was happy and going out of their way to help me. I tried on a shirt and when exiting the fitting rooms a Target employee asked if I needed a different size and when I said yes she immediately sent another employee to the back to check for my size and within 2 mins after finding it wasn’t available in store was ordering it to be shipped to my home at no charge. Then on the way to checkout I remarked to my daughter that I had to go to guest services to pick up an in store pick up that I had arranged days earlier a passing employee heard and said “I’ll go get it for you while you check out in regular check out.” Amazing!! Love Target Millerville!!!!

People were very courteous and they expedited my pick up. It was obvious there was an organized team and system in place. Plus, there was no long wait time.

I went to do an in-store pickup and the whole target team denied my order because they claimed ONLY THE ACCOUNT HOLDER can be the pickup person, denying the fact that I was the alternative pickup person on the order with a valid ID and pickup barcode. Clearly, target policy states that you can add or change the pickup person for your in-store pickup order. This person can pick up your order by presenting a valid photo ID. You can also add an alternate pickup person when you receive the email notification that your order is ready to pickup. I drove all the way here just to leave with nothing just because they like to make up their own rules here. The manager called two security guards over assuming I was lying and a thief. What should have been a simple instore pick up order turned into a big ordeal and a waste of time.

They sold me an already opened pair of wireless earbuds, they were covered in earwax, and all scratched up. These were expensive too. Very upset.

The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Also, the Good & Gather Pumpkin Spice coffee IS THE BEST!!!!

I always have an enjoyable shopping experience at Target. I found some items at Target that I had not been able to find for months at Wal-Mart, Albertsons, or Sams.

Ordering on the app and the Drive Up service is outstanding!!!! First off, you don’t need to reserve a time like Walmart. Order is usually ready for pick up really quick...less than an hour today. I checked in on the app on my way to pick up, as soon as I pulled into the designated parking spots, an employee was already walking out my order. In less than 30 seconds I received!!!! Simply amazing. Even on the weekends when they are busy I have never waited more than a few minutes for my order outside. Employees are always super friendly. Hands down the Best customer service in the online order/ store pick up department from any store EVER!!!! Walmart should take notes. Target knows what they are doing!!!!!

I needed help locating a couple of items, everyone I stopped to ask questions of were extremely helpful and friendly, this store has a wonderful crew.

As a professional organizer, I use bins quite a lot! I needed a particular size and the shelf was empty. I asked for help from the guy working in the department to see if there were any in the back. He said no and went back to what he was doing. (Less than enthusiastic about helping me.)Fast forward to my stroll in the kitchen department looking for kitchen drawer organizers when I ran into Alexandra. She helped me locate what I needed quickly and then walked with me back to the bin department when I explained my frustration of the empty shelf and non-helpful employee. She let me know that they would not be getting the bins I needed in time and then helped me find an alternative! All the while helping me happily and friendly which I truly appreciate! Above and beyond service from Alexandra in the kitchen department on Millerville Rd, Baton Rouge.Thanks so much. Now please get some more bins. Lol

In store and online for shipping without the inflated cost. Yep, I said it! I absolutely love this store and cant express my gratitude enough for all the hard work. I love the way your drive up shopping works. Its the best!My order is always ready sooner than the deadline. I also like the fact that Target does not substitute items, but will contact me to give me the option to change the order or have the requested product shipped directly to my home. There is no minimum purchase in order to do drive up shopping and you dont have to schedule your pickup time a day in advance. Its very convenient. I just love it!

I noticed that some items that I scan on my target app are a different price from when I scan them at the store scanners.

Target on Millerville is very clean and they are well stocked. The team member that was over the self check out was very kind and patient. She helped an elderly woman check out and had a smile for everyone in the area. Excellent customer service, I wish I could remember her name but they have wonderful employees.

I like Target because it is clean, the employees are nice and there is a general air of civility, unlike that of Walmart, with their customers. I do wish that all of their employees would wear their masks over their nose and mouth and take into consideration the health of their shoppers.

The store is clean and has some great options of food I cant get in other places.I called yesterday to find out about some L.S.U. shirts and if they had certain ones and sizes available. A lady helped me out very professionally and went the extra mile and even called me back to not have me on hold. The lines are never really busy.

Such a nice and clean location.This is the only place I really feel comfortable grocery shopping other than Whole Foods.You do not get friendly smiles and warmth like this at Walmart.All the employees are so helpful and kind anytime my family and I come in to shop.When my son was younger and I needed help loading my car or finding something everyone was always willing to help load my car or help me find whatever I needed .The entire staff is wonderful here and I love this Target!

The young woman who works in the shoe section (she has a younger sister who is 2) was amazing. I was looking for boots for my 7 year old and she went out of her way to bring several pairs and think though the best option. It was such a pleasant experience!

I am from North Jersey and I came to visit this Target. First of I want to say I visit many target stores from NY, PA, and Jersey. Some are definitely better than others. This one store is probably the best of all the stores I’ve ever been to. It was very well organized. I know it’s hard to keep the store very neat. Which is a great thing because shows the manager is a great leader. Also shows staff is great at following directions. Anyhow. Some shelves were empty but I did go on a Saturday evening so I’m not going to even put too much input into it. The layout was very different from what I am used to. This was also my first store that I visit that had all type of food including meats and a large variety of produce. They also have a large selection of liquor which makes this store a great one to visit. All the things you need in one roof. You can’t ask for anything else. Customer service was good as well.

This is my favorite Target in the Baton Rouge area. Everything is easy to find and is in a very convenient location.

With a blatant disregard for public health and the welfare of their customers, Target has seemingly decided that visitors do not need to wear masks. Apparently a jumped up Walmart with delusions of grandeur thinks it knows better than every public health expert in the world.I will not be shopping here again.

Target is one of my happy places. Something new and different is always available. Everyone I know feels the same way.

Good customer service . Store is always organized and clean.

Target does not have available a lot of the items needed. Limited Choices.Therefore, I have to shop at another store to find needed items.

Store cleanliness and peace atmosphere.

Has an easy to navigate layout. Recently remodeled. Staff is always nice. Cashier lines (exception being Xmas) are normally no more than two customers deep before they open more registers.

I would like to thank Chrissy and Nick at the Millerville store with helping me trace 2 lost gift cards. It took over two hours and just when we were about done cancelling the cards with the gift card people the phone went dead and we had to start all over again. They were professional and courteous, but most of all they seemed HAPPY to help. It was very refreshing. Thank you so much!

The store was neat and organized but the check out was ridiculous. There was 3 lanes open and the cashiers were taking their time checking the customers out. I saw several people put their stuff done and leave. In retail you have to work with a sense of urgency and the cashiers at this location do not. I should not have waited in line for 15 minutes when only 2 people was ahead of me and they didnt have many items.

Pharmarcy,, frozen food have regular sales on frozen dinners, cleanest. Always willing to help locating items if needed. Shelves is always stocked.

Target is a wonderful place. Everytime i visit Target i am greeted nicely. They help you with whatever you need and they are very friendly. Their cashiers are pretty fast too. I really dont stand in line that long unless its a rush hour and sometimes not even then. Their store is spotless clean and their shelves are ALWAYS stocked.

This USED to be the better Baton Rouge Target but it is slowly declining because of their employees. I used to brag about Targets staff all the time because of their overall friendliness and willingness to help but lately I can see a change in their employees. There was this one male employee making so much noise in the front of the store that I had to stop a couple of times to make sure that everything was alright. It was obviously his agenda to be seen and heard and it never occurred to him that his behavior was inappropriate for the workplace. The person that checked me out never said hello and it was I who greeted her... for a second I thought I was in the wrong place...sad.

Always find cool stuff on sale at Target.I noticed that several young adults drop in to pick up a healthy grab and go wrap sandwich or salad from the apealing selection around 12-2.The cashier was helpful to me at the self check out register. She scanned the larger stuff for me. She was very cheerful and there to do her job.

Just picked up a gift we ordered online, happily paid $39 for it...until...we found the very same item for $16. No it was not on sale or clearanced, the one we purchased actually rang up at $16 at a register as well. We shall see how the return process goes, the emailed receipt already adding complications that make online ordering less than desirable at the moment.
