Poorest delivery experience I have ever encountered. Missed their delivery window while we sat waiting and waiting. No phone call to let me know they would not arrive within their THREE hour window. Poor customer service.

This is more a review of the appliances purchased here for a new home rather than of the store. The GE Monogram line is not recommended. The large built in fridge ice maker is so loud that we have turned it off. It’s been replaced once and another replacement is on order. The drawer microwave is particularly horrible. Already replaced one and the replacement is loose in the opening. The dish washer also makes a loud noise after it finishes and the door has to be opened to make it stop. The bar ice maker makes great ice but the door is lined by white plastic which is unsightly. The double oven, cooktop and bar fridge are nice. Overall the quality of this line is suboptimal and I don’t recommend it.

VERY disappointed! It’s Christmas Eve and I still don’t have the oven I ordered on August14. I hope Denise and the store manager enjoy their Christmas lunch since I won’t due to not having an oven. Asked to use the display but they refused. Not what I would call good customer service!

We purchased our complete house full of applicances from ADL 4 years ago. The transaction seemed to be easy until the deliver. Our Wolf stove had to be replaced (after much back and forth) after the Wolf rep walked in my house and said something is wrong with this stove and told them to replace immediately. The refrig doors had to be replaced after much back and forth. We called the manufacture and they said someithing is seriously wrong with the doors- I think they fell over in the truck and ADL would not stand up for their mistake until forced- but that is my guess. Today 4 years later- we pull the refrig out and they leveled it with wood pieces instead of correctly leveling with the adjusters- now the nightmare continues. So I will find someone to come and fix it correcly- I guess I should have pulled it out sooner but...... Today- I would go without appliances before I did business with ADL. I understand they sold and hopefully the new company understands quality and installation. If you were wondering- we paid for expert installation that the installers either worked for ADL or highly recommended by ADL. Good Luck

I am sadly disappointed by this company. They were the distributors for appliances in our new home. Within a few weeks our hood vent had issues. I waited to get it fixed as I didn’t want to ask anybody to come into our home as we have a family member that is a hospital worker. When things finally started improving last week and the stay at hone order was lifted, I asked them to come service it. They refused to help us because my family member is a front line either.I understand the fear of exposure as I’ve lived with it daily.However, precautions can be taken. Ie) masks and not having people around the worker which I would have done anyways. Especially since restaurants and stores are now opened. It saddens me that the lady who helped me wasn’t kind or apologetic about it. It saddens me that hospital workers are bravely out doing their jobs at a time like this but this company is refusing to do so.

We have bought quite a few appliances from Appliance Distributors of Louisiana. On every occasion, we have received great treatment, good prices and fine service. We have had appliances that for one reason or another have needed repair; and without fail, they have solved every problem promptly and efficiently. We would not shop anywhere else and we live 100 miles away. Oh, did I mention that they deliver, too?

They are definitely not the Appliance Distributors that we once knew and loved. I am so disappointed in my service experience with them. And although Ive been a loyal customer for years of the old Appliance Distributors, I will no longer consider doing business with them again.

I would not suggest this company to anyone!I recently moved into a rental house that is brand new with brand new appliances from this company. I noticed that the ice maker made a very loud knocking noise. I contacted my landlord and she called the company. She asked them to give me a call to set up a service appointment. They never called me. She called the company in November, January, February, and March trying to get them to contact me and no one ever called to set up the appointment after promising to do so.I finally called them and numerous days of waiting for their phone call. I was transferred to service where the service receptionist was extremely rude to me. She asked me why I called their office, I didnt need to contact them I needed to contact the contractors. (I already knew that we did not get our appliances from the contractors) She then asked me how I got their number and transferred the call before I could explain my situation.Finally on Monday March 2nd, my landlord is beyond furious in the service they have provided and calls them again. The company finally calls me to set up my appointment. Whether they will show or not that is another question!Overall terrible experience. I have never had so much trouble or been treated like I mean nothing like this company has demonstrated!

Won our business for any future appliance purchases. Went in to purchase new dryer and the owner honestly explained to me why my current dryer wasnt working and how to fix it. That kind of honesty is so rare today, and was very appreciated!

I tried for several days to get a service appointment. Receptionist left messages for service manager who is the only one who can schedule appointments for service. He had personal matters and was away, not at his desk because of some matter, away and she wasnt sure why...TMI from polite but inexperienced receptionist. When I finally got an appointment call back, complete with a call the day before to confirm, no one showed up. I waited all day with my phone in my pocket. I was told the day before, via voicemail, that they would call that morning to give me my window. No one called by 12:00 so I called. Finally, after two calls was able to speak with service manager who said he would call repairman and call me right back. He did not. I called again after an hour and was never able to speak to manager. Receptionist said she was sorry but thought there may have been a glitch with the repairman and manager would call to reschedule. That was at 3:45. Never received a call back for explanation or reschedule. After a missed day of work and all the aggravation, ice maker is still broken. I do understand that we are all human and things happen. There is, however, no excuse for not having the courtesy to call a customer who is waiting. This company has become extremely unprofessional in my opinion. They just dont care, obviously. I am an interior designer with clients who need new kitchens. I will not recommend Appliance Distributors of Louisiana. They have lost my business and referrals. You are only as good as your service department after all. There are plenty or reputable companies and good service departments. Another company has already been hired. I have had ongoing problems with every appliance we purchased from Appliance Distributors of Louisiana. Our Wolf gas range, Sub zero refrigerator and Kitchenaid ice maker have all proved to be costly mistakes because service is so poor. Buyer Beware. Connie Hunter, St. Francisville, LA
