A Metro PCS store that doesnt sell phones, or anything actually. My phone broke and needed to buy a replacement, lady gave me a long story saying she doesnt have invoice numbers and has phones but cant sell them. Why is your store open if you cant sell phones or even help metro customers?

MetroPCS has not kept their word! Im appalled at the lack of responsibility within their Customer Service Department.I switched at the beginning of July, from Straight Talk to MetroPCS. They were promoting their 4 Lines with 4 Free Phones, all for $100! 😮😮🎉 TIME TO CELEBRATE!🎊Boy, was I wrong! I was told that there was Fair Service at my address.. But around the town of Albion, I may lose Service Connection. See, I was told that MetroPCS is diligently wirking on a couple of Reception Towers in and around Orleans County. Well, here we are at the end if August and I still have ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE AT MY HOME! Im astounded!! Also, I purchased the Protection Plan for all four phones. My daughters screen became cracked. So, I proceed to call Customer Service just to find out that there is a $50 deductable! So what the hell am I paying an extra $25 a month for the Protection Plan For??!!!I would not recommend

This store signed me up on Metro Pcs. When they did they also signed me up on a high security password without telling me. Because of that I cant service my account online or on the customer service line. I have to go to a store. The girl that opened my account here never even let me know that she was going to do that. I just went to add a service via the phone and I couldnt because of this. Thats terrible customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE! This store will waste your time. They seem to only have one employee, Austin, and he is astonishingly incompetent. He pretended to call another store and sent me on a wild goose chase all the way from Batavia to Greece looking for a phone that was completely sold out but he insisted was available in Greece. The time before that my sister had to tell him what to do because he had no idea how perform the most basic of his job functions in wireless sales. To top it off there is no phone number to call the store to voice my discontent. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are Go Wireless DBA Metro PCS and they provide abismal customer service. You would be much better served going to another location or perhaps even choosing another service provider all together.
